A THEORETIC MODEL ON THE BEHAVIOR OF OFFICER'S WORK QUITTING BY GAME THEORY

Officers' work quitting has become an important factor that influences the operation of shipping company. How to keep the resource of officers has been the serious theme. This paper establishes a cost-revenue model based on game theory to analyze the mechanism of officer's work quitting. Based on the model and analyses, this paper has discussed the methods of protection of work quitting.
