仇志成,男,1962年生,国际专业工程师、客座教授、博导。主要研究方向为工程、人力资源管理和人才培训及发展等。持有美国加州海岸大学工程理学士、澳洲天主教大学管理学硕士及国际管理中心—澳洲南十字星大学管理学博士学位,他在英国伯明翰郡国际管理中心暨美国科罗拉多州 Revans University 完成博士后研究,获取优等文凭。現任亚洲国际公开大学、爱尔兰国际大学客座教授及上海市高校浦东继续教育中心东亚学院兼职副教授。亦是香港教师会终生会员、英国师范学院院士及英国商务教师学会深资会员。
曾被收录于由美国 Marquis Who’s Who 发行的第12-14版「世界名人录」;由英国 International Biographical Center 发行的第24-26版「国际传奇人物大典」;和由加拿大 University of Toronto Press Incorporated 发行的第2002、2003及2004版「加拿大名人录」,于2004年他获委为「世界建造官员组织」:『联合国经济及社区理事会暨联合国工业发展组织特別顾问身份』成员。

Diagnostic engineering involves diagnosis of faults, examination and interpretation of defects, investigation of malfunctions, introduction and operation of condition monitoring-and numerous related activities. Diagnostic engineers require knowledge of many disciplines and an understanding of the operating principles of machine, instruments, controls; of strengths and functional capabilities. In particular, professional diagnostic skills are needed to compare the behaviour of a contraption when' in health' with what it does when in 'distress'. Then, the diagnostic engineer can do something to improve less-favorable condition.

Over the last decade, post-graduate education in Australia has been on the wheel of change. There has been a major increase in the numbers of students undertaking post-graduate degrees in Australian universities. Simultaneously, doctoral education has been affected by the wheel of change which causes diversification. Traditional PhD is regarded as the ivory tower for the academics. Therefore, there is a genuine need of diversifying Professional Doctorates for professional practitioners. Professional Doctorates are so curricular that they suit the needs of professional practitioners in corporate development. They do not only meet the increased demands for the professional practitioners' accountability in the business and industry. They also synchronize the communal drive to pursue economic growth in parallel with corporate developments.

There is crossfire between the Gamblers and Educators. Gamblers opine that there should be gambling opportunities to meet public demand while educators assume that gambling should be under the public ban as a 'social evil'. In the public eyes, gambling is a controversial subject on which different people may have divergent views. Community's perception towards gambling is invariably affected by a number of factors including social, cultural, religious and economic considerations. In some communities, vast gaming revenues would go for a long list of programs in the Education Industry, such as school construction aid, grants for teachers' pay-rise, gambling-related researches, training of the workforce in the Gaming Industry, and public education of Responsible Gambling. Replacing conventional training programs without considering the teaching methods is unlikely to increase the overall effectiveness of education. Preceptors or trainers should focus on what kind of learning they want, rather than on how it is delivered. Sometimes, preceptors or trainers may take the media of education into account, i.e., electronic, face-to-face or blended mode. However, the more important issue to be addressed is actually the teaching methods embedded in the training programs because the teaching methods link directly to the learning outcomes. Actually, the former determines how training affects the learners, rather than how the learners receive it. On the other hand, the latter's effectiveness depends significantly on the selection of teaching methods. Therefore, e-Education will be more effective if the training package is more clearly branded according to the pedagogy it uses, rather than the technology it employs.

工商管理硕士(MBA)课程在中国开办了二十多年,近年来,在职MBA教育也象雨後春荀般地发展起来。一般课程设计并不是针对中国的经济发展而设,更不是为在职人士入读MBA课程度身订做。哈佛大学是MBA的发源地,自北美洲传亚洲再进入中国,而亚洲(澳门)国际公开大学是最早在国内开办在职工商管理硕士课程的境外大学之一,借鉴外国经验但配合中国国情,他们在MBA教育方面积累了丰富的课程设计经验。本文将探讨这些经验,同时以理论推导,对在职MBA课程设计理念作进一步的研究。
