Improvement Of Photoelectric Conductivity of Polysufone Doped with Phthalocyanine Dye by Using Low Energy Ion Beam Bombardment+

In this paper, investigation of photo-electric conductivity of polysulfone (PES) doped with phthalocyanine dye by low energyion beam bombardment is presented. Improvement of photo-electric conductivity of PES doped with the dye after ion beam bombardment has been observed. It is found that electricconductivity of PES is increased through doping phthalocyanine dye with the dopant concentration and using ion beam bombardment. Photo-electric conductivity of the doped PES is induced with ion implantation.
