摘要/描述

A genetic algorithm to optimize the virtual micro operation environment is put forward in this paper. Firstly, the optical model for microscopic imagng is introduced. Secondly, the backgroun and reasons of using genetic algorithm are discussed. Furthermore, a genetic algorithm is designed to seek the mapping between the spred parameter бof microscope and Z-axis coordinates. Finally, this genetic algorithm is used to optimize the virtual environment for micro operation with the features of microscopic image. The genetic algorithm is proved to be effective by some experiments at last.
