晏磊,教授,毕业于清华大学,现工作于北京大学遥感与地理信息系统研究所,博士生导师,973成员,科技攻关课题负责人及主要成员。中国感光学会学术委员会副主任、数字成像技术专业委员会主任,南京航空航天大学电气工程学院、北京邮电大学电子工程学院兼职教授。主攻方向为智能交通自动控制理论与基于位置的服务,水下无源导航仿真技术,无人机遥感信息平台与成像技术研究。近五年内参加的国际科技交流活动包括:1.“The conference of Parallel Calculation and Analysis” 荷兰 ; 2.“Digital Imaging and LCD Projector Negotiation” 日本 ; 3.“ Digital Camera and System” 香港 。 近五年内主持的国家(国际)级科技计划项目(课题)或省部级重大项目包括:1.“水下无人作战平台技术研究”:国防973课题 30万元 2002-2004 ; 2.“空间遥感平台中的CMOS成像与信息处理系统”:科技部中小企业创新基金课 题 85万元 2003-2005 ; 3.“图像拼接软件研制”:国家安全部 10万元 2003 ; 4.“多功能无人机航空遥感系统研制”:国家十五科技攻关西部引导重大项目,贵航合作项目 30万元 2005-2006 ; 5.“ITS数据结构研究”:与中国普天合作项目 10万元 2004-2005。研究与开发工作简历:参加航空部“飞机电子传动式控制系统”研制并装机;独立完成二炮项目“快速定位定向系统”中的“静电陀螺支承系统”并使用;在北航率先开展GPS导航定位试验,开展GPS/景象/惯性组合导航系统、智能融合导航模糊控制系统研究;提出资源环境系统定量结构控制、时空信息闭环监测模式;研制出中国首台磁记录智能相机,首台CMOS数字成像原理样机;提出激光反卫星十项关键技术。在智能交通领域提出闭环导航控制、空间信息平台、通信和交通业务四大技术范畴,提出定位信息为反馈的ITS整体控制结构与流图,提出车载导航所对应的空间信息集成模式、异构交通平台数据的同构共享方法。开展水下无源导航研究,提出熵法地形匹配理论并探索了重力辅助导航理论。开展无人机遥感信息平台研究,系统研究了遥感偏振理论。

阐述公交车辆静态调度的局限性,据此提出公交车辆动态调度策略及其在线调整方法,并分析研究运营车辆出现意外事故、故障及延误等实际情况时,调度管理人员应如何采取相应的应急调度措施和方案。实验分析结果表明,实施公交车辆动态调度策略,可有效地解决公交车辆的静态调度不足,达到公交车辆指挥调度自动化,以提高公交车辆的运营效率和服务质量,为公交车辆智能调度提供切实可行的调度方法。

This paper dealt with the reflection spectrum and polarized reflection spectrum of 20 rocks in 2πspace, then get the model of reflection spectrum of rock surface in 2πspace. We measured the change of the reflection spectrum and polarized reflection spectrum according to the altering of the incidence angle, vertex angle, azimuth angle, bands, polarization. The results shows: the influence of incidence angle to the spectrum curve is very strong. And when the vertex angle is equal, the horizontal azimuth polarizes the rock spectrum, and elongates the circular spectrum in mirror direction, and the shape after distortion is much like ellipse. The polarization has influenced on the intensity that the rock spectrum reflected, but has no evident influence on the characteristics of wave shape of rock in 2π space. So we can describe the whole reflection spectrum characteristics (including polarization) of rock surface in 2πspace by measuring and calculating the value of e and p in several key directions.

针对水下无源导航(形辅助导航)系统的特点,充分利用各种海洋地理特征传感器获取信息,行数据预处理、算法分析、性能评估,后进行智能数据融合,而完成水下无源导航系统模块化的仿真设计,水下无源导航系统的进一步研究提供可行的方法和技术。仿真结果表明,用水下地形匹配辅助导航,能够有效地修正惯导误差达到设计要求,为真实海洋环境下的精确导航提供可靠的技术依据。

阐述了定性定量转换模型——云模型的定义、特征以及正向云、逆向云、条件云的生成方法。云模型将模糊性与随机性集成在一起,作为知识表示的基础,形成定性概念与定量数值之间的转换。将云模型理论用于车辆定位导航系统模糊评测研究,能有效地提高导航系统的可靠性和评测效果。仿真结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

At present, a new integrated navigation, which is used in the location function of reference gravity anomaly map to control the errors of Inertial Navigation System (INS), is developed in marine navigation. It is named Gravity Aided INS. Both INS and gravity anomaly computed in real-time need a three-dimensional marine normal gravity model. Conventionally, a reduction method applied in geophysical survey is directly introduced to process observed value. This reduction doesn't separate anomaly and normal gravity in observed value, so errors are occurred. The three dimensional marine normal gravity model is derived from J2 gravity model, and suitable for the region depth less than 1000m. Also some experiments and calculations are finished.

In this paper the authors analyzed the data collection of seabed terrain, the influence factors on measurement precision and the data computation in time or frequency domain. In order to estimate the noise embedded in the received data, the structure and algorithm of characteris tic matching filter based on the entropy concept is developed and discussed in detail. It is shown that the noise data can be removed effectively and the high precision seabed terrain be simulated by the filtering method.

An observa tor is combined with fuzzy set theory and neural networks for monitoring transformer operation-state. It has overcome the limitations such as the dependency on experts for fuzzy rule and no auto-adaptation for fuzzy set. The auto-regulation of membership functions and the self-organization of fuzzy rule are realized by the self-learning of the neural networks. This approach is proven by experiments.

An integrated information system (ERP system) of 1 tourism industry is proposed in this paper for the management of the planning of Mt. Emei and the relative industries. The authors also demonstrate the advantages of ERP solution, including its construction and functional realization in detail. The fusion of much spatial information in the ERP system is discussed and a spatial integrated information scheme is proposed.

In order to research the global change and analyze the characteristics of land surface or atmosphere, an Earth Observation Station usually needs a high-definition large screen to display the satellite remote sensing image. Under the development of digital imaging technology, this application can be put into practice. In this paper, the optical engine, a key technique in the digital imaging, is introduced. Then the basic principle and technical difficulties of optical engine are discussed in detail. It is testified that the optical engine technique can make the satellite remote sensing image displayed in high-definition model.
