高翔教授,男,生于1968年10月。1995年毕业于浙江大学,获博士学位。现为浙江大学教授,博士生导师。目前主要从事能源的清洁利用,烟气脱硫脱硝除尘技术和多相流传热方面的研究。任中国电力教育协会电力环保教学委员会主任委员,蓝天大气污染控制省级高新技术研发中心主任。
作为项目负责人共承担和完成了国家863,国家自然科学基金和国家973等20多项重要科研项目。获国家教育部科技进步二等奖2项和三等奖1项,浙江省科技进步二等奖2项。已合作出版专著教材2部以及译著1部,已在国内外期刊和会议上发表论文100多篇,其中一、二作者被SCI、EI收录30多篇,获国家专利8项,所开发的烟气脱硫装置先后获国家级重点新产品及国家中小企业创新基金资助,并在国内大量推广使用。担任本科和硕士专业课的教学工作,培养和指导博士和硕士研究生30多名。曾获得浙江省优秀博士毕业生和浙江省青少年英才奖,2002年入选浙江省“151”人才工程。

针对脱硫剂制备过程中加入不同添加剂及不同添加量对石灰消化速度、消化后消石灰的比表面积和孔隙率,以及消石灰脱硫性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明某些添加剂在一定添加量时提高了消石灰的比表面积和孔隙率。在脱硫试验中,添加这几种添加剂制备成的吸收剂具有较高的脱硫性能。可以认为吸收剂脱硫性能的提高与其结构特性的变化有关系。将这几种添加剂在不同的添加量时两两组合制备成不同配比的复合型添加剂,并对复合添加剂影响石灰结构特性和脱硫性能的作用进行了初步试验研究,得到了具有较高脱硫性能的复合型添加剂的组合成分及其配比。

在增湿活化装置的理论模型计算的基础上,结合3000Nm3/h中试规模试验研究了在不同烟温,吸收剂粒度、喷水量、钙硫比和烟速条件下增湿活化装置的脱硫性能。结果表明,脱硫效率随钙硫比、喷水量的提高及吸引剂粒度、烟温和烟速的降低而增加。文章还对提高喷钙脱硫系统的脱硫笥能的措施进行了分析。

根据喷钙脱太系统开发和深人研究需要,对于系统的关健部件——增湿活化装置,建立了能综合考虑装置内颗粒运动、水分蒸发,颗粒间碰撞含浸吸收剂脱硫的气一固一液多相反应器模型。模型可对增湿活化装置内烟湿、吸收剂粒度、喷水量、[Ca/S] 比、风速等到因素对脱硫效率的影响进行研究。文章还建立了研究增湿活化装置脱硫性能的理认模型。

对对螺旋肋片形成非衰退减性旋流的传热和阻力特性进行了实验研究,并比较分析了非衰减性旋流与多翅管和衰减性旋流在传热和阻力特性方面的差异。研究结果表明,在传热系数上非衰减性旋流比多翅管和衰减性旋流分别提高60%~85%和49%,但非衰减性旋流的阻力损失也明显高于多翅管和衰减性旋流。综合热力损失也明显高于多翅管和衰减性旋流。综合热力性能的分析结果表明,在较低Reynolds数下非衰减性旋流的综合热力性能较好,当Reynolds数大于某一临界值(本实验为18000)后衰减性旋流的综合热力性能较好。

本文通过模型计算和实验对于含尘烟气冲刷圆管和螺旋助片管的管束换热器的流动和传热性进行研究。结果表明,换热管束的形式对颗粒的传热强化作用具有明显的影响。颗粒对圆管的传热强化作用必须予以考虑,而对于螺旋肋片管则可忽略。

Removal of NOx (namely DeNOx) from simulated flue gas with direct current (d.c.) corona radical shower system was investigated. Steady streamer coronas occur when the flow rates of the fed gases are adjusted properly. The experimental results show that both the composition and the flow rate of the gas fed into the nozzles influence the V -I characteristic of corona discharge. The vapor in the flue gas restrains the discharge, reduces the discharge current, but enhances the DeNOx efficiency. Furthermore, removal of NOx from flue gas by radical injection associated with alkali solution (26% by weight of NaOH in water) scrubbing was carried out. Oxygen together with water vapor is fed into the nozzle electrode and the oxygen and water molecules are decomposed in the corona zone. It is found that NO and NO2 can be converted into HNO2 and HNO3, respectively, by radicals formed during the discharge process and the conversion efficiency of NOx in the plasma reactor is more than 60%. The overall DeNOx efficiency of the system reaches 81.7% after the flue gas was scrubbed by the NaOH solution.

This paper researches on the reduction of NOx (DeNOx) from wet flue gas by a DC corona radical shower system. The experimental results show that the water vapor in the flue gas not only reduces the corona but also reduces the discharge current. The DeNOx efficiency and the quantity of NOx removal per unit energy can be enhanced by raising the concentration of water vapor in the flue gas properly and the maximum quantity of NOx removal per unit energy is more than 25.5 g as the humidity of the flue gas ranges from 10 to 12%. The longer the flue gas resides in the reactor, the higher the DeNOx efficiency is and the lesser NOx will be reduced by per unit power.

Removal of NOx (DeNOx, NOx is the total of NO and NO2) from flue gas by radical injection has been investigated. The discharge characteristics were examined and the steady streamer corona was acquired by adjusting the nozzle gases properly. It was found that an increase in the voltage resulted in a decrease in the NO concentration and the concentration of the NO2 increased at low voltages but decreased as the voltage rose to a certain level. The DeNOx efficiency increased as the applied voltage rose and reached a maximum of 70% when the voltage approached the break. down voltage. The hypotheticaI mechanism Of NOx removal suggested that the radicals formed in the discharge process converted the NO and NO2 into acidic species. The Monte CarlO method was used to calculate the rate COemcients and the productivity of the radicals, and then the concentrations of both NO and NO2 and the DeNOx emciencies were calcu. lated with chemical kinetics. The calculated DeNo, efficien. cies were comparable with the experimental DeNOx efficien-cies at low voltages, but were lower at high voltages.

Non-thermal plasma technologles offer an innovative approach to decomposing valatile organic compeunds (VOCs). The decompoesition of toluene from simulated flue gas was investigated using a pipe electrode with lor the for the generation of free radicals Corona characteristics and decomposition of toluene were investigated experimentally. In addltion, the decompesition mechanism of toluene was explored in view of reaction rate The experimental results showed that the humidity of additional gas has an important effect on corona characteristics and modes and stable stresmer corona can be generated through optimizing flow rate and humidity of additional gas. Applied vo#age, concentration of toluee, humidity of toluene and resident time are some important fictors affecting decomposition efflciency. Under optimizing cond~ions, the decomposition efficiency of toluenecan reach 80%. These results can give a conclusion that the corona radical shower technology is feasible and effective on the removal of toluene in the flue gas.
