Experiments on the influences of operational variables on the axial transport of both heterogeneous municipal solid waste (MSW) and homogenous sand are conducted in a continuous lab-scale rotary kiln cold simulator. Compared with sand, the residence time of MSW has a relatively large discrepancy with the ideal normal distribution due to the trajectory segregation of MSW components. The residence time at different axial zone is quite different due to the varied bed depth profile along the kiln length. MSW has a longer mean residence time (MRT) and a lower material volumetric flow (MVF) than sand because of the higher hd than sand. The increment of both rotating speed and kiln slope reduces MRT, and increases MVF. Exit dam has a significant impact on the MRT and the influence of internal structure group consisting of various axial ribs and circular ribs is mainly determined by the height of circular ribs. Inside wall roughness also has effect on MRT through changing the bed regimes. For a case with the certain inlet and exit bed depths, the product of MRT and MVF holds at a constant within the limits of experimental errors in spite of the changing experimental variables.

This paper presents an experimental method for studying the fragmentation of coal particles during coal combustion in a fluidized bed and the quantitative fragmentation indexes of 10 typical Chinese coal ranks. The influences of a variety of factors such as the bed temperature, the size of coal particles, the coal rank and the fluidizing medium on the fragmentation index of coal particles are also studied. The research results show that the main reason for the fragmentation of coal particles is the primary fragmentation, and that the volatile matter can drastically influence the degree of fragmentation of coal particles.

Mixing performances of municipal solid waste (MSW) in differential density fluidized beds (FBs) have been investigated simulating five kinds of materials (plastic, wood, candle, coal and coal-stone). The results show that the differential density FB technology can realize good mixing performances for different MSW components. The density of MSW components has a conspicuous effect on the mixing characteristics of FB. Also, the size of the components has effects. The mixing index is adopted via a regression analysis to the experimental data, and a mixing expression formula is obtained, that will be beneficial for MSW incinerator design and operation.

From the point of view of the influence of turbulence structure, this paper presents an elementary numerical analysis of the interaction between a particle and a gas phase. The effects of turbulence structure and the thickness of boundary layer on the separation efficiency in a cyclone separator have been investigated. The effects of the Saffman force on the particle trajectory are also analyzed. The results indicate that the separation efficiency decreases with an increase in turbulence intensity and increases with a decrease in the thickness of the boundary layer. The Saffman force can enhance the separation of small particles and also can shorten their residence time in the cyclone.

本文在管式炉上研究了煤中氯对多环芳烃生成的影响,测定了煤中氯台量不同时多环芳烃生成量的变化,并分析了在不同气氛下不同含氯量的煤燃烧时多环芳烃与二噁英生成的相互关系。实验结果表明,在空气中燃烧及氮气气氛热解条件下,随着氯含量的增加,多环芳烃呈减少趋势;氯代反应是导致多环芳烃生成量减少的一个主要原因。

在运用图像处理的方法测量火焰温度场的研究中,从摄像机获取的二维累积图像中重建出包含每个断面温度分布的三维温度场,是关系到能否投入实际应用的关键问题。结合扇形计算机断层成像原理和火焰辐射传递方程,推导出辐射强度随投影路径衰减的控制方程。将火焰断面网格化之后,运用代数重建技术对离散方程温度和辐射衰减系数同时迭代求解。在油煤混烧的燃烧器上运用该方法进行了实验研究。并结合算法的数值模拟,对其可能误差和改进方向进行了分析。

本文发展了随机颗粒轨道模型并用来预测Msw在回转窑内轴向传输和扩散现象,即停留时间分布。模型创新性在于:(1)首次采用颗粒受力矢量分析而非saeman倡导的几何分析来确定窑内单历程中颗粒的滚落轨迹;(2)充分考虑了Msw在回转窑内分离现象,引入参数来表达颗粒滚落过程的随机分布函数。模型计算值和试验结果取得良好的一致,可以为回转式热解或焚烧炉的设计和运行提供依据。

对国内2种不同的垃圾焚烧炉型——炉排炉与流化床产生的飞灰进行了特性分析。结果表明,飞灰在粒径分布上有相似的规律。炉排炉飞灰中重金属含量高于流化床飞灰中的含量。飞灰的渗滤特性表明,重金属的渗滤特性受渗滤液的pH影响很大。

研究了回转窑中试反应器中废轮胎热解所得液体产物油的品质。热解反应在中温段(450℃~650℃)进行,油产率在500℃有最大值4511%,此后随温度升高而呈下降趋势。对热解油的品质进行了考察,获取了热解油的完整实沸点蒸馏曲线。结果表明,热解油品质较轻,200℃以下轻馏分总量高达33%~40%,而且热解温度的升高也有助于增加轻馏分含量。对各馏分进一步的FT2IR分析显示,较高热解温度下热解油具有较强的芳香性,并可从谱图中识别出苯、萘及其烷基衍生物等芳香类物质。600℃和500℃热解油低馏分FT2IR分析结果体现了热解芳烃类物质生成的Diels-Alder 反应途径。

对某热电厂150吨/天垃圾和煤混烧焚烧炉百叶窗分离器收集的飞灰进行筛分和二晤英含量测定。灰样中>100μm的颗粒占到了86%以上。随粒径减小,二噁总量浓度增大,且粒径<37μm飞灰的二嘿英浓度最高。二噁英的毒性当量I-TEQ值在100μm的左右两侧均随粒径增大而降低。大于100μm的颗粒是构成原始飞灰样品二噁英总量和I-TEQ值的主要部分。呋喃氯代物是飞灰中主要的二噁英,PcDDs/PcDFs比值小于1。本文还分析了影响飞灰中二噁英生成的其它因素。
