PP was taking as basic material, and blended with ethy lene propylene rubber (EPR) by mens of melt blending to prepare easy openable infusion bottle cover materials, in which a certain amount of LDPE and plas ticizer was added to improver the compatibility and mechanical properties of the blend, The effects of plasticizers DOP, ATBC and Glycerol on the mechanical properties of the blend were studied. It was found when a certaim amourt of plasticizer was added to the PP/ EPR=40/60 blend, the tensile yield strength and torque of the blend decreased When a certain amount of LDPE was added into PP/ EPR blend, the addition of a certain amount of DOP and Glycerol (mass fraction<3%) could decrease the tensile yield strength of the blend, in this formulation, the tensile yield strength of the blend had a trend of decline after rising by the addit ion of ATBC
