郑文君,男,汉族。沈阳市人。1960年9月生。1982年吉林大学化学系本科毕业,1991年中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系硕士毕业,1996年吉林大学化学系无机合成与制备化学开放实验室博士毕业。1998年中国科学技术大学材料科学系博士后出站后,来南开大学化学院任教。2000年晋升为教授,翌年晋升为博士生导师。其间,曾赴日本在国际固态离子学会前任主席岩原弘育教授研究室工作一年。
多年来的主要研究工作有:(1)钙钛矿型复合氧化物的水热合成 合成出20余种钙钛矿结构的化合物,针对AZrO3(A=Ca, Sr, Ba)系列的产物和反应物结构和性质,提出四聚态Zr-O环机理,使其合成规律得到了圆满解释。在双钙钛矿水热合成方面,成功将镧系离子引入到双钙钛矿的B位。(2)固体电解质材料的开发和应用 从事过Li+离子导体、PbCl2基Cl-导体和HCl传感器的研究。(3)透氧膜材料的溶胶-凝胶法和有机前驱物热分解法制备 从事过SrFeO3、LaGaO3和CaZrO3等为基质的导电性材料的合成及性质研究。(4)先进陶瓷材料的凝胶浇注法制备 开发了依据丙烯酸单体聚合反应的凝胶浇注法制备多孔陶瓷膜的方法,成功制备了Al2O3和LaFeO3等多孔陶瓷。(5)金属配合物纳米孔材料的制备 金属-均苯三酸配聚物的维数与反应体系的pH值密切相关,合成二维配聚物的文献条件为弱碱性,我们采用尿素水解法成功实现了弱酸条件下二维配聚物的合成。(6)新型化学镀法制备金属膜材料 针对化学镀较难制备气密膜的特点,采用水热条件下的化学镀和流动体系化学镀等新方法,使金属膜的附着力、气密性和淀积效率等得到明显提高。迄今,已发表相关研究论文60余篇,SCI收录约40篇。

Palladium-ceramic composite membranes were prepard on porous α-Al2O3 supports by electroles plating. A Novesl hydrothermal method was used to control the sytemic pressure for the fabrication of palladium membrane. The deposited palladium membranes wree investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electronmicroscopy and a gas permeatin test. The pore sizeddecreases of palladium deposited hydrothermally and convetionally, is 0.44 and 0.25μm, respectively.

On the basis of hydrothermal synthesis of perovskite-type BaZro3, BaZr1-xMxO3-α (M=Al, Ga, In, x≤0.20) series, solidelectrolytes were prepared. The phase, particle size and dopant content of thew product wrer characterized by the techniques such as XRD, SEM, IR, 27 Al-MASNMR and chemical analyses. The results indicated that the phase corresponds to cubic perovskite-type BaZrO3, the product has a particle size in the range 2 to 7μm with some degree of crystal twin. Moreover, M3+ (M=Al, Ga, in x≤0.20) as the dopant can nearly enter the product quantitatively. When Al is the dopant, it is observed that prat of the Al3+ ions hsow four-coordination in the range x≥010.

Gelcasting has been developed as a novel ceramic forming method for complex-shaped advaned materials of mear-net-shape. In this work, the gelcastingprocess has been further developed to fabricsate porous single-and multi-component ceramics. Porous multi-component ceramics were obtained from gelcast bodyof prectusorsby a reaction-sintering process. Large α-Al2O3 powders with a d50 value of 21.12 μm and mixedprecusors were used to prepare porous α-Al2O3 and La0.6 Sr0.4 Co0.8 Fe0.2O3-δ ceramics, respectively. The experimental results presented here demonstrate the utility of the gelcasting process for fabricating practically useful porous ceramics.

