马建方,男,出生于1966年9月,教授,博士生导师。1987年毕业于南开大学化学系,获理学学士学位。1993年毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获理学博士学位。1995年8月至1996年8月在香港中文大学化学系作访问研究;1996年11月至1997年11月在日本国东邦大学化学系作博士后研究。主要研究方向为配位化学和有机金属化学。主持国家自然科学基金资助课题一项,教育部霍英东高等学校青年教师基金项目一项。已发表研究论文100篇,代表性论文在Angew. Chem., Chem.–Eur. J., Inorg. Chem.及Organometallics上发表。2003年获第二届“长春青年科技创新优秀奖”。 2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。

【期刊论文】Four Novel 3D Copper(II) Coordination Polymers with Different Topologies

A series of CuII coordination polymers with different topologies, namely [CuL(L1)] • 2H2O(1), [CuL1.5(L2)] • 3H2O(2), [CuL(L3)] • 3H2O (3) and [Cu2L2.5(L4)(H2O)] • 10H2O(4) [ L = 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), H2L1 = fumaric acid, H2L2 =1 ,1’-ferrocenedicarboxylic acid, H2L3 = succinic acid, and H4L4 = pyromellitic acid], are presented. Different polymeric frameworks are obtained by varying the polycarboxylate anions. These include the threefold interpenetrated diamond structure of 1, the rare twofold interpenetrated 4664 network of 2, and two planar four-connected networks of 3 and 4, which display an unusual Archimedean-type (658) (6482) net containing two different types of nodes and a (5648) (526282)2 (68410) (5462) net containing four different types of nodes, respectively. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curves of 1, 2, 3, and 4 exhibit three similar weight-loss stages.

The reactions of AgNO3 with Na2L and Mg(HL)2 (H2L =5-sulfosalicylic acid) gave two luminescent coordination polymers: Ag2L(H2O) (1) and [Ag2(HL)2(H2O)3]H2O(2), respectively. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/n, with a = 7.489(2), b = 16.237(3), c = 8.222(2) Å , β= 92.90(3)°, V = 998.5(3) Å3, Z = 4. Compound 1 is the first silver carboxylate-sulfonate with an extended three-dimensional structure, a framework composed of four kinds of crystallographically unique silver atoms and organic species with three different functional groups, carboxylic, hydroxyl, and sulfonic, each coordinated to the silver atoms. 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pī, with a = 8.307(2), b = 11.246(2), c = 12.590(3) Å, α = 112.68(3), β = 97.66(3), γ = 95.51(3)°, V = 1061.6(4) Å3, Z = 2. In 2, silver ions are bridged by sulfonate groups to form one-dimensional chains, and each chain is connected to the two neighboring chains through the coordination of the carbonyl oxygen atoms to the silver ions of the neighboring polymeric chain to form a two-dimensional network. The luminescent properties of the two compounds are also discussed.

Two new CuII coordination polymers, namely [Cu2(BDC)2(L)4 (H2O)2]•14H2O(1) and [Cu1.5(BTC)(L)1.5(H2O)0.5] • 2H2O( 2), where L = 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), BDC = 1,4- benzenedicarboxylate, and BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate, have been synthesized at room temperature. Complex 1 exhibits an unusual, square-planar, four-connected 2D 264 net, which has been predicated by Wells. Interestingly, three types of water clusters, namely (H2O)6,( H2O)8, and (H2O)10, are observed in the hydrogen-bonded layers constructed by the BDC ligands and water molecules. The BTC anion in compound 2 is coordinated to the CuII cation as tetradentate ligand to form a (66)2(426484)2(64810) net containing three kinds of nonequivalent points. Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and IR spectra for 1 and 2 are also discussed in detail.

In this paper, four novel silver(I) sulfonate coordination polymers containing neutral ligands, namely, [Ag2L1(biim)2] • 2H2O( 1), AgL2(biim) (2), [Ag(HL3)(Pic)2] • H2O( 3), and [Ag3(L3)(HL3)(4,4’-bipy)3(H2O)2] • 4H2O( 4), have been synthesized [L1 = 3-carboxy-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, L2 = p-aminobenzenesulfonate, H2L3 ) p-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, biim ) 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl)-bis(imidazole),Pic =β-picoline,4,4‘-bipy = 4,4’-bipyridine].For compounds1 and 2, Ag(I) cationsare bridged by biim ligands to form a one-dimensional (1D) “zigzag” chain, and L1 and L2 sulfonate ligands are not coordinated to the silver cation. Compound 3 has a dimeric structure in which two silver cations are bridged by two HL3 ligands. For compound 4, L3 ligand coordinates to a silver cation as a monodentate ligand, and Ag(I) cations are bridged by 4,4’-bipy ligands to form a 1D chain. Compound 1 contains water dimers, while compound 4 contains water trimers. Compounds 1-3 display room-temperature photoluminescence.

