求学经历:1982.9-1987.8 北京医科大学药学系本科生,获得理学学士学位;1987.9-1990.8 沈阳药科大学中药系药物化学专业硕士生,获得理学硕士学位;1995.9-1999.5 沈阳药科大学中药系药物化学专业博士生,获得理学博士学位。
工作经历:1990, 8-1995, 8 中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所植物资源室实习研究员,助理研究员;1997, 2-1997, 9 美国加州大学旧金山分校药学院药物化学系访问学者;1999, 8-2003, 12 沈阳药科大学中药学院天然药物室讲师,副教授;2002, 8-2003, 8 美国密西西比大学药学院生药系访问学者;2003, 12-至今 沈阳药科大学中药学院天然药化教研室,教授,博士生导师。
工作业绩:一直从事天然药物化学的教学和研究。为本科生讲授《天然药物化学》、《专业英语》、《有机化合物波谱解析》等,为研究生讲授《专业英语》,《植物化学方法学》等。指导博士研究生9名,其中3名毕业,硕士研究生30名,其中14名毕业。参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家“973”、“863”项目、教育部博士点基金,以及辽宁省、沈阳市科技基金项目和美国NIH项目等十余项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文90余篇,其中SCI收载38篇,参编专著5部。2004年入选辽宁省百千万人才工程千人系列。

目的 研究黑三棱 Sparganium stoloniferum的化学成分。方法 用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20往色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱数据结合化学反应确定化合物的结构。结果 分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(I)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ),24一亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(Ⅲ),6,7,10-三羚基-8-十八烯酸(Ⅳ),香草酸(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ),a-棕榈酸单甘油酯(Ⅶ),5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ),结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ和Ⅴ~Ⅷ 均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Two new sesquiterpene lactones with the unusual sulfonic acid group, 13-sulfo-dihydrosantamarine (1)and 13-sulfo-dihydroreynosin (2), have been isolated from the roots of Saussurea lappa C.Their structures, including the absolute configurations, were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.

目的 研究柳穿鱼全草的化学成分。方法 利用柱色谱法分离和IR,MS及1D,2D-NMR等波谱分析法确定结构。结果 鉴定18个化合物,分别为苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),苯甲醇樱草糖苷(Ⅱ),苯甲醇0-(2ˊ-β-Ο-β-D-吡喃木糖基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3,5-;甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(Ⅳ),葡萄糖丁香酸(Ⅴ),丁香苷(Ⅵ) liriodendrin(Ⅶ),2,禾二叔丁基苯酚(Ⅷ),对甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅸ),白杨素(x),linarioside(Ⅺ),甘露 (Ⅻ),半乳糖醇(Ⅷ),丁二酸(ⅩⅣ),正二十六烷酸(ⅩⅤ),正二十七烷醇(ⅩⅥ),二十九烷醇-15(ⅩⅦ),α-单二十烷酸甘油酯(ⅩⅧ)。结论 其中15个化合物(Ⅰ-Ⅴ,Ⅶ-Ⅹ,Ⅹщ - ⅩⅧ) 为首次从柳穿鱼属植物中得到。

Three tricyclic guanidine alkaloids, including 1, 8a;8b, 3a-didehydro-8b-hydroxyptilocaulin (1), 1, 8a;8b, 3a-didehydro-8a-hydroxyptilocaulin(2) and mirabilin B (3), were identified from the marine sponge Monanchora unguifera.1, 8a;8b, 3a-Didehydro-8a-hydroxyptilocaulin(2) is a new stereoisomer of 1, the structure of which was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, comparison of its spectral data with those of 1, and confirmed by X-ray analysis.Compounds 1 and 2 co-crystallized in an unusual perfect order and packed around an approximate inversion center. A mixture of 1 and 2 is active against the malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum with an IC50 value of 3.8μg/mL while mirabilin B (3) exhibited antifungal activity against Cryptococcus neoformans with an IC50 value of 7.0μg/mL and antiprotozoal activity against Leishmania donovani with an IC50 value of 17μg/mL.

Three new cytotoxic cyclopeptides belonging to iturin class have been isolated from marine bacterium Bacillus sp.These three compounds have the cytotoxic activities.Their structures were determined based on chemical analysis and all kinds of spectroscopic techniques.

A new chromone derivative, 3-[1-(2, 4, 6-trihydroxyphenyl)3-di-(4-hydroxyphenyl)1-propanone-2-yl]5, 7-dihydroxy-8-di(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, named as isomohsenone was isolated from the roots of Stellera chamaejasme L.together with known chamaechromone.Its structure was determined by the analysis of MS and NMR data, especially 2D NMR spectra.

A new alkaloid, 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydropyrrolo (2, 1-b) quinazolin-1-carboxylic acid (1), together with eight known compounds, 7-hydroxy vasicine (2), benzyl alcohol β-D-(2'-O-b xylopyranosyl)glucopyranoside(3), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-primveroside(5), 3, 5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(6), gluco-syringic acid(7), syringin(8), and liriodendrin(9), were isolated from the plants of Linaria vulgaris. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.
