张建强,教授,博士,博士生导师。现任西南交通大学环境科学与工程学院院长助理。留学日本东京农工大学,获环境学专业博士学位,为西南交通大学引进的留学归国博士,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。
张建强教授现主要从事生态环境评价、规划及管理,废弃物资源化利用,环境生态学理论及应用,景观生态评价与规划、城市生态评价与规划、有害化学物质对人及生物的生态安全评价、城市生态环境治理等方面的研究。在《日本环境学会志》、《日本环境毒性学杂志》、《西南交通大学学报》等学术刊物发表论文60余篇,出版专著教材5部,主持和主研国际合作、国家、省部级科研项目9项,5项科研成果获省(部)级奖。张建强教授承担博士生、硕士生、本科生的《城市环境与城市生态》、《生态工程学》、《生态规划》、《环境毒理学》、《产业生态学》、《现代环境生物技术》、《景观生态学》、《城市生态学》、《污染环境生物修复工程学》、《环境生态学》、《环境工程微生物学》和《工程环境生态评价与修复》等教学任务。
张建强教授现任日本环境学会会员、日本生态学会会员、日本环境毒性学会会员、中国生态学会会员、中国环境科学学会会员、四川环境科学学会常务理事;国家教育部专家库专家、四川省环境科学技术专家等。

本文阐述了产品生态设计的原理和方法。产品生态设计以产业生态学为基本原理,将生态因素、环境因素融入产品的设计之中,实行产品生态设计战略。产品生态设计包括产品生态识别、产品生态诊断、产品生态定义和生态产品评价4个步骤。

二恶英是多氯代二苯二恶英(PcDDs)和多氯代二苯呋喃(PCDFs)的总称,为持久性有机污染物,其毒性强,降解难。二恶英的微生物降解主要有细菌好气降解,厌气细菌的还原脱氯,白腐真菌降解等。其中,白腐真菌对二恶英降解能力较强,它具有菌体外的非特异性的降解体系,能降解超微量的二恶英,对所催化底物无特异要求,有催化各种化合物氧化的功能,它以木材一类低氮源的有机物为营养源而生长,对不能利用木材等的土壤微生物具有竞争优势,且二次污染较少。

暗翅简天牛在四川和重庆1年发生l代,以老熟幼虫越冬。成虫发生于4月下旬至7月上旬,补充营养取食桑树等植物的叶脉,产卵于桑树等植物的新梢端部,卵期为8d,孵化的幼虫依靠蛀食桑树枝条获得营养,先向上蛀食产卵槽上部的枝条,至一定距离后再调头向下蛀食产卵槽以下的枝条,且在向下蛀食过程中多次调头向上蛀食侧枝,幼虫期长达180d,至翌年4月化蛹,蛹期为16d。在幼虫期常有污翅姬蜂寄生于体内,其寄生率达37.1%。卵的空间格局呈负二项分布。

The contents of Cr3+ and Cr6+ nutritional elements in the various organs of mulberry seedlings cultured hydroponically in the presence of Cr3+ and Cr6+ were measured. The contents of Cr3+ arid Cr6+ in all organs of mulberry rapidly increased in the case of high concentration of Cr3+ and CrG+ added to the culture medium. It was found that the Cr content rate in root was the highest compared with other mulberry organs and above 90% of Cr absorbed by mulberry was stored in root. Moreover, the Cr content rate in root by adding Cr3+ was higher than that by adding Cr6+, whereas those in stem and leaf wcrc completely contrary. The movement rate from root to other organs above the ground (stem and leaf) was less proportional to the concentrations of Cr3+ and Cr6+, respectively. However, the correlationship between the content of Cr in mulberry individual and the concentration of Cr6+ was not obvious, though the proportional correlationship of that for adding Cr3+ was very clear. Most of the content rates of plant nutrients in mulberry organs, such as that of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, decreased in the case of addition of Cr. In the contrary Ca content in root, increased when Cr was added in the culture medium.

The effects of Cr3+ and Cr6+ on the growth of mulberry seedlings cultured by hydroponics werehwestigated and several visible obstacles were observed after treating the samples for 20 days. The shoot length, increment of leaf number, chlorophyll content rate, dry weight growth, relative growth rate (RGR) and net assimilation rate (NAR) of mulberry seedlings decreased, following the chromium concentration increased. Especially, the decreasing tendency of those treated by Cr66+ was more noticeable as compared with that treated by Cr3+. Furthermore, all of them were correlated with the chromium concentration, except for NAR and chlorophyll content rate of mulberry seedlings in the fields treated with Cr3+ Ilowever, the leaf weight ratios (LWR) were rarely effected by the addition of chromium. The top/root ratios of individuals obviously increased comparing with that of reference individuals, but the differences of individuals werc not found between the fields treated with different concentration of Cr3+ or Cr6+. of the obstruction by Cr6+to the mulberry growth was significant due to the addition of Fez+ into the hydroponic solution. Compared with the blank samples, the visible obstruction to the mulberry growth was severe, slight and invisible corresponding to the charged concentration ratios of FEZ+/Cr6+, 1/1, 3/1 and 5/1 (w/w), respectively. Meanwhile, the factors such as the shoot length, number of leaf number, chlorophyll concentration, dry weight growth, relative growth rate (RGR) and net assimilation rate (NAR) of mulberry were also affected significantly by adding Fe2+. These data supported the results obtained by the visual observation. Therefore, it was considered that the abatement of Cr6+ obstruction to the mulberry growth was probably resulted from two factors. The first one is that Cr6+ was reduced to Cr6+, which lightly obstructed the umlberry growth, due to the addition of Fe2+. The second one is that the residue of Cr was just kept in the mulberry root after absorption, because the distribution of Cr6~ in the organs showed that a small amount of Cr6+ immigrated to the organs above the ground (the concentrations of Cr in the stem and the leaf was much lower than those without adding FEZ+). On the other hand, more than 3 times weight of Fe2+ to Cr6+should be required for thoroughly abating the obstruction of Cr6+.

The absorption and immigration of Cr and Cu in the mulberry seedlings were investigated by using the hydroponic solution that Cu coexisted with Cr. The two-factor design experiments were carried out in the total 25 addition-areas, namely, 5 addition-areas with 5-level concentrations of Cr (0, 0.5, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0mgl-1) based on the normal hydropoie solution, and corresponding to each area of Cr addition, 5-level concentrations of Cu (0, 1.0, 3.0, 6.0, 12.0mgl-1) were designed. It was observed that, at low concentration of Cu, the concentration and amounts of Cr and Cu in the mulberry seedlings were low with the same level, probably due to the competitive effect. Such absorption of Cr and Cu indicated that their absorption was attributed to antagonistic phcnornenon. IIowever, when both Cr and Cu were of the high concentrations, the toxicity of Cr and Cu were added, and the concentrations of Cr and Cu in the roots were much higher than those of solely adding Cu due to the deterioration of the exclusive function of roots.

The combined toxicity of chromium and copper on the growth of mulberry seedlings was investigated with the hydroponics. Two-factor designed experiments in the total 25 added areas were carried out. Namely, formulating 5 levels of Cr concentration (0, 0.5, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0mgl 1) with the ordinary hydroponic solution, and then corresponding to each of the above hydroponic solution containing Cr, Cu of 5 concentration levels (0, 1.0, 3.0, 6.0, 12.0mg1-1) was added. The results obtained by the analysis of variance to the dry weight growth indicated that the combined effects of Cr and Cu were significant. Moreover, the effects of growth abstruction resulted from the co-existance of Cr and Cu showed that the combined toxicity of Cr and Cu might be antagonistic action.
