魏先勋,男, 湖南常德人,1946年1月1日出生。现为湖南大学环境科学与工程系博士生指导教师,湖南省土建学会、暖通学会、大气污染学会等学会委员;省、市环保局环保项目评审专家;国家自然科学基金、高等学校博士点学科专项基金项目同行评审员;湖南大学设计院第三设计所所长;湖南大学学术委员会委员。主要研究方向为大气污染控制工程、固体废弃物的资源化。完成国家自然科学基金项目《应用变压吸附分离净化含有多成份有机蒸汽的废气及其过程模拟》,主持国家“九五”攻关项目“湿式脱硫除尘设备耐腐耐磨技术的研究”;多年来主持各种污染物的治理项目,在工程技术领域有丰富的经验;开发研制出十余种新型污染治理设备,获得国际级奖项1项,国家、省部级奖项6项,有专利8项,成果广泛应用于环境工程领域。

针对文丘里水膜除尘器运行中存在的问题,采用文丘里+旋流板+喷淋+折流板除雾器的方案改造原有的除尘器,在系统阻力理论分析的基础上,采用赛姆洛图表对其理论除尘效率进行估算,工程改造后实际应用相一致。

介绍了改性后的粉煤灰吸附烟气中低浓度二氧化硫实验,探讨了改性粉煤灰自身的含湿量、用量、烟气量和SO2浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响,得到了改性粉煤灰在含湿量为30%、用量为30克、烟气量为200L/h、SO2浓度为0.2%时对二氧化硫的吸附效率在98%以上,持续时间可以达到30分钟,其效果优于市售一级活性炭。

【期刊论文】煅烧-碱溶法制粉煤灰类沸石吸附剂及其在处理含铅废水中的应用

粉煤灰吸附性能研究是当前环境科学领域中的一个研究热点,原状粉煤灰的吸附效果不理想。本文报道的用煅烧-碱溶法制得类沸石吸附剂的比表面积为112.6m2/g、孔隙率为83.1%,分别是改性前的40.22和1.67倍。用此类沸石吸附剂来处理浓度为200mg/L 的模拟含铅废水,去除率为84.87%,吸附容量为33.94mg/g,分别是改性前的31.13和31.42倍,处理效果优于市售一级活性炭。并用0.1mol/L 的HCl溶液和饱和NaCl溶液再生此吸附剂,解吸率达到了98%以上,此再生的类沸石吸附剂处理含铅废水的去除率也达到了83%以上。

为了解城市污水厂污泥在氮气的气氛下进行热解的特性,利用热重分析结合傅立叶红外光谱等方法对长沙某污水厂干燥污泥进行了研究。实验结果表明,在15℃/min和30℃/min的升温速率下,干燥污泥存在3阶段的失重过程,结合FITR谱线可知,每一阶段的失重都有二氧化碳气体和水蒸气析出。同时,对实验数据进行了处理,采用微分法确定了热解反应的机理方程,并求出反应动力学常数E和A。

The adsorbent derived from sewage sludge through chemical pyrolysis has been used for the adsorption of Cd2+ and Ni2+ from aqueous solution. Parameters such as the agitation time, metal ion concentration, adsorbent dosage and pH were studied. The adsorption data fit well with the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The capacity of adsorption calculated from the Langmuir isotherm was 16, 9mg/g for Cd2+ and Ni2+, respectively at the initial pH of 5.8 at 25℃. And the agitation time of 60 min was necessary for the adsorption to reach equilibrium, the optimum pH value in the range of 5.5-6.0. Desorption studies were performed with dilute hydrochloric acid. Quantitative recovery of the metal ion is possible. The mechanism of adsorption seems to be ion exchange. As the sewage sludge is discarded as waste from wastewater treatment processing, the adsorbent derived from sewage sludge is expected to be an economical product for metal ion remediation from water and wastewater.

The sewage sludge was used to produce adsorbent through controlling the pyrolytic and chemical conditions. Using the adsorbent derived from sewage sludge to adsorb the low concentration SO2 in fixed bed system, the effects of the metallic derivatives on characteristics of the adsorbent was investigated under the different the compositions of the gaseous mixtures. The results show that when the content of vanadium reaches 0.5% and the contents of iron, calcium, copper, nickel achieve approximately 0.9%, under the conditions that the sorption mixture contains sulfur dioxide of 0.12%, oxygen of 3% and water vapor of 10%, the maximum adsorption capacity of SO2 can be obtained, which is 128, 109, 90, 82, 78mg

According to the Doehlert's matrix method, the adsorbent derived from sewage sludge was prepared through chemical activation under controlling the pyrolysis temperature and hold time. The characteristic parameters including the total yield, adsorption of methylene blue, adsorption of iodine, BET surface area, micro-pore volume are 35~49%, 16.5~38mg/g, 285~362mg/g, 185~359m2/g, 0.112~0.224m3/g, respectively. According to the experimental data, the multi-linear regression method was adopted to fit the relations between the characteristic parameters and influential factors. At final, through optimization method, the optimal adsorbent is obtained when using 62min as hold time and 1105K as pyrolysis temperature. Under the conditions, the adsorbent was produced and compared the characteristic parameters with model forecast value, the coherence is satisfied.

Textural characteristics of adsorbent derived from sewage sludge by chemical activation with ZnCl2 solution is investigated in this paper. The effects of hold time, pyrolysis temperature and ZnCl2 solution concentration on the surface area (BET method) of adsorbent derived from sewage sludge were investigated. Under the conditions of the hold time 2h, pyrolysis temperature 850℃ and ZnCl2 concentration 3M, the surface area achieves 550m2·g-1. Dynamic adsorption test for sulfur dioxide was carried out in a packed column. The effects of mass fraction of water, SO2 inlet concentration, mixture gas flux and adsorbent dosage on the desulfurization efficiency of the adsorbent were studied. In this work, the optimal operations are mass fraction of water 25%, inlet SO2 concentration 0.15%, mixture gas flux 300L.h-1 and adsorbent dosage 30g. In that case, the adsorbent derived from sewage sludge was found to have obvious capability for the adsorption of SO2.
