周晓猛,男,1975年4月18日出生,工学博士。1999年9月至2002年4月,在南京理工大学化工学院攻读硕士学位,专业为材料学。2003年1月至2005年12月,在中国科学技术大学火灾科学国家重点实验室攻读博士学位,专业为安全技术及工程。
工作经历:
(1)2006年2月至今,就职于南开大学环境科学与工程学院,工作岗位为教学科研岗;
(2)2002年5月至2003年1月,以外聘人员身份在南京理工大学化工学院从事科研工作;
(3)1998年8月至1999年8月,在济南东风制药厂担任技术人员。
目前从事的科研活动:
(1) 国家自然科学基金委员青年基金项目《洁净化学灭火气体动力学灭火机理及环境友好性研究》,项目负责人;
(2) 天津市科委应用基础及前沿技术研究计划项目《生态环境风险定量评价及其预警技术的研究》,合作单位项目负责人;
(3) 韩国高等教育财团资助的南开大学亚洲研究中心项目《应急资源优化配置及绩效评价》,项目负责人;
(4) 北京市科学技术研究院项目“体育赛场、危险化学品事故预警模型及应急预案编制技术研究”,课题负责人;

(6) 参与研制开发SQ 气溶胶灭火系统(2003 年就已通过公安部的产品检验)。

(8) 参与开发研制多组分细水雾的添加剂(已通过科技部专家鉴定并申请了专利)。

A water- based aerosol fire extinguishing agent (WAE) is a safe and practical alternative to halons. It comprises an oxidizer, a fuel and a catalyst. The WAE combusts and generates large amounts of inert gases and vapor, which are released into the fire scenario, extinguishing the fire. KNO3 is used as an oxidizer to adjust the combustion rate and to ensure highly effective fire extinguishing ability and safe application of WAE. Generally, the combustion rate of WAE increases with an increase of KNO3%. However, within a specific range of KNO3%, the combustion rate decreases initially and then increases with an increase of KNO3%, called the 'N' effect in this study. The competition between these two effects leads to a decrease of the activation energy of the thermal decomposition of WAE as KNO3% increases along with an inhibiting effect of the liquid mixture that is generated during the combustion of the WAE. In addition, the relationship between the combustion rate and the fire extinguishing time is also discussed in this study.

C3H2F3Br(1323) is a new kind of Halon replacements developed by our research group. In order to improve the disperse capability of 1323, nitrogen was mixed with 1323 to form the binary fire- extinguishing agent. In this work, the binary fire- extinguishing agent of nitrogen and 1323 was used in experiment and the fire extinguishing efficiency was discussed. In addition, the fire suppression mechanism was investigated and the fire- extinguishing concentration of nitrogen and 1323 was also studied.

During the crowd evacuation process in the confined space, the stranded crowd in the egress is the main risk carrier for the stampede- trampling accident. The number of stranded crowd not only has directly relationship with the evacuation time, but also has some certain connection with the occurrence probability of the stampede- trampling accident. In this paper, the egress stranded crowd amount discrete model which follows the time is set up to estimate the number of stranded crowd in the egress or the aisle in the building at different times and to calculate the number of stranded crowd at the same time in the different width egress. Besides that, the case of stadium stand egress was chosen to prove the validity of this model.

The use of water mist to extinguish fire is a problem of particular interest since the banning of halogen- based agents for environmental reasons. This interest is reflected in the large number of research performed on the main mechanisms of extinguishment: heat extraction, oxygen displacement and attenuation of heat fluxes. In contrast, there are still little known about the chemical and some other aspects of water mist addition on the pool fire. In this paper, a phenomenological study is conducted of the effect of water mist addition on the kerosene pool fire through the measurement of the heat release rate, CO, CO2 and O2 species concentration in combustion with cone calorimeter apparatus. The experimental results show that there is a significant enhancement effect at beginning stage of water mist addition. And then, the flame size was decreased abruptly. By physical suppression effect combined with chemical effect, the experiments' results are explained especially. The study of effects of water- mist on pool fire will be useful for optimizing designation of water- mist fire- suppression system, improving the fire suppression efficiency and extending their application field.

C3H2F3Br(1323) is a new kind of Halon replacements that developed by State Key Laboratory of Fire Science in University of Science and Technology of China. In order to improve the disperse capability of 1323, nitrogen was mixed with it to form the binary fire- extinguishing agent. The extinguishing concentration of the nitrogen and 1323 binary mixtures was estimated based on adiabatic flame temperature calculations and the dependence of the rate of fire suppression of chemical agents on temperature. Besides that, cup burner experiments were conducted for the concentrations of binary fire extinguishing agent composed of 1323 and nitrogen In addition, the synergistic of nitrogen and 1323 in fire suppression was also discussed.

MC additive is a new generation of additives that is being developed by our research group to improve the fire- extinguishing efficiency of water mist. MC additive not only will not corrode metal and is non- toxic to human beings, but also greatly improves the fire extinguishing efficiency. In this paper, a phenomenological study is conducted into the effect of MC additive on water mist's fire- extinguishing efficiency through the base of an ethanol fire, a diesel fire and a wood crib fire. The experimental results are explained using the chemical suppression mechanisms combined with physical suppression mechanisms.

建设应急避难场所是国际社会应对突发性事件的一项灾民安置措施,同时也是现代化大城市用于民众躲避地震、火灾、爆炸、洪水等重大自然灾害的安全避难场所。本文在对避难场所规划原则、城市避难场所布局、选址及其要求进行分析的基础上,提出了城市避难场所数量、容量的确定路线,并对避难场所布局优化进行了研究,提出了网络优化模型,并结合实际应用对其进行了一定的完善。

以提高城市的应急管理能力为目标,针对突发事故灾害应急管理的特点,根据应急点的数目,将应急资源配置过程划分为若干阶段。以每一阶段开始或上一阶段结束时已调度的应急资源数量为状态变量,结合动态规划的基本理论,构建应急资源优化配置数学模型,并通过案例分析对该模型的实用性和有效性进行验证。结果表明,基于动态规划理论的应急资源优化配置定量模型可以避免传统管理模式下应急资源配置过程中的重复、缺项以及资源利用低效等问题,能有效指导应急过程中应急资源的优化配置,提高突发事故下城市的整体应急能力。

水基热气溶胶灭火剂是以替代哈龙为目的而研制的新一代灭火剂。通过水基热气溶胶灭火剂在燃烧器中燃烧,产生以水蒸气和惰性气体为主体的气溶胶灭火介质,经冷却后,排放到被保护空间,对火灾实施有效扑救。因此,水基热气溶胶灭火剂在燃烧器中的燃烧速度,对其灭火效率有重要影响。研究了硝酸钾、催化剂(caty1)、水分、淀粉等组分含量对水基热气溶胶灭火剂的平均质量燃速的影响规律。
