胡斌杰,男,副教授、博士(后),中国电子学会高级会员,中国共产党党员,现为华南理工大学通信工程系系主任,第九届全国青年通信学术会议学术委员会委员,全国电磁散射专业委员会委员。《中国优秀科技成果百例》大型文献收录作者。
1988年在中国电波传播研究所攻读硕士学位,主要从事“七五”国家重点科技攻关课题“随钻测量电磁传输信道可行性研究”中的信道部分的研究工作。在这项研究中,提出了新的非均匀传输线模型,建立了分析该系统信道特性的相关理论。解决了对电磁波随钻测量系统实用潜力的评估和预测问题。1995年考入电子科技大学电磁场与微波技术专业攻读博士学位。其间主要从事等离子体介质波导方面研究,提出了分析各向同性等离子体波导的模式分类技术和分析磁化等离子体介质波导的高效数值技术。曾被美国纽约科学院邀请为该院院士和国际学术刊物《Science》邀请为专业级会员。1997年获得了电子科技大学96-97年度研究生优秀奖学金和TCL专项获学金两项奖励,并提前半年完成博士学位论文答辩。1998年4月获电子科技大学工学博士学位。1997年底在林为干院士的推荐下来到华南理工大学电子站从事博士后研究工作。在博士后期间,提出了分析一维非均匀等离子体电磁散射的SMM技术,发展了在该研究领域的相关理论。2000年作为华南理工大学引进人才,被聘任为该学校电子与通信学院副研究员。2001年6月至2002年12月在香港城市学无线通信研究中心作访问学者。主要从事新型奇异媒质的电磁散射特性及人工合成机理方面的研究,成功地将矢量波函数理论应用到手征材料的微观与宏观电磁特性的研究当中。目前主要从事无线线通信及相关射频理论与技术方面的教学与研究工作。
近五年来获省部级奖2项。在国际、国内主要学术刊物上发表学术论文26篇,包括: IEEE Trans Plasma Science, IEE-H:Microwave. Antennas Propagation.,J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.中国科学(E)。其中被SCI收录论文11篇,EI收录论文16篇,ISTP收录论文2篇。主持和参加科研项目7项,包括:国家教育部博士点专项基金,中国博士后专项科研基金等;独立指导和协助指导研究生31名,其中:博士研究生7名,硕士研究生17名,工程硕士研究生10名。

文中讨论了地球物理勘探中的随钻测量电磁传输信道激励方式及物理模型;应用改进的等效传输线法与电极法,研究了影响地面电极检测电压的信道参数,给出了随钻电磁信道最人可测深度与地层电阻率、工作频率及井场干扰噪声的关系。与实测数据比较表明,所用理论模型能较好地预测随钻电磁信道的主要特性。

An analytical technique, called the scattering matrix method, is developed to analyze the scattering of a plane wave from a nonuniform ferrite cylinder. It is proved that the derived formulas for nonuniform ferrite cylinders can be degenerated to the formulas for uniform ferrite cylinders published in the literature. The characteristics of scattering by ferrite cylinders with a linear profile are investigated versus applied magnetic fields and wave frequencies.

Scattering of a plane wave with linear polarization by a chiral-coating conducting sphere is presented. The expressions for the expansion coefficients of scattered fields and internal fields are obtained. The achiral-coating and the bare sphere limiting cases for these formulas are examined. The monostatic and bistatic radar cross-section (RCS) for three different chiral media: a lossless dielectric chirality, a loss dielectric chirality and a loss magnetic chirality are shown.

The propagation properties of a plasma dielectric waveguide immersed in an external magnetic field are presented. The field components' expressions, eigenvalues and characteristic equations have been obtained. The variations of the propagation properties with plasma parameters, external magnetic field and frequency are discussed in detail on the basis of the method of separation of variables combined with the technique of Muller's calculating roots.

The propagation characteristics of a plasma waveguide with a finite thickness of cladding immersed in an external magnetic field are presented. The effects of the collision frequency, electron cyclotron frequency, plasma thickness of cladding on propagation constants are investigated. Numerical investigations show that the attenuation of the waveguide is an oscillating function of the plasma thickness of cladding and collision frequency.

The normal modes in overmoded plasma waveguide coated with a lossy material are analyzed, particularly for the variation of its propagation properties with plasma parameters, coating materials, dimensions of the waveguide and frequencies. The separate characteristic equations of normal modes are derived, and their relevant approximate solutions are given. The limit results are consistent with those given in literature. The analysis shows that the propagation properties of the overmoded plasma circular waveguide can be controlled by choosing proper plasma parameters, coating materials and waveguide dimensions.

The propagation characteristics of magnetoplasma waveguide coated with a finite thickness of dielectric material are presented. Because the boundary conditions at all interfaces can be represented by the matrix equations, the characteristic equation can be obtained by successively using the matrix manipulations. The dependence relations of attenuation and dispersion of the fundamental mode with plasma frequency, collision frequency, and electron cyclotron frequency are shown.

A novel three-layer neural network with knowledge-based neurons in hidden layer (NNKBN) has been applied to model the crossover discontinuities in stripline circuits. The NNKBN model is electromagnetically developed with a set of data that are produced by the fullwave finite-difference-time-domain method. Numerical experiments show that the NNKBN model has many advantages over the conventional multilayer perceptron model.

分析了等离子体圆柱波导中存在的一般模式。重点讨论了波导的传播特性随等离子体参数、介质参数、波导尺寸、工作频率的变化。导出了各种模式的模方程,并给出了相应的近似解的解析表达式。在极限条件下,导出的结果与文献所给的结果相一致。计算的结果表明,这种结构波导的传播特性可以通过选择适当的等离子体参数、介质参数以及波导的尺寸来控制。
