Jamming and sticking is the major factors cause the failure of space mechanisms. More advanced solid lubri cating technologies have to be developed to satisfy the requirements of higher reliability, longer life, higher degree of accuracy, larger torque enduring ability, smaller cubic content, and lighter weight of space mechanisms in the future. This article reviewed the peculiarity of space environment and refers to the failure case of Galileo spacecraft. Challenges the future missions facing were introduced by some missions of ESA (European Space Agency). Relating the progresses of solid lubricating technology the conclusion is get that: the Nanocomposite and nanostructured coatings of multilayer will be the first choice of solid lubricating in space mechanisms; Various processing method should be used assorted in an optimal way; the lubricating design and mechanisms design should be integrated.

【期刊论文】Innovation Study on High Performance Filter Transmission Mechanism

The paper mainly aims at the common problems existing in driving components, especially in harmonic reducer, RV reduction gear etc., which are used in mechatronic accoutrement of engineering fields, e.g. robots, automation, advanced manufacturing at home and abroad. The paper cared about the key problems that flexspline of harmonic reducer is easy to endurance failure while continuous deflection. The paper put forward a new high performance filter transmission mechanism with high reliability, high precision, long life, large torque, lower energy consumption, small volume and lower weight, especial about the innovation design method of high performance filter transmission mechanism. The new transmission mechanism is composed of eccentric sleeve, inner meshed planet gear pair of small teeth difference, filter spline pair, three ways thrust bearing and so on. Rolling pair can filter high rotational speed of electric engine. The filter spline can filter secondary harmonics and deliver the movement to the output device smoothly. Three ways thrust bearing assure identical rotation between input interface and output interface while it limits the movement in other five way freedom. The paper has designed the eccentricity and tooth outline, made numerical simulation of the meshing process with pressure angle of 30 and 40, calculated the transmission efficiency, checken the intensity of wheels, operated comprehensive tests about transmission precision, rigidity and backlash, transmission efficiency, and so on.

This paper aims at the mechanical transmission device, especially the ship propulsion that are composed of metal pieces and lubricated by mineral oil long-time. Not only the loss of mineral oil and noble metal materials is great, but also the sealing leak of bearings lubricant inevitably pollutes the water environment seriously day by day. The paper advanced the creativity that chooses new engineering complex materials as friction pairs materials of key components to replace traditional metals, chooses natural water as lubricating mediator of transmission system to replace mineral oil, namely innovation study on efficient transmission system based on resources saving and environment amity. In the special and extreme environment, by studying water-lubricated engineering composites dynamic service behavior, by revealing key scientific problems of dynamic service behavior of driving system under the special and extreme environment, by analyzing load capacity, friction, wear and lubricating mechanism of new engineering complex materials under rotational speed, loading, temperature, runtime, clearance, sediment concentration and slenderness ratio 2<L/d<4, by studying the influence of new engineering complex materials, structure, working condition, environment, etc. on load capacity and lubricating property, the optimum design of transmission tribology performance based on new engineering complex materials of blending modification of plastics and rubber with nanometer material, especially the key technology of efficient driving medium and system based on new engineering complex materials was studied; by studying bond strength of nonmetal with metal, and structure design based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, consequently, innovation design theory and method of efficient transmission system was raised based on resources saving and environment amity, and then high performance transmission system based on new engineering complex material is developed.

从材料的角度, 研究弹性模量对水润滑塑料合金轴承的性能影响, 包括轴承承载能力、水膜形状曲线、压力曲线和最小水膜厚度等。研究表明: 在选择水润滑轴承材料时应根据其承载能力来确定轴承材料的弹性模量范围; 在承载能力范围内, 从弹性模量这个角度来说, 应当尽可能选择弹性模量低并具有良好摩擦磨损性能的材料, 因为选择较小弹性模量的材料有利于提高最小水膜厚度, 从而改善水润滑轴承摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能。

用MPV-200型摩擦磨损试验机研究了干摩擦条件下磨损时间、滑动速度、载荷、填料等对幕四氟乙烯(PTFE)工程塑料摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明:PTFE材料的摩擦因数和磨损率先随速度的增大而减小,然后又随着速度的增大而增大;随磨损时间的增长而降低,最后趋于稳定值:另外,摩擦因数大体上随载荷的增大而减小,磨损量则随载荷的增大而增加:填料可将PTFE的磨损量降低2个数量级,其中石墨使PTFE的摩擦因数降低,玻璃纤维和碳纤维则增大了PTFE的摩擦因数,而MoS2对PTFE摩擦因数的影响较小。对PTFE工程塑料的摩擦磨损特性进行系统分析,为优化设计提供理论基础。

阐述了多重网格算法的基本原理及其在水润滑塑料合金轴承弹流润滑数值计算中的具体实施过程,并在线接触弹流润滑理论的基础上, 对水润滑塑料合金轴承的弹流润滑模型进行数值计算, 绘出无量纲压力和无量纲膜厚曲线。从理论上揭示出润滑机理为由于塑料合金具有高弹性而弹性模量较低, 因而水润滑塑料合金轴承易于产生弹性变形, 导致轴承与轴摩擦表面间楔形水膜的形成, 从而形成弹流润滑。

由于水润滑塑料合金轴承的特殊性:带有纵向的沟槽和轴承衬(塑料合金)弹性模量低,以及弹流润滑的计算比较复杂,将多重网格法引入到水润滑塑料合金轴承的弹流润滑计算之中,成功地实现了数值解,为其理论研究奠定了基础。