A novel coordination polymer {[Cu(L1)(L2)(H2O)] •5H2O}n (1), where L1 = 1,1’-(1,4-butanediyl) bis (imidazole) and L2 = m-phthalate anion has been obtained by using an unusual crystallization process. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna21, which belongs to the crystal class mm2, with a = 9.0521(18), b = 15.401(3), and c = 17.141(3) Å, α = β = γ= 90°, V = 2389.7(8) Å3, and Z = 4. The complex 1 composing a porous supramolecular architecture displays unprecedented four-connected topologyof an 86 net in coordination polymer chemistry. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) patterns for 1 are discussed in detail.

Hydrolysis of dibenzyltin dichloride in ethanol has been found to give an unprecedented carbonate anion (CO3 2-)-bridged double-ladder organo oxotin cluster, [(R2SnO)3(R2SnOH)2- (CO3)]2 (1,R = C6H5CH2), with five tin atoms in each ladder. With the aim of obtaining organooxotin clusters with large cavities suitable for host-guest chemistry, we used 1,1’-ferrocenedicar- boxylic acid (H2La) and hexanedioic acid (H2Lb) to replace the carbonate anions (CO3 2-), and thereby clusters [(R2SnO)3(R2SnOH)2La]2 (2) and [(R2SnO)3(R2SnOH)2Lb]2 (3) were ob tained. When 1 was treated with benzo ic acid (HLc) in different stoichiometric ratios (1:4, 1:10), ladder cluster (R2SnO)3(R2SnOH)2(Lc)2 (4) and drum cluster [RSn(O)Lc]6 (5) were obtained. Through the hydrolysis of Cy2SnCl2 (Cy = C6H11) and (C6H5CH2)2SnCl2, two interesting ethanolate-modified clusters [Cy2(C2H5O)SnOSn(C2H5O) Cy2]2 (6) and [(R2SnO)3 (R2SnOH) (R2SnOC2H5)(CO3)]2 (7) were ob tained. All the tin atoms in these ladder clusters are five-coordinate surrounded by two alkyl groups and three O atoms, and have distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination environments with two carbon atoms and one O atom in the equatorial positions and two O atoms in the axial positions. The structures of all these compounds have been established by single-crystal X- ray diffraction analyses.

By surfactant-assisted methods, nanoscale Co(O3PC6H5) •H2O species of different morphologies, namely, nanoparticles and nanorods, have been successfully synthesized and characterized. Upon removal of the organic part of the compound, peculiar Co2P2O7 porous nanorods formed.

This article represents a systematical examination of the structures of silver(I) sulfonates incorporating neutral ligands. To survey the influence of the properties of neutral ligands on the structures of silver(I) sulfonates, three kinds of sulfonate anions (L1= 1-naphthalenesulfonate, L2 =p-toluenesulfonate,and L3 = 1, 3, 6, 8-pyrenetetrasulfonate) and three kinds of neutral ligands (pyrazine, Pyr, a divergent bidentate ligand; hexamethylenetetramine, hmt, a divergent tetradentate ligand; and β-picoline, Pic, a monodentate ligand) were selected for study, and five novel silver (I) sulfonates containing neutral ligands have been synthesized: [Ag(L1)- (Pyr)] •H2O(1), Ag(L2)(Pyr) (2), Ag4 (L3) (Pyr)4 (H2O)2 (3), [Ag(L1)(hmt)] •H2O(4), and Ag(L1)(Pic)2 (5). The crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and these compounds show a variety of structures with different dimensionalities. Moreover, the luminescent properties of compounds 2, 4, and 5 are also discussed.

The reactions of sodium nitroprusside [Na2Fe(CN)5NO • 2H2O] with organotin have been studied. Six new organotin-cyanometalate compounds, [Ph3Sn]2[Fe(CN)5NO] (1), [Bz3Sn]2[Fe(CN)5NO](Bz=C6H5- CH2-) ( 2), [Bz2Sn] [Fe(CN)5NO] (3), [(Bz3Sn)2CN]2 [Fe(CN)5NO] (4), [Bz2SnOSn(MeO)Bz2]2 [Fe(CN)5-NO] • 3CH2Cl2 (5), and [Bz2SnOSn(EtO)Bz2]2 [Fe(CN)5NO] • 3CH2Cl2 (6), have been isolated in these reactions and characterized by the X-ray diffraction method. Each of compounds 1,2,3,and 4shows a 2D polymeric structure containing planar four-connected [Fe(CN)5NO]2- anions. Compound 4 is the first organotin-cyanometalatecompound containing a superlong-CN-R3Sn-CN-SnR3-NC-spacer. Compounds 5 and 6 are the first examples of organotin-cyanometalate compounds of organooxotin clusters, in which the organooxotin clusters are bridged by cyanometalate anions to generate a novel 1D polymeric chain structure.
