许淳淳,1964年毕业于北京化工学院后留校从事教学、科研工作至今。1996-1997年应邀赴香港理工大学任访问教授。现任北京化工大学材料科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,兼任中国腐蚀与防护学会副秘书长、理事、科普与教育工作委员会副主任。主要研究开发领域:材料局部腐蚀机理及腐蚀检测技术、缓蚀剂研制与应用、电化学保护、纳米涂料的研制与应用、文物保护技术。先后承担多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973项目)、国家“八.五”、“十.五”科技攻关项目及国家文物局等部的科研项目和多项企业横向技术开发项目,曾获国家教委科技进步一等奖、二等奖,国家文物局科技进步三等奖,湖北省科技进步二等奖,中国科协优秀声像作品奖二等奖。著作四部、译著一部,发表中、英文研究论文90多篇。培养博士生、硕士生30多名。

采用模拟闭塞电池及动电位扫描法研究堆外模拟辐照与未辐照的Zr-4合金在水中的缝隙腐蚀敏感性。结果表明,当电流通过闭塞区时,溶液pH值随时间下降,在闭塞区内Cl-的浓度随时间呈线性增大,而且经辐照的Zr-4合金闭塞区溶液的pH下降及Cl-增浓均比未经辐照的显著。动电位扫描法测Zr-4合金模拟闭塞区溶液中的阳极极化曲线和线性极化的结果与模拟闭塞电池法的结果基本一致,证实了经辐照的zr-4合金的缝隙腐蚀敏感性比未经辐照的明显增大。

采用控制电位下的恒载荷拉伸试验测得LC4铝合金在30℃、50℃、90℃的0.5mol/L Nacl水溶液(pH=7)中的应力腐蚀临界破裂电位Ecri分别为-720mv、-760mv、850mV(SCE)。体系电位负于Ecri时不发生应力腐蚀破裂。Ecri随介质温度T升高而向负方向移动,Ecri与T大体呈直线关系:Ecri=-655-2.17T(mV)。用改进的模拟闭塞电池研究了裂纹尖端化学状态的变化:当通入闭塞区的阳极电流密度为1mA/cm2时,其溶液pH值从7降至3.3,Cl-浓集倍数高达4。断口呈典型的沿晶应力腐蚀开裂形貌。

It is observed by scanniag tunneling microscopy (STM) that the adsorbed Benzotriazole (BTA) on copper is long in shape and has an irregular rectangle. The growth of BTA on copper is in the form of polymeric chain and mainly in one dimension rather than two dimensions The copper surface covered by BTA becomes flatter, smoother and the roughness was smaller than that of bare copper, so the corrosion is largely decreased. However, many grooves can be seen between BTA polymeric chains in which corrosion may exist to a degree.

Techniques are developed for studying the mechanism of localized corrosion and protective measures against such corrosion are suggested. The pH values and composition of the occluded sol-ution at different propagation stages are determined. Measurements of the critical pH value and cor-rosion rate inside the occluded cells are conducted. Potential-pH diagrams depicting kinetic and thermodynamic behaviors of occluded cell corrosion are being established. The mechanism of inhibi-tion of pitting and stress corrosion cracking have also been investigated.

This paper describes a study on the corrosion behaviour of archaeological bronze in simulated groundwater by means of a simulated occluded cell. The study revealed migration, enrichment and deposition patterns of ions in the environment and the cations produced by anodic dissolution during lacalised corrosion of bronze. The cycle voltametry technique was utilised for the first time on the study of electrochemical behaviour of the bronze/simulated occluded solution interface. The potential and current peaks of oxidation-reduction at the cathode and anode in the occluded solutions at various time intervals facilitated a study of the corrosion products formation processes and their formation speeds.

Specimens of AISI 321 stainless steel (OCr18Ni9Ti) of various martensile contents were prepared by the low temperature (-70℃) elongation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron micrograph (TEM) techniques were used to study the phase transitiun process and Its structure. The relationshlp between deformation-induced martensite and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of the steel in 42% (boiling) MgCl2 solution was investigated using the constant hind SCC test with the normalized threshold values. The resuhs reveal that when the α'-martensite content is less than 5% and also in the range of 15%-24%, the SCC susceptibility of this material decreases with the increase of α'-martensite content. However, when the α' martensite content is in the rang of 5%-15% and more than 24%, the SCC susceptibility of this material increases with the increase of the α'-martensite content. The SCC fracture surface of the specimens exhibits a stepped fracture surface and transgranular stress corrosion fracture surface morphology.

Specirmens of 304 stainless steel with various martensite contents were prepared by a low temperature (-70℃) elongation method. Optical microscopy and transmission electron microgryphy were used to study the phase structure of the samples. A simulated occluded cell (OC) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to study the chemical and the electrochemical changes within pits on 304 stainless steel containing the different martensite contents. The EIS results showed that the martensite phase decreased not only the solution resistance in pit, but also the polarization reistance value between metal and solution in pit The composition of the passive film in OC solution was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was observed that martensite transformaion was a very important factor in changing the composition of the passive film. The martensite phase destroyed the integrality and compactness of the passive film. For these reasons, pit propagation in Type 304 stainless steel was accelerated with increasing martensite content.

The chemical behaviour within the occluded cell of simulated cast iron artefact in 3.5% NaCl solution has been investigated by means of a simulated occluded cell. As anodic current was passed through the cell a series of changes took place, the most important of which were a fall in pH and Cl-migration within the occluded cell. It was observed that the pH value and the amount of Cl-migration in the occluded cell were related to the quantity of passing electric current. Electrochemical techniques were capable of providing information on the behaviour of the cast iron in a simulated occluded cell at various time intervals. The results of potentiodynamic polarisation and impedance measurements indicated that corrosion potentials became more negative and the cast iron was corroded more seriously. SEM micrographs clearly revealed the morphologies of specimens after simulated occluded cell galvanostatic tests for different time intervals at 1mA/cm2 anodic current density. Confidence was thus gained that an auto-catalysing process was responsible for the enrichment of chloride ions in occluded cell and this was confirmed by EDS.

采用模拟闭塞电池法和模拟闭塞区溶液法,测定了0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢(304 SS)在0.5mol•L-1 NaCl(pH=7)以及A3钢在0.01mol•L-1 NaCl(pH=12)两种体系,孔蚀的不同阶段孔内外间电流的换向电位ET。结果表明,ET 值随闭塞区溶液组成的变化而变化,但存在一个范围。将304不锈钢的ET值与用孔蚀滞后环法在不同扫描速度,不同回扫电流时所测得的孔蚀保护电位EP值作比较,发现EP值范围处于ET值范围之内。ET值可以为孔蚀阴极保护电位参数的确定提供依据。
