刘盛华,1984年毕业于江西大学化学系,1991-1994年在武汉大学化学系有机化学专业攻读硕士学位,1994年获理学硕士学位。 1996-1999年在武汉大学化学系有机化学专业攻读博士学位,1999年获理学博士学位。1999-2002 年在香港科技大学化学系从事博士后研究工作。2002年10月至现在,在华中师范大学化学学院工作,现为华中师范大学化学学科的学术带头人、博士生导师,农药与化学生物学教育部重点实验室副主任。近年来,在σ-配合物(尤其是分子氢配合物)的合成及其催化性质和催化机理的研究和碳-碳键、碳-氢键活化等方面取得了一些有意义的研究成果。 成功地获得了许多重要、难得的氢化反应中间体――分子氢-烷基配合物和分子氢-烯烃配合物,提出和证实了一些新的催化加氢反应机理。利用钌配合物在温和条件下,实现了碳-碳键和碳-氢键的活化,并首次合成了中心含金属苯配体的triple-decker分子。合成了目前最长(2nm)的具有分子导线功能的线型链(CH)X桥联的双金属配合物。近年在国际著名化学刊物上发表多篇重要论文:Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.(1 篇,第一作者)、Organometallics(9篇,其中8篇为第一作者或通讯联系人)、Eur. J. Inorg. Chem(1 篇,第一作者)、Journal of Organometallic Chemistry(1 篇,第一作者)。其中发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上的研究工作被美国化学与工程新闻杂志登载(Chemical & Engineering News, 2002, 80(19), 34)。现在正主持多项国家及省部级科技项目。

Treatment of [Ry(CH=CHCH2PPh3)X(CO)(PPh3)2]+ (X=Cl, Br) with KTp (Tp=hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) and NaBPh4 prouced [TpRu(CH=CHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4. Reaction of RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 with HC=CCH(Oet)2 produced Ru (CH=CHCH(Oet)2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, which rected with KTp to give TpRu(CH=CHCHO)(CO)(PPh3). Treatment of [TpRu(CH=CHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4 with NaN(SiMe3)2 and benzaldehyde produced TpRu(CH=CHCH=CHPh)(CO)(PPh3). The later complex was also produced when TpRu(CH=CHCHO)(CO)(PPh3) was treated with PhCH2PPh3Cl/NaN(SiMe3)2. The bimetallic complex [TpRu(CO)(PPh3)]2(μ-CH=CH-CH=CH-C6H4-CH=CH-CH=CH) was obtained from the reaction of [TpRu(CH=CHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4 with NaN(SiMe3)2 and terephthaldicarboxaldehyde.

Reaction of cis-1, 4-dichlorobut-2-ene with dicyclohexylphosphine in the presence of KI in acetone produces [cis-Cy2PHCH2CH=CHCH2PHCy2]I2, which is converted to cis-Cy2PCH2CH=CHCH2PCy2 on treatment with NaOH. Reactions of cis-Cy2PCH2CH=CHCH2PCy2 with MHCl(CO)(PPh3)3(M=Ru, Os)yield MHCl(CO)(PPh3)(Cy2PCH2CH=CHCH2PCy2). The ruthenium complex RuCl(CO)(PPh3)(Cy2PCH2CH(CH2)2PCY2) is obtained by refluxing RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)(Cy2PCH2CH=CHCH2PCy2) in methanol-CH2Cl2. Reaction of RuCl(CO)(PPh3)(Cy2PCH2CH(CH2)2PCy2) with H2 in the presence of NaBPh4 produces RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)(Cy2P(CH2)4PCy2). Reaction of OsCl(PPh3)(2,6-(Ph2PCH2)2C6H3) with H2 produces OsCl(H...H)(PPh3(2,6-(Ph2PCH2)2C6H3) which contains an elongated dihydrogen ligand.

Reactions of HC=CCH2CH(OR)CH(OR)CH2C=CH(R=HMeSO2) with RuHCl(CO)(PPh2)3 produced [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2]2(μ-CH=CHCH2CH(OR)CH(OR)CH2CH=CH). which on treat-ment with PMe3 gave [RuCl(CO)(PMe3)3]2(μ-CH=CHCH2CH(OR)CH(OR)CH2CH=CH). Treat-ment of RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 with (3E, 5E)-HC=CCH=CHCH=CHC=CH produced [RuCl-(CO)(PPh3)2]2(μ-CH=CHCH==CHCH=CHCH=CH). The later complex reacted with PMe3, 4-phenylpyrldine (PhPy), and 2, 6-(Ph2PCH2)2C5H3N (PMP) to give [RuCl(CO)(PMe3)3]2(μ-ch=chch=chch=chch=ch), [RuCl(CO)(PhPy)(PPh2)2]2(μ-CH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CH), and [RuCl(CO)(PMP)]2(μ-CH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CH). respectively. The struc-tures of RuCl(CO)(PMe3)3]2(μ-CH=CHCH2CH(OH)CH(OH)CH2CH=CH) and [RuCL(CO)(PMe3)32-(μ-CH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CH) have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction.

