毛大恒,教授,博士生导师,现任机电工程学院党委书记,教育部"铝合金强流变技术与装备工程研究中心"主任。长期从事材料成型工艺与装备、金属塑性加工摩擦与润滑方面的教学和科研工作,在上述领域有精深研究。近年来承担和参加了国家"973"和"863"科研项目5项,厂、校横向项目多项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文70多篇,已有20多篇学术论文被美国科学引文索引《SCI》和美国工程索引《EI》检索。获国家科技进步一等奖和国家科技发明二等奖各1次,省部级科技进步一等奖和科技发明一等奖4次,省部级级科技进步二等奖2次,省部级级科技进步三等奖1次;获国家发明专利和实用新型专利各1项。

By applying a special combined magnetic field (MF) to the molten aluminum solidification-deformation process, we obtain roll-casting aluminum strips under different electromagnetic field (EMF). Analyses of these strips showthat EMF causes pronounced changes in aluminum roll-casting strip's structure, and has significant effects on mechanical properties of finished sheets and plates thereof. With rational EMF parameters, breakthroughs can be achieved in the roll-casting strip finishing processing.

The effects of rolling driving methods and technical factors on the microstructures and mechanicalproperties of aluminum foils based on the industrial trials were studied by TEM, tensile test and texture analysis. The results show that there exist obvious dynamic recovery and primary location re-crystallization phenomena in the aluminum foils during high-speed rolling. Meanwhile the phenomena become more obvious as the rolling speed or the reduction increases, especially in the asymmetrical rolling process with single-roller driving, the dynamic primary location recrystallization is more likely to come into being. The effects of the dynamic recovery phenomena and the dynamic primary location recrystallization on the comprehensive final product ratio and the quality of aluminum foils were discussed.

Low-angle X-ray Diffraction has been applied to analyze the structure of stearic acid's LB films and self-grown surface adsorbed films of aluminium product metalworking lubricants. The results show that: LB films exhibit a good layer-like ordered structure in the normal direction of film-carrying surface, while in the tangential direction, they do not show a cyclically ordered molecular arrangement; as for the self-grown surface adsorbed films of aluminium sheet and strip metalworking lubricants, their molecules are orderly arranged in a certain degree in both the tangential and the normal direction of film-carrying surface, and they have a short-range ordered structure. The experiment on friction and abrasion made in lab, and the industrial rolling production show that: the better is the orientation of normal molecules, the higher the oil film strength, and the smaller the friction factor.

The products of hot continuous roll casting, which has the feature of being a short process, have some quality defects. A new concept that a compound magnetic field is applied to the roll casting zone so as to force it to nucleate, restrain crystal growth and obtain a fine equiaxed grain structure because of the action of electromagnetic Lorentz force has been put forward in this paper. Not only have the design model of the electromagnetic field (EMF) and the technological realization of electromagnetic roll casting (EMRC) been discussed based on experiments and research of laboratory and industrial trials, but the matching and coupling relationship between the electromagnetic parameters and technical parameters of roll casting on the basis of the structure and performance of materials have been investigated.

The surface of the aluminum foil rolled has been observed with microscope on the basis of in-dustrial experiments, and the structure of the surface adsorption film has been analyzed by means of low angle X ray diffraction. It is advanced that the lubrication in aluminum foil rolling is in the state of thin film lubrica-tion, surface adsorption film is an ordered multi layered molecule film with more than 7 layers; and the layers of the ordered molecule film is influenced by the concentration of the additive in certain range; the concentra-tion of the additive in oil is the main factor affecting the stability of rolling, controling the concentration of the additive can control the ratio of fluid friction, boundary friction, and local holding on in deformation zone, thus obtaining good rolling deformation conditions.

测试了多种润滑添加剂油品的油膜承载能力,并利用X射线衍射分析了油品在金属铝表面上自然形成的吸附膜的结构;考察了油品油膜承载能力与吸附膜结构之间的关系,提出了吸附膜结构强化的概念;对复合型添加剂协合效应的作用机制进行了探讨,认为吸附膜的结构强化是引起某些复合添加剂出现协合效应的原因。

就蜗杆传动减速器设计问题,应用模糊数学方法进行了优化设计。在满足使用条件的前提下,以蜗杆传动的体积最小为目标,建立了该问题的数学模型及求解。实例表明模糊优化设计是一种更科学更合乎客观实际要求的设计方法。

针对1400冷轧机现用轧制油所存在的问题,对其使用的油品进行了组分分析和性能测定,并根据表面吸附理论提出了增加润滑性能、消除退火油斑、延长使用寿命的一些新见解。所调制的轧制油在工业应用中获得良好效果。
