王立海,男,1960年出生于黑龙江省方正县。教授,博士生导师。1982年1月毕业于东北林学院,获工学学士学位。1986年,获工学硕士学位,1991年,获工学博士学位(东北林业大学)。1992年至1994年,在挪威皇家林业研究所从事由挪威国家研究基金资助的博士后研究,1998年至1999年作为高级访问学者访问了美国林务局工程实验室,2001年在丹麦林业与景观研究所主持中国―丹麦国际科技合作项目。现任东北林业大学工程技术学院院长。主要学术兼职:①国际林联(IUFRO)第3学部森林作业与环境保护学组副组长(19952005); ②国际林联(IUFRO)第3学部森林能源学术工作组组长(20012005);③中国林学会理事;④中国林学会森林工程分会理事长;⑤全国高等院校林科教学指导委员会委员;⑥全国高等院校森林工程学科组教学指导委员会主任委员;⑦中国林学会学术委员会委员;⑧林业部科技进步奖评委;⑨国际学术刊物《Journal of Forest Engineering》编委;⑩国家中文核心期刊《森林工程》主编。主持国际合作项目2项,国家级项目3项,省部级项目4项。出版学术专著1部,主编21世纪教材等3部,主编国际会议论文集1部,在国内外发表学术论文近50篇,其中12篇用英文在国外发表。1996年被评为林业部跨世纪重点学术人才并获中国林业青年科技奖。主要学术领域:森林生态采伐理论和技术体系、林区交通与物流工程和森工产品检测检验与新产品开发等。

Due to large area disturbed and great deal of energy cost during skidding operations, introducing or applying the appropriate techniques of timber extracting could significantly reduce the impact of timber extraction operations to forest environment while pursuing the reasonable operation costs. Four environmentally sound timber extraction techniques for small tree harvesting, particularly for thinning operations, were presented and introduced in this paper. The results of evaluation, test or practices indicated that these timber-extracting techniques are feasible, applicable and reasonable in small tree harvesting with a relatively low impact no environment and a moderate operation cost.

阐述了人类与森林相互作用的发展过程及近代出现的与森林减少有关的大环境问题,并根据许多发达国家在森林采伐与森林环境方面的研究成果,就采伐作业对森林环境产生的直接和间接作用进行了综合分析和阐述。指出,森林的锐减和人口的猛增是造成当代环境危机的主要原因之一。采伐作业对森林产生的不利影响是客观存在的。但只要采伐规划合理和作业技术应用适宜,这种影响不会对森林的良性发展产生实质性的负作用。

应用多目标决策方法——层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简AHP)对代表森林采运作业两重性(即社会经济性和环境生态性)的典型工序之一的集材上序方式选择问题进行了多目标的分析探讨,并建立了综合效益层次分析结构模型。通过实例验证。该法可行,对实际作业具有一定参考价值。

Forest harvesting systems vary from place to place. This paper concentrates on the study of one of the most complex systems, multistage timber production, which is very popular in vast forest regions of China and Russia. Based on case studies from the Heilongjiang Forest Region, in the northeast part of China, optimal operation planning for forest harvesting, and the impact of harvesting on the forest environment, economic benefit and working safety, is carried using a multi-objective optimization model. The results of the case studies, optimizing operation time schedules, show that the models are quite applicable and helpful to practical operations.

It is explicit that forest harvesting operations have effects on forest soil at the peration sites. In this paper, investigations for changes of physical and chemical properties f soil in a larch forest occurred after operations, have been carried out in Daxinanling Forest Region, northeast part of China. And the further influences on regeneration at sites have been studied. The investigations and studies focus on changes of soil properties and the regeneration qualities caused by harvesting operations. The preliminary results of field surveys and laboratory analysis show that significant differences between reference soil and soil disturbed by harvesting operations. Based on these results, the authors of this paper presented a certain number of recommendations for practical harvesting operations from the point of view of environment considerations as well as development of the larch forest.

The proportion of animal skidding in forest operations in Heilongiiang forest region increased significantly in recent years. This paper at first demonstrated and analyzed the development of the animal skidding and machine skidding, then, evaluated these two means of ground skidding currently running in this region both individually and comprehensively under the following criteria: operation efficiency or operation cost, degree of damage to soil and residual stands, accident rate, and natural regeneration. Finally, according to the results of synthetic assessments, classifications of operation conditions suitable to each of skidding measures were recommended quantitatively with considerations of multiple evaluation criteria.
