吴国清,副教授、硕士生导师,先后就读于山东工业大学铸造专业、西安交通大学材料加工工程专业和北京航空航天大学材料学专业,分别获得工学学士、硕士和博士学位,之后在北航能源与动力工程学院从事博士后研究,2005年6月出站后留北京航空航天大学工作。期间赴英国Queen’s University of Belfast 作访问学者。主要研究领域:1) 轻质合金及复合材料设计与成型技术研究;2) 材料循环利用技术。先后主持和参加近20项科研项目,其中包括国家高技术863项目、973项目、国家自然科学基金、北京市科技新星计划、教育部优秀青年教师基金、航空基金等,目前在研项目3项。有关研究成果分别在Materials Science & Engineering-A,Scripta Materialia,Materials letters,Wear, 金属学报,材料研究学报等国际国内重要期刊发表。发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI收录论文20余篇,EI收录20篇。获国家发明专利3项,实用新型专利1项,在审发明专利4项。先后获得北京市优秀科技论文一等奖,中国博士后科学基金二等资助金,北京航空航天大学“优秀博士后”,国防科技工业“优秀出站博士后研究人员”、北京市科技新星等奖励。主要研究成果包括:(1)开发了TiAl/TiAl基合金、TiAl/Ni基合金较低温度下的固态连接新技术,(2)设计制备新型Mg-Li-Al基复合材料,(3)设计开发了国际一流的电子废弃物回收处理生产线,目前正在从事相关关键设备的开发工作。

【期刊论文】粉料对废旧线路板粉末增强不饱和聚酯复合材料性能影响

废旧线路板回收处理过程中得到的塑料粉料作为增强填料,采用模压成型的方法制备成复合材料,改变填料形状、加入量及大小,研究其对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,用废弃粉体与短切玻璃纤维作为组合增强体,制得的不饱和聚酯复合材料的力学性能远大于单种增强体的力学性能;颗粒大小为1-3mm的纤维状填料对复合材料性能的提高远远大于颗粒大小为65目对复合材料性能的提高,且填充量也较大,质量含量可达65%,弯曲强度和冲击强度可达150MPa、18kJ/m2。

Laser surface remelting followed by heat treatments at 1000°C for different time was carried out on γ-TiAl based alloy. The characteristics of structural transformation of laser surface remelted γ-TiAl based alloy were investigated by high-temperature microscope, TEM and XRD. The results show that the phase transformation (α2 → γ) in TiAl alloy occurred at the earlier stage of post-heat treatment, and the dendritic structure transformed firstly at the intergranular, then expanded into the transgranular, finally changed to ultrafine equiaxed grain structure, at the same time, micro-hardness of laser-surface remelted γ-TiAl based alloy had the corresponding change with the structural transformation.

γ-TiAl alloy was bonded to Ni-base casting alloy using a laser surface modification technique, and the effects of Ni–Cr–Ti–Al clad coatings on TiAl alloy/Ni-base alloy bonds were investigated. Interfacial defects in joints were restricted by Ni–Cr–Ti–Al clad coatings. The compositions and microstructures of Ni–Cr–Ti–Al clad coatings have significant effects on the thickness and shape of interfacial reaction layers, and sound joints with the high shear strength are achieved between laser-surface-remelted TiAl alloy and Ni-base alloy laser clad with a Ni56Cr7Ti15Al22 coating.

By using the real information of the intended bonding surface and considering the effect of the diffusion distance in a definite time, a new theoretical model for diffusion bonding was proposed. The effects of different operating mechanisms, bonding parameters and microstructures on bonding were investigated. The simulation results indicate that, it is vital to consider the real information of the intended bonding surfaces and the effect of diffusion distance in a definite time; the metastable microstructure and the stable ultrafine microstructure exhibit better bonding characteristic than that of the original stable microstructure, which is in agreement with experimental results.

Using the combination of thermal simulation test and statistical method, the effects of microstructure variation on dynamic compressive deformation behavior were investigated with a Ti–3Al–5Mo–5V alloy systemically, under the strain rate of 16.67 s−1 at room temperature. The microstructure characteristics, such as the length, width and the aspect ratio (length/width) of α platelet, changes regularly with the increase of temperature or holding time. The aspect ratio and the size of α platelet affect the width of deformed shear band forming during the dynamic compressive deformation. Micro defects could be found when the width of deformed shear band decreases to a certain extent.

A new Mg–Li matrix composite with 5 wt.% Al2Yparticulates was developed by stir-casting technique, its microstructures and properties were investigated systematically. The results show that, the Al2Y intermetallics particles distribute in Mg–Li matrix homogeneously, and a good Al2Yp/Mg–Li interface is developed wherein there are no reaction products or obvious elements diffusing. The composite has a higher tensile strength compared with matrix alloy, whose good ductility is kept.

With laser surface melting and conventional heat treatment, superplastic diffusion bonding of TiAl alloy samples was carried out. Three different microstructure, i.e. fully lamellar structure, fine dendritic structure and refined equiaxed structure are used and their effects on bonding quality were investigated, and the bond quality was assessed by shear test at room temperature. Sound bonds could be achieved at 900℃by laser surface modification or by laser surface modification and pre-bond heat treatment at 1000℃ for 60 min, which is lower than conventional diffusion bonding temperature. The bonds were also post-bond heat treated at 1200℃ for 30 min, which improved the bond quality in all cases. The best shear strength of the bonds is greater than 80% of that of base metal.

A new method to join TiAl workpieces by superplastic bonding is investigated. Significant micro-structural refinement is achieved by laser treatment of the surface and thus, superplastic forming/diffusion bonding at a lower temperature and in a shorter time is achieved, and the bonding effects brought by temperature, pressure and time are discussed respectively.

Through the combination of superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) with laser surface processing, a new approach to join TiAl workpieces is proposed. In situ observations of the transformation of laser-surface-remelted TiAl intermetallic alloy (LSMTIA) were carried out during heating. The effect of different temperatures on the rate of dendritic structure refinement and the mechanism of refinement were discussed. The results show that the metastable microstructure of TiAl alloy obtained by laser surface remelting can be transformed into fine, equiaxed grains at certain elevated temperatures, and the structural transformation rate accelerates with the elevation of heating temperature. During continuous heating with a heating rate of 10℃ min-1, the dendritic structure is transformed into fine-grained structure at about 860℃; the hardness of LSMTIA varies correspondingly. The finegrained structure and the property variation of LSMTIA offer a good basis to SPF/DB. With significant microstructural refinement achieved by laser treatment of the surface and subsequent heat treatment, SPF/DB at a lower temperature and in a shorter time than conventional SPF/DB was achieved, and the bonding effects brought by temperature, pressure and time were discussed, respectively. The results show that, at the condition of 900℃ and 60 MPa, sound bonds could be obtained in 1 h.

概述了目前存在的几种两体磨料磨损的数学模型。将Monte Carlo方法与数值模拟相结合,提出了一个新的三维仿真模型。运用Monte Carlo方法随机选取磨粒的形状参数。采用打靶法生成随机的磨粒表面。采用网格剖分法记忆被磨表面的外形,为脊的处理以及磨损量的计算提供了一种新的方法,在三维空间内模拟了多个磨粒同时参与磨损的随机的动态磨损过程。将模拟结果和碳钢系列材料的试验结果以及其他研究者的模拟结果进行了比较,验证了模型的有效性。