Two novel complexes, Cd(HTMA)(NC5H5)2·0.5CH3OH·0.5DMF (1) AND Cd (HTMA)·2H2o(2), of cadmium (II)-trimesates are obtained from slow vapor diffusion and urea hydrolysis, respectively. The Cd (II) centers in the two complexesare bridged by three separete HTMA3-ligands using a same coordination fashion, which contains one monodentate andtwo chelting bidentate carboxyl grousps to form the berringbone-like motif. The berringbone-likemotif is further interlinked to construct the two-dimensional Cd(II)-HTMA layer, which is stacked by mutual π-stacking of pyridines for 1 and by hydrogen bond of waters for 2. Thermal stabilltiews of the two complexes wree invstigated andthe results indicated that Cd(II)-TMA layers in the two complexes are stablestill upon 190℃.

Measurement of the Mossbauer effect of the 37.2 ke Vγ transition of 121 Sb as well as magneticmeasurements have been performed to study the structure change near the magnetic-transition temerature in the perovskite compound Ba(In0.5Sb0.5)O3, which was synthesized by the hydrothermal method for the first time. The Mossbauer isomershift falls in the region of the Sb(V) and reflects some hybrdized-orbital behavior. The major component of the quadrupole coupling tensor (eQVzz) changes with temperature, while the asymmetryparameter (η) is equal to zero. This implies that the structuree change occurs and that the central antiomony cations move relative to the surrounding oxygen ions along the Z-axis of the crystal.

In the present paper, we report a novel hydrothermal synthesis processs for the preparation of A-site deficient perovskite-type solid solution in (1-x) BatiO3·xLa2/3TiO3 (x=0.1-1.0). The synthesized (1-x)BaTiO3·TiO3 have been characterized bypowder X-ray diffraction (XRD), ICP elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and scanning electrom microscopy. The diffractions of samples with x≥0.07 were well indexedasa cubic structure, which is the same as a cubic perovskite-type BaTiO3. In the comjpositions of x≥0.8, the crystal structure changes from the cubic to an orthorhombic one. The effect of hydrothermal conditions has also beem examined. In this work, it was observed that the optimum ratios of KOH/Ti, La/Ti, and La/Ba were 90, 0.6x and 0.9 (1-x), respectively, and the optimum crystallization temperature was 240-260℃

On the basis of hydrothermal synthesis of perovskite-type SrZrO3, SrZr1-xMxO3-α (M=Al, Ga, In, x≤0.20) series oxaids wee prepared. The phase, Particle morphology and dopant content of the product were characterizied by the techniquesshuch as XRD, SEM, 27 Al-MASNMR, ICP and chemical analyses. The reslts indicated that the phase of product correspondedto orthorhomhic perovsikite-type SrZrO3, andthe producthad aparticle size region which was 5-15μm. Elemental analyses showedthat the productshave the </(Zx+M)(M=Al, Ga, In) ratio close to that of raw materials.

Perovskite-type Ba2SbMO6 (M=in, Y, Nd) oxids have been synthesized in Ba2O-Sb2O5-M2O3-K2O-H2O hydrothermal system. The synthesized Ba2SbMO6 oxidde powders were characterized by the techniques such as XRD, IR, SEM, XPS and ICP, methods. The results indicated that the Ba/Sb/M ratio is very similar and closing to 2:1:1 in all the products, and the particale sizes of Ba2SbMO6 oxides, where M=In, Y and Nd, are 1-2um, 0.5-1μm and 0.5-2μm, respectively.

Perovaskite ceramics have been successfully prepared by gelacting from oxide and carbonate powders, which is characterized by sintering homogenous gelcast obtained forma dense suspension of insoluble or low-soluiility metal-oxide precursonrs and organic monomers. Especially, the porous perovskinte ceramics can be obtained by controlling sinteing process. Gelcasting of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δwas used to illustrate the process.The porosity, Pore size, gas permeasbility andmicrostructure of the ceramics obtained were also characterized. This work shows that the obtained specimes are good engouht for practical use andthis prepration routine is very promising for preparing porous perovskite ceramics due to the specific advantages of simeple processing.
