Due to the large size, lightweight and great flexible characters of Deployable antenna, there are many difficulties in dynamical analysis, structure design and control about it. In this paper, many useful tries have been done on dynamical analysis, system identification and control of the deployable antenna. With an emphasis on the end velocity control problem. And an intelligent control approach has been proposed as solution to it. The validity of the results in this paper is confirmed by means of computer simulations. Furthermore, it is shown that the control system behaves very good on veracity, agility and adaptability.
