赵卫光,男,1971年生人,博士,研究员,中共党员。1994年毕业于南开大学化学系,1997年于南开大学元素有机化学研究所获硕士学位,1997年至1998年在天津市纺织工学院任教。2001年7月在南开大学元素有机化学研究所获博士学位并留所任教,师从李正名院士进行新型生物活性物质的设计、合成和构效关系的研究。现任南开大学农药国家工程研究中心副主任、天津市技术监督局质检第56站站长、元素有机化学研究所生测室主任、中国化工学会农药专业委员会理事、天津化工学会常务理事、天津市农药学分会副理事长、天津市农药行业协会副会长等职。
先后主持国家自然科学基金两项和国家“十五”科技攻关项目一项,作为课题副组长主持国家“十五”攻关项目和国家重点推广计划各一项。先后参加了“973”计划、“863”计划和天津市科技发展计划等项目的研究工作。
此外,还先后参加与美国Dow公司的合作中试放大项目和新杀菌剂基础研究项目、南开大学-德国拜尔公司合作开发新农药项目、南开大学创制除草剂单嘧磺隆的除草剂安全剂研制和中试项目、二氢呋喃的新工艺项目、聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜化学改性项目。
现发表正式论文60多篇,会议论文20多篇,授权中国发明专利2项。获得2007年度国家技术发明二等奖、2004年度天津市技术发明一等奖、第五届全国新农药创制学术交流会优秀论文奖等。

Ten new 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives containing benzenesulfonylureas, Schiff bases and amides were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elementary analysis. The preliminary biological tests show that compound 8 has biological activity.

以乙酰乙酸乙醇的二硫缩醛为原料,分别合成了 1-磺酰基-3-甲基4-乙氧基(二乙氨基)羰基-5-甲硫(甲磺酰)基-1-吡唑和 1-甲酰基-3-甲基4-乙氧基羰基-5-甲硫基-1H-吡唑。元素分析、1H NNR证实了它们的结构,部分化台物经过 MS和IR的证实。初步的生测结果表明部分化合物对芦笋茎枯病和番茄早疫病具有较好的效果。

In search of novel pyrazole derivatives with bioactivity, a series of 3-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-caboxylic ester derivatives were synthesized via a-oxoketene dithioacetals as starting material. The structures of all compounds prepared were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some compounds showed fungicidal activity against wheat rust, phoma asparagi and antiviral activity against TMV.

The annelation of 1,2,3-thiadiazole rings was accomplished by the reaction of N-acylhydrazone 2a bearing an adjacent a-methyl with thionyl chloride to give a-chloro-N-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazolc-4-acetamicle 4 and was demonstrated by the X-ray crystal structure of its derivative Sa. A novel series of a-subktituted ptlenoxy-N-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-acetamide 5 were synthcsized through the reaction of the compound 4 and phenols. The results of bioassays show that the title compounds cxhibit good anti-HBV activities. The crystal of compound Sa, N-methyl-a-2-bromophenyl- 1,2,3-thiadiazole -4-acctamide, has been prepared and determined by X-ray diffraction.

Two novel methods for synthesis of nicotinic acid derivatives with unsymmetrical substitution patterns were presented via ketene dithioacetals. The ketene N, S-acetals 2 reacted with b-ketoesters or b-cyanoesters to give 4-amino-5-cyano-2-alkyl-6-methylthio-nicotinic acid derivatives 3 or 2,4-diamino-5-cyano-6-methylthio-nicotinic acid ethyl ester 4. However, 6-amino-5-cyano-2-alkyl-4-methylthio-nicotinic acid esters 6 were obtained by the reaction of the ketene dithioacetals 1 and b-amino-crotonates.

A series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole or 1.3.4-thiadiazole-substituted pyrazole derivatives were synthesized from 4-pyrazole form hydrazide; their biological activities were studied. The structures of all the new compounds were confirmed by means of spectroscopic methods and microanalyses. The preliminary bioassay results indicate that some compounds of them have a good fungicidal activity against Phoma asparagi and Physalospora piricota Nose.

A series of a-substituted-1,2,3-thiadiazoleacetamides were prepared and tested in vitro against tobacco mosaic virus. The preliminary bioassays indicated that some of the new compounds are good as compared to the commercial pesticide Virus A at 500 mg/L, and the activity was influenced by the nature of the substituents. 3D-QSAR models were established based on the antiviral activity of the compounds. It has also been found that some of the new compounds also exhibit significant anti-HBV activity in human hepatoblastoma-derived liver Hep-G2 cells.

以双乙烯酮为起始原料,设计并合成了一系列新颖的1,2,3-噻二唑-4-乙酰苯胺(吗啉)类化合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征.生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有一定的抗TMV活性、植物生长调节活性和杀菌活性。
