张泽廷,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任北京化工大学化学工程学院院长,兼任教育部高等学校化学与化工学科教学指导委员会委员、化学工程与工艺专业教学指导分委员会副主任,中国化工学会超临界流体技术专业学组委员,《过程工程学报》、《安全与环境学报》、《石化技术与应用》编委,享受国务院特殊津贴。
张泽廷教授1970年毕业于天津大学化学工程系,1979-1986年先后师从天津大学化学工程研究所余国琮院士,攻读硕士和博士学位,1987-1989年在汪家鼎院士指导下在清华大学化工系作博士后研究。在化学工程专业长期从事本科生和研究生教学,主要在精馏、液液萃取、超临界流体萃取和膜分离科学与技术等领域从事基础、应用基础和开发应用研究,先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家攻关项目、部委级基金类项目和重大横向项目30多项,在核心刊物发表论文100余篇,其中SCI、EI收录40多篇,获国家科技进步二等奖1项,获省部级科技进步一等奖2项、科技进步二等奖2项,获国家级优秀教学成果一等奖1项,获北京市优秀教学成果二等奖2项。

The solubility of 2-naphthol and anthracene in supercritical CO2 was determined at 308.1, 318.1 and 328.1 K, with and without cosolvent. The influence of three polar or nonpolar cosolvents, acetone, ethanol and cyclohexane, was studied at concentrations of 3.6 and 4.0 mol%. The solubility enhancement with these cosolvents is considerable, and the cosolvent effect increases in the order ethanol, acetone, and cyclohexane for 2-naphthol and for anthracene, the order is cyclohexane, ethanol, and acetone. The influence of density and cosolvent on the solid solubility was studied and discussed.

The solubilities of benzoic acid in supercritical CO2 with pure and mixed cosolvent were measured at pressures from 8.0 to 23.0MPa and 328. 15Kfor pure cosolvent, and 308. 15, 318. 15 and 328. 15Kfor mixed cosolvent. The experiments were carried out by using a flow-type phase equilibrium apparatus. The effect of cosolvents, ethyl acetate, ethanol and ethyl acetate + ethanol (molar ratio 1:1) was studied at the concentration of 2.0 mol%. The results showthat the solubility enhancement follows the order: ethanol > ethyl acetate + ethanol > ethyl acetate. The measured solubilities were correlated using a modified Chrastil equation, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

The solubilities of pure and equal-molar mixed o-phthalic acid and p-aminobenzoic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide, were determined at 308.15, 318.15, and 328.15 K, and over the pressure range from 8.0 to 21.0MPa. The solubility of a given solid in a ternary system increased relative to the value of the corresponding binary system, and was in proportion to the solubility of the other solid in the ternary system. The selectivity of supercritical carbon dioxide to the solid mixture increased with the increasing temperature. The model proposed by Mendez-Santiago and Teja was applied using statistical software to correlate the solubility data of both binary and ternary systems with good results.

The solid solubility of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate was measured for the first time in supercritical carbon dioxide at temperatures of (308.15, 318.15 and 328.15) K and pressures from (8.0 to 23.0) MPa. The influence of cosolventsscyclohexane, cyclohexane + acetone (molar ratio 1:1), and acetoneswas studied at a mole fraction of 0.035. The data were obtained by using a flow-type phase equilibrium apparatus, which was further tested by measuring the solubility of benzoic acid in compressed CO2. The measured solubilities in supercritical CO2 without and with cosolvents were correlated using the Chrastil equation and the modified Chrastil equation, respectively.

The solubilities of p-nitrobenzoic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide + cosolvents were determined at (308, 318, and 328) K and over the pressure range from (8.0 to 21.0) MPa. The effect of cosolvents, cyclohexane, ethanol, cyclohexane + acetone (equal-molar mixture), and acetone on the solubility of p-nitrobenzoic acid was studied at a mole fraction of 3.0 % (cosolvents in supercritical mixtures). The solubility data in supercritical carbon dioxide in the absence and presence of cosolvents were correlated by the equations proposed by Mendez-Santiago and Teja with satisfactory agreement, respectively.

Five kinds of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) flat membranes with different porosity and micro-pore size were chosen to carry out the unsteady state gas absorption experiments. The influence of the membrane porosity and micro-pore size on the membrane absorption process was investigated. Experimental results showed that the membrane porosity had an impact on the membrane absorption process, and the degree of this impact depended on the absorption system and the membrane pore size. For a rapid mass transfer process, the porosity affected the mass transfer more significantly, while for the slow mass transfer process the porosity almost did not affect the mass transfer. The modeling analysis showed that the porosity affected the concentration profile of the solute near the membrane surface on the liquid side, which led to the reduction of the mass transfer area of the membrane. Hence, the apparent effect on the mass transfer of the membrane absorption process.

推导和建立了描述超临界流体填料萃取塔两相流体力学特性的数学模型。在25mm内径的连续逆流填料萃取塔中,应用超临界二氧化碳-异丙醇-水、超临界二氧化碳-乙醇-水2种实验体系和金属扳渡、金属丝阿日θ环2种填料对流体力学模型进行了实验验证,计算结果与宴验数据符合较好。

根据双膜理论,建立了超临界流体填料萃取塔液相总体积传质系数关联式;依据柱塞流模型.应用超临界二氧化碳-异丙醇-水和超临界二氧化碳-乙醇-水2种实验体系在内径为25mm的塔内对金属板波和金属丝网θ环2种填料的传质性能进行了模拟计算。结果表明,本文提出的传质数学模型能较好地描述超临界流体填料萃取塔的传质性能。

采用光学纹影摄影方法观察了多组分蒸发、吸收和解吸过程中相界面处的对流现象。自然蒸发过程所研究的物系为苯/甲苯二元混合物和乙酸亿酸乙酯亿二醇三组分混合物,气液传质过程包括甲醇、异丁醇等分别吸收二氧化碳的吸收过程和二氧化磺从有机溶剂中解吸的过程。结果发现,在多组分有机液体混合物蒸发和气液传质过程中存在规则有序滚桶形或多边形细胞状对流,这说明有序对流运动的产生是相际传质过程中普遍存在的现象,其结构特点取决于实验条件和体系的性质。

Based on the membrane-based absorption experiment of CO2 into water, shell-side flow distribution and mass transfer in a randomly packed hollow fiber module have been analyzed using subchannel model and unsteady penetration mass transfer theory. The cross section of module is subdivided into many small ceils which contains only one hollow-fiber. The cross sectional area distribution of these cells is presented by the normal probability density distribution function. It has been obtained that there was a most serious non-ideal flow in shell side at moderate mean packing density, and the large amount of fluid flowed and transferred mass through a small number of large voids. Thus mass transfer process is dominated by the fluid through the larger void area.. The mass transfer process in each cell is described by the unsteady penetration theory. The overall mass transfer coefficient equals to the probability addition of the mean mass transfer coefficient in each cell. The comparisons of the values calculated by the model established with the empirical correlations and the experimental data of this work have been done. The predicted overall mass transfer coefficients are in good agreement with experimental data.
