吕晓迎,女,德国牙科医学博士,东南大学生物医学工程系教授,博士生导师。1980年毕业于上海第二医科大学,1980-1982年临床医生。1982-1986年在上海第二医科大学生物与口腔材料研究室从事生物材料安全性评价和生物相容性研究。1986年获医学硕士学位,同年由上海第二医科大学派赴德国深造。1987年获卫生部 “科学技术进步三等奖”(医用硅橡胶生物相容性标准研究)。1995年获国家教委 “科学技术进步三等奖”(生物材料安全性评价系列研究)。 1996年3月获德国牙科医学博士学位。毕业后在Albert-Ludwig大学医学院做博士后。 1997年10月放弃德国绿卡和永久工作许可,回国到东南大学生物医学工程系吴健雄实验室(现为生物电子学国家重点实验室)工作,任副教授、教授、博导。2000年筹建东南大学生物医学材料生物相容性研究所并担任副所长。2004年9月任东南大学生物医学工程系分子与生物分子电子学教育部重点实验室副主任,2005年9月起担任东南大学生物医学工程系生物电子学国家重点实验室副主任。1998年至今先后担任中华口腔医学会口腔材料专业委员会常委、中国生物医学工程学会生物材料委员会委员、中国材料研究学会生物材料分会委员、江苏省医学会口腔分会委员和江苏省生物医学工程学会纳米医药工程专业委员会委员,中国生物医学工程学会高级会员,担任《Frontiers of materials in China》期刊编委和《口腔材料与器材杂志》编委。
1997年回国后主持和参加了教育部项目、国家自然科学基金面上和重大项目以及863计划项目多项。并完成和承担了东南大学校重点建设网络课程和校级精品课程建设项目。目前主要研究领域为生物材料生物相容性评价和机理研究、天然生物材料研制、生物材料表面修饰和生物传感器等。主要开展了生物医用材料分子相容性评价新方法新技术研究、基于基因表达谱和生物信息学技术的生物材料与机体相互作用的机理研究、天然羟基磷灰石提取和纳米级制备、纳米相硬组织修复用天然复合材料研究、体内植入微电子系统材料表面改性及其生物相容性研究等。已在国内外学术期刊和会议上发表论文60余篇。申请国家发明专利4项,获得批准一项。

【期刊论文】表面等离激元共振( SPR)生物传感器对聚氨酯材料血浆蛋白吸附的实时原位动态研究

应用实验室自行研制的自动扫描式表面激元共振(SPR)生物传感器对三种聚氨酯材料进行了血液蛋白质吸附实验,以传感片上的金膜作为对照材料。同时应用原子力显微镜对金膜和聚氨酯材料的超微结构与材料表面上所吸附的蛋白质进行了表征。实验结果显示,四种材料对纤维蛋白原和IgG的吸附量顺序均为:金膜 > H50-0 > H50-50 > H50-100。T-检验结果表明,金膜对纤维蛋白原和IgG吸附量与三种聚氨酯材料均有显著差别。该结果表明聚氨酯材料的血液相容性明显好于金膜对照材料。

应用生物信息学数据库查询的方法,对BioStarM - 140s小鼠基因表达芯片上的14112个基因进行相应注释信息的查询和所对应蛋白质功能的分类。首先参照人类综合型芯片上基因的功能分类,设定了14个蛋白质类别,然后采用Visual C++编程语言,构建了基因信息查询系统。应用该查询系统,进行了网络生物学数据库信息资源的自动直接查询,共搜索到有注释信息的基因12070个;进一步按照所设定的14个蛋白质类别对12070个基因进行分类查询,搜索到了与这14个分类相符合的、具有详细蛋白质功能注释信息的基因共 1606个。

目的 评价牙科复合树脂材料的抗磨损性。方法 应用程控多功能口腔模拟机和三维图像激光测试仪对4种牙科复合树脂进行抗磨损性的实验研究。结果 材料磨损坑体积大小的顺序为:牙釉质 < Targis Dentin < Dentacolor < Artglass < Vita Zeta。磨损坑最深点大小的顺序为:牙釉质 < Targis Dentin < Artglass < Dentacolor < Vita Zeta。 结论 Targis Dentin的抗磨损性接近于牙釉质,其他3种材料的抗磨损性明显较牙釉质差。新型体外实验系统具有快速、准确、经济、高效的特点。

