探讨了细粒煤的粘附机理,通过试验证实了外在水分是造成筛分过程中细粒煤粘附的首要因素。对粘附力和粘附厚度的影响因素进行了研究,提出了潮湿细粒物料的粘附模型及解决筛孔堵塞的几种方法,为筛分机的设计和应用提供理论依据。

Dry beneficiaion technology with an air dense medium fluidized bed is brielty introduced. Systems for the dry separation of fine coal consisting of a magnetically fluidized bed (MFB) as separation medium are deseribed. The magnetic stabilization produces homogeneity and stability of the fluidized bed and thus eohances the separation efficiency by preventing remixing of the feedstock to be separated. Experimnts have been conducted in a 100-mm inner diamcter cylinder and results show that a uniform and stable MFB can be formed and fine coal(6mm size) can be separaed efficiently.

Coal dry beneficiation with gas-solid fluidized beds belongs to dry dense medium separation. It is important for us to study the rheological behaviors of gas-solid fluidized beds. In this paper, the viscosity of fluidized beds was measured by the solid-settling experiments. The rheological characteristics of fluidized beds can be described with Bingham fluid model. The effective viscosity of fluidized beds can be calculated. the plastic viscosity and yield stress of fluidized beds can be obtained by linear regression analysis of the experimental data. The calculated results agree with the experimental data well.

This paper established the mechnaics model of flip-flow screen. Based on theory analysis, the authors obtained the elastic dynamic differential equation of screen surface, the distribution formula of acceleration along screen surface, the acceleration formula and the numerical solution. All the formulas were tested by experiments. Based on the above, the authors designed the model flip-flow screen and did the pilot experiments. All the results obtained will instruct us in designing flip-flow screen and applying it in industry.

A highly effective process based on a hammer mill, a pneumatic column separator a nd an electrostatic separator was developed for recovering copper from waste printed circuit boards. The factors influencing the degree of copper liberation are discussed. Two physical separation methods were compared and discussed. Experimental results show that a well-controlled impact crusher can produce satisfactor copper liberation at a relatively coarse particle size. Around 90% copper recovery form waste printed circuit boards can be achieved using a combination of electrostatic separation and pneumatic separtion.

The technique of applying fluidized solid magnetic powder as the dense medium to separate coal was applied n a pilot-scale du separation plant and commercial coal mill in China recently. The nature of density distribution of the air fluidized bed dense medium is an important factor that influences the perormance of the separtor. However, during coal processng, fine coal particles would mix with dense medium of magnetite powder and accumulate in the bed. Its behavior will affect the density of the bed. The density distribution with fine coal partieles was studied in a laboratiory experimental system and in the piolt-scale air fluidized bed dense medium dry separator. The fuctional relation between density of air fluidized bed dense medium and fine coal particle content was fitted, applying the principe of least-squares method with damping factors, and a mathematical model was obtained. After analyzing the trial testing data. the mechanism of density distribution of the bed was studied and expanined.

Air-dense medium fluidized beds for separating 50-6mm coal ave been used successfully n commercial applications in China. In this study, the authors studied magnetically stabilized fluidized beds for separating fine coal (6-1mm). The magnetic stalilization enhances the separation by preventing back mixing of the feed solids. This paper discusses the principle of coal separation in magnetically stabilized fluidized beds, the experimental system, and the separation results.

A theory of the dry separation of coal by density difference is propose. The mecjamos, mad efficiency of separation of coal particles in an air dense medium fluidized bed (ADMFB) according to bed density and the density distribution in the fluidized bde is studied. The results show that the uniform a nd stable fluidized bed can be formaed at specific conitions. The maximum of relative errors of bde densities is only 2%, and the raw coal of 50 by 6mm size can be separated effctively with a high recovery of elean coal and a separation precision characterized by Ep value of 0.03. Only a small amount of misplacement of material between the light an heavy products was found. The view of "misplacing effects of viscosity" and "misplacing effects of motion" was proposed to explain the experimenta results satisfactorily.

The partieles' motion o sereen surface was studied by the way of nonliesr dynamics. It was found that the particles'motion may be changed form one form to another with its vibration strength. When the vibration strength K is bigger than 1 and smaller than 1.33, the partiele' motion is the bifurcating typet; when K is biger than 1.33 and smaller than 1.67, its motion becomes the double bifureation type; when K is bigger thaan 1.67, its motion changes into chaos motion type. On basis of studying alll effects of large vibration strength on particles penetrating, its was pointed out that a larger vibration strength K of screen surface will increase the strength of particles' motion. and then increase their probability of penetrating screen surface. A primary theory of particles' motion under large vibration strength for moisture fine coal was established.
