程江,男,1965年生,浙江大学学士(1986),华南理工大学硕士(1989)、博士(1995),美国MISSISSIPPI州立大学访问学者(1998-1999)。现为华南理工大学化工与能源学院教授、博士生导师。目前的主要研究方向:高级氧化过程与快反应动力学;食品与粉体冷冻干燥;活性有效成分包覆与缓释用聚合物微球制备及应用;新型生物填料和化工塔填料材质改性与应用等。已主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技厅等资助的研究项目10余项。近年在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文60余篇,取得(或申请)中国发明专利6项,主持(或参加)的课题有3项成果通过省部级技术鉴定,一项获广州市科技进步二等奖。曾获中国制冷学会“优秀青年科技工作者”称号,并兼任中国制冷学会冷冻干燥专业委员会委员。

研究了有机硅氧烷单体的种类、用量和添加方式以及水解抑制剂用量、体系的pH值、复合乳化剂的配比对自交联型有机硅氧烷改性丙烯酸乳液稳定性的影响并揭示其规律。发现采用含异丙氧基结构的阻碍性有机硅氧烷单体、调节反应体系的pH值在415~7的范围内、在反应体系中加入适量的水解抑制剂或采用有机硅氧烷的后添加方式都能减少和抑制有机硅氧烷在水中的水解反应和缩聚反应,提高聚合反应稳定性,增加产物中有机硅氧烷的含量,从而提高硅丙乳液性能。

对磁化所产生的物理、化学、生物三方面的效应进行了分析与综述,展望了其在废水生物降解中的应用。在废水生物降解处理过程中,利用磁致物理效应可提高溶解氧的浓度和嗜磁菌的密度,增加污染物、降解菌和氧的接触几率,强化体系中物质的扩散与传递;磁致化学和生物效应还可诱导微生物酶的合成和酶活,加快酶反应。新型活性磁种生物填料(同时结合生物亲和、亲水改性),可使微生物挂膜启动、新陈代谢以及废水的生物接触氧化降解过程更加容易且高效。最后指出生物亲和亲水活性磁种填料的研制和应用是生物接触氧化水处理技术的发展方向。

基于经验证了的二维冻干模型对瓶装物料的冷冻干燥过程进行了数值计算,利用计算结果对径向热质传递的影响进行了分析。结果表明:瓶侧面的径向传热影响显著, 但忽略水蒸气在径向上的传递作用不会给模拟计算结果带来明显误差。

研究了臭氧在鼓泡塔中吸收时,水中溶解臭氧浓度随时问的变化规律以及pH值对它的影响。建立了臭氧吸收数学模型,可较准确地预测水中溶解臭氧浓度;同时基于稳态膜理论,提出了带有一个一级臭氧自分解反应和多个一级或二级臭氧氧化反应臭氧吸收过程的增强因子理论预测模型,与文献值比较,结果合理。

Based on the Danckwerts surface renewal model, a simple explicit expression of the enhancement factor in ozone absorption with a first order ozone self-decomposition and parallel second order ozonation reactions has been derived. The results are compared with our previous work based on the film theory. The 2,4-dichlorophenol destruction rate by ozonation is predicted using the enhancement factor model in this paper.

The removal rate(s) of one or several organic pollutant(s) from water by ozonation and the chemical mass transfer coefficient of ozone in an agitated semi-batch reactor are predicted simultaneously using the explicit expression of enhancement factor in ozone absorption relating to the surface renewal theory presented elsewhere by this study group (Chinese J. Chem. Eng. 8 (2000) 236-240). By comparing with the iteration method proposed by Kuo (Environ. Prog. 1 (1982) 189-195) based on the film theory, no significant deviation has been found in simulating ozone absorption into the solution of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP). The predicted results also agree well with the measured data.

A mathematical model for freeze-drying without back surface heating is established first in this paper by a combination of URIF (uniformly retreating ice front) and Sheng/Peck's theories Explicit analytical cxpressions are obtained for the rates of interface movement and drying. The predicted drying rate and temperature profile arc in good agreement with the Sheng/Peck's model results Furthermore, the model is extended to the process of freeze drying with back heating in which the temperature at the interface is assumed to increase along the path of movement It is shown that the average rates for drying and intcrface moving may be obtained by assuming a quadric distribution for the interface temperature

Flooding and floating are problems in many paint applications. If pigment concentration is uniform of the surface but not through the thickness of film, one refers to 'flooding'(horizontal separation). If, however, concentration differences are visivle across the surface of the paint film, one fefers to 'flating'(vertical separation). In this artiale, the influence of pig-ment, filler, additives, and processing conditions on the flooding and floating of colored latex paint were investigated. It was discovered that too broad a distribution of pigment and filler particle size can lead to flooding and folating. Different lev-els of pigment (TiO2) or filler (kaolin) loading cause diverse degrees of flooding and folating. Waterborne coatings that do not exhibit follding of floating may show these condigions when diluted. Using dispersants or thicheners with hydrophobic constituents, increasing viscosity, reducing surface tension, etc., all help to prevent or reduce flooding and flooding and floating. Comparison tests revealed little influence of processing conditions on flooding folating.
