MEMS accelerometer has characters of high precision, small volume, low cost and is easy to be integrated. It has received attention by more people. Focused on signal measurement of MEMS resonant accelerometer, the article introduces a new measuring method of weak signal, and designs relative different frequency measurement circuit. The circuit is simple for design, and be proved easy to be integrated and has a good precision and ability to anti-disturbed.
