苏宏业,男,1969年11月出生。1990年7月毕业于南京化工大学自动化与计算机系,获得学士学位;1993年3月毕业于浙江大学工业自动化专业,获得硕士学位;1995年6月毕业于浙江大学工业自动化专业,获得博士学位,并留校工作至今。1998年9-12月于香港大学任研究员,现为浙江大学信息科学与工程系教授、博导,浙江大学先进控制研究所副所长。
主要研究方向为现代控制理论与应用,包括时滞系统控制理论与应用,非线性系统控制理论与应用,鲁棒控制理论与应用,预测控制理论与应用,PID自整定算法研究,混杂动态系统建模、分析与综合,复杂工业过程先进控制和优化技术、软件开发与应用等。
自1999年至今,先后作为项目负责人承担国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金、国家十五科技攻关计划重大项目、国家863计划等国家和省部委的纵向课题11项,并作为项目主要参加者参与十多项国家和省部委的纵向和横向课题研究工作。在国内外重要学术刊物发表学术论文60余篇,SCI、EI收录40余篇,专著一本,获得成果鉴定14项。部分理论研究成果达到国际先进水平,已初步建立起具有自身特色的研究风格和体系。在理论与应用研究的基础上,把理论研究成果进行分析、研制与开发,形成先进控制与优化及企业综合自动化技术与工程化软件产品,已成功应用于多个流程工业企业与相应的关键生产装置上,创造了十分显著的经济效益和社会效益。
已获得国家教育部科技进步一等奖(预测控制技术在石化工业精馏过程中应用,2002年,排名第二)、国家教育部科技进步二等奖(时滞系统控制理论研究,1998年,排名第二)、浙江省科技进步三等奖(工业电加热炉计算机高级控制技术的研究,1993年,排名第三)、国家教育部首届青年教师奖、浙江省第六届青年科技奖和浙江省第十届青少年英才奖等多项奖励,并入选浙江省“151人才工程”第一层次人选。

针对由Petri网建模的离散事件系统,提出了一种新的控制器设计方法。控制器是基于有限容量库所的概念构造而成的,并使被控对象在给定的一组线性不等式约束下运行,而给定的线性不等式约束是定义在库所标识上的。控制器的综合利用了有限容量库所Petri网转换为(普通)无限容量库所Petri网的技术。针对约束的不同情况,给出了相应的Pteri网的控制器的设计方法。

Robust stabilisability and H1 control criteria are provided for a class of uncertain timedelay systems with multiple state delays. Simpler and less conservative delay-dependent results given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are derived based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method and Riccati equation transformation technique.

Multi-objective optimization of a purified terephthalic acid (PTA) oxidation unit is carried out in this paper by using a process model that has been proved to describe industrial process quite well. The model is a semi-empirical structured into two series ideal CSTR models. The optimal objectives include maximizing the yield or inlet rate and minimizing the concentration of 4-carboxy-benzaldhyde, which is the main undesirable intermediate product in the reaction process. The multi-objective optimization algorithm is based on Neighborhood and Archived GA, proposed by the authors. The performance of NAGA is further illustrated by application to the title process.

The delay-dejpendent memoryless robust stabilisation problem for a class fo uncertain linear systems containing multiple time-dealys and a saturating actuator is considered. The uncertain time-delay sysstems under consideration are described by state differentail equations with time-varying unknown-but-bounded uncertain parameters and multiple time-delays in both state and control; the delays are assumed to be constant bounded but unkown. A new sufficient condition fir the existence fo a memoryless orbust stabilising control law is derived basedon the Lyapunov theorem and linear matrix in equality (LMI) approach. The results depend on the size of delays and are given in terms of several inear matriz inequalities. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the results botained.

The memoryless robust stabilization problem is studied for a class of uncertain linear dynamic systems with time-delyays in both state and control. The uncertain time-delay systems under consideration are described by state idfferental equations with timevarying unknown-but-bounded unceratin parameters. A suffficient condition for the existence of a memoryless robust controller is derived and two methods are presented for synthesizing robust control laws for uncertain time-delaysystems. One isto transform the robust control problem into a standared H∞ control problem via the equivalent system transfor mation, and thecontrol law can be obtainedby solving an algebraic Riccati equation (ARE). The other method is to transform the sufficient condition into a linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem and the control law can be obtained by solving the LMI. Finally, a numerical example ispresented to show the feasibility of the obtained results.

The robust H∞ control problem for time-varying uncertain linear systems with timevarying state and control delaysis considered. Based on the Riccati equationapproach, we design a robust H∞ linear time-invariant state feedback control law. Which stabilizes the system and resduces the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed level for all admissible uncertainties. A sufficientcondition for the existenceofthe robust H∞ controller is derived and two synthesis methods are presented for a robust H∞ control law to uncertain time-delay systems. One is to concription for the sufficient condition and the cntrol law can be obtained by solving an algebraic Riccati equation (ARE). The other method is to transform the sufficient condition into a linear matriz inequality (LMI) problem and the control law can be obtained by solving the LMI. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the obtained results.

This paper focuses on the analysis and synthesis problem of robust H∞ control for a class of linear time-varying uncertain systems with delayed state and control when the full states cannot be measured. A dynamic output feedback controller is given to quadratically stabilize the linear time-delay system with norm-bounded uncertainty and reduce the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed level for all admissible uncertainties. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a robust H∞ dynamic output feedback control law are derived and two synthesis methods are presented for a robust H∞ dynamic output feedback control law to uncertain time-delay systems. One method is to construct robust H1 dynamic output feedback control laws by two equivalent linear time-invariant structural descriptions for the suffcient conditions, and the control law can be obtained by solving two Algebraic Riccati Equations (AREs). The other method is to transform the suffcient conditions into two L inear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) and the control law can then be obtained by solving two LMIs. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the proposed methodology.

This paper mainly studies quadratic stabilizatio androbust Hx controller design fro linear uncetaindynamic systems with delayed state and control. Thepaper presents a static state feedback controller which stabilizes the plantand reduces the effect of thedisturbanceinput on the controlled output to prescribed levels for all admissible uncertainties. the sufficient conditions for quadratic stabilization witha Hx norm bound constraint are derived. The results can be regarded as an extension of existing resultsto robust Hx controller design forlinar uncertain dynamic systems with delayed state and control.
