桑芝富,男,1940年生于江苏如东,1965年毕业于南京化工学院化工机械专业,教授,博士生导师,美国机械工程学会会员,美国压力容器委员会会员,美国ASME杂志Associate Editor,中国机械工程学会高级会员。长期以来一直从事的化工设备、压力容器等课程的教学及科研工作。主要的研究领域涉及压力容器及管道的结构与强度,石油化工设备设计及制造过程的CAE模拟,过程装备的先进制造技术等。曾赴美国伊利诺大学进修、合作研究两年。先后在国内外学术刊物,学术会议上发表论文近100篇。参加主编“过程设备设计”教材,参编“化工机械工程手册”、“化工容器及设备简明设计手册”。主持完成美国压力容器研究委员会(PVRC)资助的合作项目4项,完成WRC技术报告4份。完成工程应用项目如技术改造、增效、延寿等多项,先后培养研究生12名。

The purpose of this paper is to provide research results for a cylindrical vessel—30 deg lateral intersection with diameter ratio d/D≥0.5 under increasing internal pressure loading.The results include those from tests as well as from an inelastic stress analysis.The erimentally determined limit load is compared with that from the finite element analysis. The stress concentration factor, the spread of the plastic area,and the behavior of the deformation are provided.Also,a burst test of the model vessel is carried out to provide some data to justify the existing design method and forms a basis for developing an advanced design guideline for cylindrical vessel—lateral intersection under nternal pressure loading.[DOI: 10.1115/1.1845477]

The purpose of this paper is to study the plastic limit moment of nozzles in cylindrical vessels with different d/D ratios under out-of-plane moment loading. Three full size test models were designed and fabricated. A 3D nonlinear finite element numerical simulation was also erformed. A twice-elastic-slope plastic moment on the nozzles was obtained approximately by use of load–displacement and loadstrain curves. The results show that plastic loads determined by test and numerical simulation methods are in good agreement. The results can serve as a basis for developing an advanced design guideline by limit analysis for cylindrical vessels with a nozzle under external loads.

This paper provides results of inelastic stress analysis for a vessel-nozzle intersection with intermediate diameter ratio (dlD = 0.526) under increasing internal pressure loading from experimental and non-linear finite element methods. The determination of the limit load due to internal pressure is performed by an experimental study for comparison with finite element analysis.The spread of plastic area for the analytical model vessel is provided.Also a burst test of the model vessel is carried out to provide some data to justify the existing design method and the basis for developing an advanced design guideline for shell intersections under internal pressure loadine.⑥ 2002 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.

The purpose of this paper is to present a study of the effect of a geometric gap between the cylindrical shell and reinforcement pad on the local stresses in the area of the intersection when the nozzle is subjected to moment loading. Experimental and finite element analyses were performed on two test vessels (four nozzles). A comparative study of stresses in the intersection region for different geometric gaps was also carried out.

对接管弯矩在圆筒形压力容器中引起的局部应力进行了试验研究及三维有限元分析。研究工作的范围包括3台具有不同d/D比值的试验容器。研究结果表明:由接管弯矩(包括纵向弯矩及横向弯矩)在圆柱形窗口及接管中引起的应力有明显的局部性;同时表明,横向接管弯矩M,在容器横向截面产生的应力与同样大小的纵向接管弯矩M1.在容器纵向截面内产生的应力大得多。研究结果与WRC.107及WRC.297等计算方法的结果进行了比较。

The main purpose of this paper is to provide an applicable method to establish reliability factors for expanded tube-to-tubesheet joints.The paper also reports on the results of a preliminary study to validate experimentally the reliability efficiencies listed in Table A-2 of Appendix A of Section Ⅷ,Division 1,of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME,1986),and tightness of expanded tube-tubesheet joints.A comparison between the actual reliability factors fr determined from testing the damage strength of the joint and calculated according to Appendix A-4 of the ASME Code and those of Table A-2 is carried out.The results are discussed in light of the restrictions inherent in Table A-2.It is confirmed that some existing values of fr are conservative,-while others are less so.
