手性2-（2-吡啶基）-4-甲酯基-1，3-噻唑烷的合成及应用

The title ligand (A) was synthesized through condensation of 2-pyidine aldehyde and L-methyl cysteine and L-methyl cysteine hydrochloried. The isomers of (A) were separated by column chromatography. The in-situ prepared catalyst from (A) with [Rh(COD)Cl]2 (COD: cycloocta-diene) has been used to catalyze the asymmetric hydorsilylation of acetophenone. The results showed that only the configuration of C4, but not that of C2 affected the optical yield and configuration of the products.