介绍了一种牙科材料细胞毒性评定的新方法—MTT试验法。该比色法以MTT四唑为基质,只测定体外存活的细胞数量,具有快速、简便、灵敏等优点。其指标客观且能定量分析,显示了与其他细胞毒性测定方法良好的相关性。作者依据自己的经验,强调了建立细胞生长代谢标准曲线的必要性。

To develop a new kind of natural self-hardening bone-rehabilitative composite and to study the chemical and biomechanical properties and the biocompatibility of the natural self-hardening composite. The self-hardening composite was prepared by combination the natural hydroxyapatite (NHA) obtained from pig bones, chitosan, CaO and ZnO. The setting time, the exothermic temperature and the pH value of the self-hardening composite were performed during and after the hardening of the samples. Compressive strength of composite was measured 48h after the setting by using a universal testing machine and the microstructure of them was observed by using a SEM. Biological evaluations both in vitro and in vivo were also taken out. The setting time of self-hardening composite was 11.2

The state-of-art of the pick-up, the process and the regeneration of central neural signals by means of microelectronic techniques are reviewed. The in-detail discussed topics include the electrodes for neural signal pick-up and for the function electrical stimulation (FES) of neurons, the integrated circuits (IC) for the neural signal process and for the FES-signal generation, the energy supply and the low-power design of the ICs, as well as the biocompatibility test and the micro operation of the whole system implanted in-body.

The purpose of this study is to find out an effective method to prepare natural hydroxyapatite (HA) from biological source, i.e., pig bones, pig teeth, and extracted human teeth. For the preparation of natural HA a calcining method with different temperatures was used, in combination with the thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). Three analysis methods, i.e., Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) have been used to investigate the characteristics of the prepared materials. The spectrum of the prepared material, obtained by means of FTIR and XRD, are consistent with the standard FTIR spectrum and JCPDS index of XRD of hydroxyapitite. It confirms that the material prepared is hydroxyapitite indeed. The natural HA obtained by calcining at 850℃ shows a desired quality.

An effective method for the quantitative evaluation of proteins adsorbed on biomaterial surfaces has been developed. First, the kinetic behavior of a range of human fibrinogen (Fib) adsorbed onto polystyrene (PS) films was investigated by using a reflectometry interference spectroscopy setup. The specific molecular number of adsorbed proteins, Np, was then defined. According to the definition, the numbers of Fib molecules adsorbed on PS films were calculated. An atomic force microscope (AFM) was used to scan the lateral distribution of the Fib molecules adsorbed on the PS films. From the AFM images, the practical specific molecular numbers were obtained by direct counting of the molecules. In order that the adsorbed number of Fib molecules on a unit area of the PS films could be counted easily, the solution concentration of proteins was reduced to 5ag/mL (10-18g/mL). There was good consistency between the numbers calculated with the formula defined by us and the numbers counted from AFM images. Therefore, the results of the present study prove the validity of our definition of the specific molecular number of adsorbed proteins and the effectiveness of the reflectometry interference spectroscopy-based method for quantitative evaluation of adsorptive proteins.

The aim of this study is to investigate the adsorptive property of proteins on surfaces of three kinds of carbon films (DLC, CN0.088, and CN0.15) and the medical origin of PMMA. The carbon films were first synthesized by magnetron sputtering with different deposition parameters. The surface characteristics of both the carbon films and the original samples were then measured using a contact-angle meter. A modified Coomassie brilliant blue (CBB) protein assay (or Bradford method) was used to detect the amount of proteins adsorbed on the material surfaces after the pilot research for the optimal ratio of protein- to CBB-solution had been performed. The results of the pilot research show that the optimal ratio of protein- to CBB-solution is 1:3, and the protein adsorption results show that the sequence amounts of proteins adsorbed on four kinds of surfaces are DLC > CN0.088 > PMMA > CN0.15. This was the same as the hydrophobicity sequence of four kinds of surfaces obtained from the contact-angle test. However, the ratio of albumin to IgG (RA/I) adsorbed on the four surfaces has an order of PMMA > CN0.15 > DLC > CN0.088, which indicates the anti-thrombogenicity property of the four kinds of surfaces.