Summary [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)]BF4 reacted with H2 in benzene to give [Cp*Ru(η6-C6H6)]BF4 with H2 a formal [2+2+2] homo-Diels-Alder cycloaddition of MeC=CPh to NBD occurred when [Cp*Ru(H2O)(NBD)]-BF4 was treated with MeC=CPh. In contrast. An un-usual coupling product. which is formed by a formal addition of a C-H bond of styrene across one of the double bonds of NBD. was produced when [Cp*Ru(H2O)-(NBD)]BF4 was treated with CH2=CHPh.

The complex FC(CH=CH)2C=C-TMS(Fc=ferrocenyl)was obtained from Wittig olefination of FcCH2PPh3Br with TMS-C=CCH-CHCHO in THF. The conjugated monometallic dienecan be desilylated to give Fc(CH=CH)2C=CH, which reacted with RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 to produce Fc(CH=CH)3RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2. Treatment of the latter complex with PMe3, 4-phe-nylpyridine (PhPy), 2, 6-(Ph2PCH2)2C3H3N (PMP)2 and KTp (Tp-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)=bprate) gave Fc(CH=CH)3RuCl(CO)(PMe3)3RuCl(CO)(PhPy)(PPh3)2. Fc(CH=CH)3RuCl(CO)(PMP), and Fc(CH=CH)3RuTp(CO)(PPh3), respectively. The structures of Fc(CH=CH)2C=CH and Fc(CH=CH)3RuCl(CO)(PMe3)3 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction.

Protonation of [RuH(Cl)(PPh3)2(NBD)](NBD=norbornadiene) in benzene with a limiting amount of HOTf gives [RuH(Otf)(PPh3)2(NBD)]. norbornene and [RuCl2(PPh3)2]2. In dichloromethane, [RuH(Cl)(PPh3)2(NBD)] reacts with a limiting amount of HOTf to give [RuH(OTf)(PPh3)2(NBD)] norbornene and the trimetallic complex [Ru3Cl5(PPh3)6]OTf. In contrast protonation of [OsH(Cl)(PPh3)2(NBD)]. In the protonation of [RuH(Cl)(PPh3)2(NBD)], the norbornene is likely produced through the intermediate [RuH(HCl)(PPh3)2(NBD)]OTf. The involvement of [RuH(HCl)(PPh3)2(NBD)]+ in the formation of norbornene is supported by theoretical calculations based on the B3LYP density functional theory. The fact that norbornene is not produced in the protonation of [OsH(Cl)(PPh3)2(NBD)] can be attributed to the stronger osmium-olefin interaction.

Treatment of OsCl2(PPh3)(PNP)(PNP=2.6-(Ph2PCH2)2C5H3N)with LiC=CPh produced O5Cl(PPh3)(2-Ph2PCH(CPh=CH)-6-Ph2PCH2C5H3N). The structure of the latter, unusual complex has been confirmed by an X-ray diffraction study. Reaction of OsCl(PPh3)(2-Ph2-PCH(CPh=CH)-6-PH2PCH2C5H3N) with H2 and K2CO3 in the presence of NaBF4 in methanol produced OsH(PPh3)(2-Ph2PCH(CPh=CH)-6-Ph2PCH2C5H3N). Protonation of OsH(PPh3)(2-Ph2PCH(CPh=CH)-6-Ph2PCH2C5H3N) with HBF4 gave [Os(H2)(PPh3(2-Ph2PCH(CPh=CH)-6-Ph2PCH2C5H3N]BF4. which reacted with H2 to give [OsH(H2)(PPh3)(2-Ph2PCH(CPh=CH2)-6-PH2PCH2C5H3N)]BF4

Treatment of [OsClH3(PPh3)3] with (E)-Ph2P(CH2)2CH=CH(CH2)2PPh2 produced [OsCIH(PPh3)[Ph2P(CH2)2CH=CH(CH2)2PPh2]]. Which reacted with HOTf to give the dihy-drogen(olefin) complex [OsCI(H2)(PPh3)[Ph2P(CH2)2CH=CH(CH2)2PPh2]]Otf. Treatment of the latter complex with H2 did not result in hydrogenatin of the olefin double bond, but gave the (hydrido)dihydrogen complex [OsH(H2)-(PPh3)[Ph2P(CH2)2CH=CH(CH2)2PPh2]]OTf. A density func-tional theory study suggested that hydrogenation of the double bond in [OsCl(H2)(PPh3)[Ph2P(CH2)2CH=CH(CH2)2PPh2]]OTf was thermodynamically feasible but kinetically unfavorable.

Treatment of RuHCL (CO)(PPhQ, wlth (3E,5E,7E)-HC=CCH=CHCH=CHCH=CHC=CH produces [RuCI (CO)(PPh2)2]2(u-CH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CH) The latter complex reacts with PMe3 to give [Rucl(CO)(PMe3)2]2(u-CH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CHCH=CH) the structure of which has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical properties of the latter C20H20-bridged complex have been investigated.
