Optimal Model and Algorithm for Multi-Commodity LogisticsNetwork Design Considering Stochastic Demand and InventoryControl

A simlfltsneous approach that incorporates inventol7 control decision into facility location model is proposed, which is used to solve file mlilti-conmlodity logistics network design problem. Based on file assumlption that tile stochastic demands of file retailers are normal distributed, a non-linear mixed integer programming model that silmiltmleously described tile invenltpory decision and file facility location decision is presented, in which tile objective is to mininilze file total cost that including location costs, inventory costs, and transportation costs raider tile certain service level. Tile combined silmilated annealing(CSA) algoritfim is developed to solve file problem. Tile model and effectiveness of the algorittml are clarified by file computational expelimenlts.
