姜卫平: 博士,教授,博士生导师,武汉大学测绘学院卫星应用工程系系主任,GPS工程技术研究中心(国家卫星定位系统工程技术研究中心)教授。2001年毕业于武汉大学,获工学博士学位;2002年破格评为副教授;2000.08-2000.10,美国ALASKA大学访问学者;2003.08-2004.08年,冰岛北欧火山研究所(NVI)博士后,2005.08-2005.09,冰岛大学北欧火山研究中心访问科学家;2005年破格评为教授,博士生导师。现主要从事卫星定位理论与应用和卫星重力理论与应用研究。在GPS精密数据处理方法和卫星重力研究方面取得了多项具有高学术水平和很高实用价值及推广价值的成果。目前,已在JGR、EPS、科学通报等刊物和IUGG等国际会议上发表了科研论文30余篇,其中国际SCI、EI、ITSP共14篇;负责和参加了30余项科研项目,其中国家自然基金项目7项,国家863项目4项,国际合作项目2项,攀登项目1项,其他20余项。已有8个项目获省部级科技进步奖,其中一等奖3项,二等奖2项,三等奖4项。2003年,博士论文获湖北省优秀论文,并获“ 全国优秀博士论文提名”。主讲过“GPS原理及其应用”,“GPS数据处理”等本科课程。

【期刊论文】Determination of global mean sea surface WHU 2000 using multi-satellite altimetric data

In this study, the overall editing criteria for altimetric data are considered and the geophysical correction models is improved. The datum for various altimetric data is also unified and the method of a full-combined crossover adjustment for different altimetric tracks is used to improve the radial orbits of Geosat, ERS-1 and ERS-2 data. In addition, the method for determining mean sea surface (MSS) by using multi-altimetric data is developed. The data used to compute WHU2000 MSS include 7-year Topex/Poseidon data (cycles 11 249), 2-year Geosat ERM data (cycles 1-44), 5-year ERS2 data (cycles 1-52) and all ERS-1 168-day data. The WHU2000 MSS is determined with a grid resolution of 2’ ×2’ within the±82° latitude and its precision is better than 0.05 m. Comparing WHU 2000MSS with 3.75´×3.75’ CLS_SHOM98.2 MSS, 3´×3’ GFZ MSS95A and 3.75´×3.75’ OSU MSS95, as external checks, the corresponding standard deviation (STD) of their differences is 0.090 m, 0.211 m and 0.079 m respectively.

We use data from GPS campaign and continuous measurements from 1992 to 2004 in SW Iceland to map the surface velocity field from the Reykjanes Peninsula to the Eastern Volcanic Zone. We divide the time series into preseismic (July 1992 to June 2000) and postseismic (June 2000 to May 2004) time intervals, and we estimate GPS station velocities for each interval as well as coseismic offsets due to the June 2000 earthquake sequence in the south Iceland seismic zone (SISZ). In addition to the plate spreading, the preseismic velocity field shows the effects of inflation at Hengill and Hekla volcanoes, whereas the postseismic velocities show deformation following the June 2000 earthquakes. We consider several kinematic models to explain the preseismic velocities. Our preferred model includes several dislocations and point sources in an elastic halfspace, with left-lateral slip along the plate boundary on the Reykjanes Peninsula and below the SISZ, opening across the Reykjanes Peninsula, and the Western and Eastern rift zones. The optimal model has a locking depth of about 8 km in the central and eastern part of the Reykjanes Peninsula with a deep slip rate of about 17 mm/yr and an opening of about 9 mm/yr. This locking depth is in agreement with the thickness of the seismogenic crust on the Reykjanes Peninsula, which appears to vary between 7 and 9 km. For the SISZ, we obtain a deep slip rate of about 19 mm/yr below 16 km depth, which is considerably deeper than the earthquake hypocenter depths in the area.

在介绍重力卫星发展计划的基础上,研究讨论了重力卫星上的主要有效载荷。从重力测量的基本原理出发,推导了卫星轨道高度、有效荷载的精度需求、所能恢复的重力场最大空间分辨率和相应重力场参数精度之间粗略的函数关系。最后利用推导的公式计算了CHAMP、GRACE、GOCE卫星上几种主要测量有效载荷的指标,并将推得的指标与CHAMP、GRACE、GOCE卫星设计的指标进行了比较,得出了两种指标在量级上一致的结论。

We analyze data spanning up to 5 years from 18 continuous GPS stations in Iceland, computing daily positions of the stations with three different high-level geodetic processing software packages. We observe large-scale crustal deformation due to plate spreading across Iceland. The observed plate divergence between the North American and the Eurasian plates is in general agreement with existing models of plate motion. Spreading is taken up within a~100–150 km wide plate boundary zone that runs through the island. Of the two parallel branches of the plate boundary in south Iceland, the eastern volcanic zone is currently taking up the majority of the spreading and little is left for the western volcanic zone. The plate boundary deformation field has been locally and temporarily affected in south Iceland by two Mw = 6.5 earthquakes in June 2000, inflation at Katla volcano during 2000 to 2004, and an eruption of Hekla volcano in February 2000. All stations with significant vertical velocities are moving up relative to the reference station REYK, with the highest velocity exceeding 20 mm/yr in the center of the island.

Wuhan Technical University Surveying and Mapping (WTUSM) carried out three GPS campaigns in the Tibetan Plateau since 1993. To improve the vertical component precision of GPS measurement, we estimated the remaining tropospheric refraction using the piecewise linear method after the SAASTAMOINEN model and corrected the tropospheric refraction by selecting one parameter for every two hours model to consider the variation of tropospheric refraction. Using the IGS combined ephemeris and corresponding EOP Series for 1995 and 1997 GPS campaigns, all baseline vectors were processed by GAMIT (Ver. 9.71) software, and network adjustment was carried out in ITRF97 frame by PowerAdj software (Ver. 3.3) which was developed by WTUSM considering the baseline vectors' full covariance matrix. The resulting vertical velocity field determined from GPS campaigns in 1995 and 1997 shows that the average uplift rate in ITRF 97 frame is about 7.8±7.6 mm/yr for all 14 repeated surveying stations in Tibet, and the average uplift rate is 16.2±7.9 mm/yr in southern Tibet, which are compared with the results from the gravity measurements, leveling data and fission-track dating (FT).

利用经过编辑和环境改正后的多代卫星酬高资料,通过联合交叉点平差以削弱径向轨道误差和不同 卫星测高任务之间的系统偏差等因素的影响,建立了中国海域及邻海(1°N-41°N,103°E-137°E)2.5×2.5 平均海平面高模型,并将其与CLS-SHOM98.2、GFZMSS95A和OSU MSS95平均海平面高模型进行了比较。

研究了利用GPS定位技术所确定的相对大地高差,联合精确的大地水准面差距进行高程传递的方法。在洋山岛地区,利甩该方法将黄海高程由陆地传递到距离上海芦潮港30km的洋山岛上。传递后的高程与两种独立的潮位观测结果比较差值分别为1cm和6cm,传递后的两段高程差与洋山岛三等水准测量结果的独立高差比较为0.2cm和0.7cm。

南京长江三桥首级施工平面控制网采用GPS接收机、DI2002、T3经纬仪等多种仪器观测,GPS数据采用先进的GPS科研软件GAMIT计算,并首次在高精度工程控制网中将多种常规测量数据与GPS数据联合平差计算,处理手段上有创新,控制网成果各项精度指标超过规定的要求。
