The global features of the random-site model of Civ atoms for the alloys (AmBv)l-xCIV2X are deter-mined using the pair-correlation approximation in the limit at the absolute zero of temperature. There are four different types of phase-state configurations for all combinations of nearest-neighbor interaction energies. The first type has a site percolation threshold at the critical composition xc of the order-disorder transition. The second type has a critical composition xc=6/1. The phase-state configuration on the boundary line between types 1 and 2 has critical composition xc=6/3. The other two are disorder states.
