The Process Approach is a method to solving problems in Operations Strategy Management (OMS). This method drives the conception and development of an operationalization process of conceptual frameworks, supported by a set of instruments and coordinated by managerial procedures. Although solidified and broadly used, the Process Approach application is still manual, which can compromise the integrity of applications, generating an inadequate operationalization process. With the objective of to contribute to guarantee the integrity of the application of the concepts used by the Process Approach, it has been developed a Processes Productions Process (PPP) to solve problems in the OMS. This PPP organizes and systematizes the application of Process Approach through the use of the P3Tech technology. The P3Tech technology comprehends a set of method, technique and tools for contextual processes modeling and simulation. The PPP generates a method that can be applied by companies as a competitive weapon. Finally, this work makes recommendation to generate information systems in conformity with the processes generated by PPP.
