周钰明,教授,男,1964年10月13日生,江苏无锡市人,博士、博士生导师。1986、1989年毕业于南京大学物理化学专业,分获学士及硕士学位,1999年毕业于东南大学生物医学工程专业,获工学博士学位。1989年6月~至今 在东南大学化学化工学院工作,现任东南大学化学化工学院副院长,兼任东南大学精细化工研究所所长。是教育部“新世纪优秀人才”和“高等学校骨干教师”、江苏省”六大人才高峰”(A类)行动计划获得者。近年主持完成国家、省部级及其企业的主要科研项目30多个(其中国家自然科学2项、江苏省高技术、自然科学基金等省部级项目12项、香港境外合作项目1项),多个项目在企业成功转化,在Advanced Materials、Macromolecules 等国内外核心刊物上发表论文共发表论文120篇(其中SCI论文46篇、最高SCI影响因子9.1、EI论文16篇),申请国家发明专利10项(其中3项授权、3项公开),长期从事有机功能材料、隐身材料、驻极体材料、精细化工、应用催化、水处理技术和环境保护等方面的研究,在化学合成、材料制备和应用、环境保护等方面积累了丰富的理论知识和实践经验。曾荣获东南大学“优秀教师”等称号,荣获东南大学和江苏省教育厅的“物理化学”优秀课程“二等”奖,2005年荣获国家“环境保护科学技术”三等奖。是“应用化学”博士点、硕士点负责人,“应用化学”(十一五”期间江苏省重点学科、博士点)学科负责人;“材料物理与化学”博士点 “有机功能材料”方向带头人,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科学技术带头人。院“985”项目主要负责人、国家自然科学基金评审专家、教育部出国留学中心评审专家、浙江省和江苏省自然科学基金评审专家、江苏省医药监督管理局药品审评专家、江苏省环保厅项目评审和环评专家、江苏省科技厅项目评审专家、江苏省高级职称评审专家委员、江苏省优秀课程和全国精品课程评审专家、江苏省知识产权战略评审及咨询专家、江苏省科技成果管理评审专家。

The La3+-loaded adsorbent was prepared by the reaction between La3+ and ethanolamine-modified vegetable tannic extract, to treat Fˉ wree solved. When other conditions were not changed, pH, temperature, stirring time, and dose were changed respectively and the adsorbance was tested respectively. Theresults show that this adsorbent possesses high saturted adsorptive capacity (18.80mg·g-1) when pH is 5~6, T≤80℃, 0.2g dosage, and 180min agitating time, and the adsorbance reaches the highest (98.5). The adsorbent can be easily regenerated with 0.5mol·L-1 NaOH at pH 12.

用甲基丙烯酸甲酯在硝酸铈铵和偶氮二异丁腈的联合引发下对胶原进行接枝共聚改性,并用制得的胶原接枝共聚物颗粒与氧化铟纳米粒子复合制成涂层。研究了接枝反应温度及萃取剂对胶原接枝共聚物及其复合物涂层的红外发射率的影响,同时对复合物涂层红外发射率的降低机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在反应温度为50~55℃时,先后用丙酮和水作为萃取剂,可制得粒径为40~80nm的胶原接枝共聚物颗粒,该颗粒与氧化铟纳米粒子复合后,涂层的红外发射率(8~14Lm)较单一的胶原接枝共聚物和氧化铟纳米粒子的红外发射率明显降低,胶原接枝共聚物纳米颗粒和氧化铟纳米粒子之间显示出较强的复合协同效应。

Some thermal stable fluorine-containing polymides with side-chain second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) chromophores have been developed, which were prepared by one primidized, hydroxyl polyimide, follwed by the covalent bonding of a chromphore onto the weight percent. Dteailed physical properties showed that the resulting polyimides have good solubility in common organic solvents, relative high glss transition temperatures. Polymer waveguide devices can be easily spin-coated, ensuring a long-term alignment stability at elevated temperatures. These devices exhibit large electro-optic coefficients, 25pm V-1 at 0.83μm, which reained>95% at 120℃ for more than 100h.

Interest in nonlinear optical (NLO) organic materials has grown tremendously in recent years, primarily because of the telecommunication industry's need for high-bandwidth optical switching and processing devices to serve information and data transmission.1 Recently, a large efforts in chemical research have been aimed at designing and synthesizing novel electrooptical research have been aimed at designing and synthesizing novel electrooptical chromophores with large optical nonlinearities transparency in the near IR.2 However, it is generally recognized that two other performance charcteristics must be achieved in order to ensure the widespread commercial utilization of eletrooptical waveguide modulator technology, Good thermal stability and low optical loss demands that a number of structure-function relationships be defined.3 In this connection, We wish to report bere here our prelimidary results on a prefluorinated polymide system which incorporates three new electrooptical chromophores. These chromophores, based on a nitro group connected with benzothiazole as the acceptor end of donor-π-bridge-acceptor chromophore and a hydroxyl functional amino group as the donor end, have specific chernical stability. With these materials, a novel series of nonlinear optical polyimides can be obtained for optical modulation in waveguide, due to their good solubility, large optical nonlinearity and specific chemical stability.

weight-average molecular weights (Mn, Mw) up to 28 500 and 78 600, respectively, and a large glass transition temperature of 260℃. Using in situ poling and temperature ramping technique, the optimal temperatures (Topt) for corona poling were obtained to get the largest second-order NLO response. The electro-optical coefficient (γ33) of a polyimide at the wavelength of 830nm was up to 22 pm/V after corona poling under its Topt, and the value remained well at elevated temperatures (retained>87% at 240℃ for more than 120h). The thermal stability of NLO polyimides was studied by the UV spectrometry after poling of the films.

Some thermally stable second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) polyimides were synthesized. The polyimides were prepared by the ring-opening polyaddition of 4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride and pyromellitic dianhydride with two aromatic azodiamine derivatives as the NLO chromophores. These chromophores, based on a nitro group connected with azobenzene as the acceptor end of a donor-π-bridge-acceptor chromophore and a diamine group as the donor end, had specific chemical stability. On the basis of ZERNER'S INDO methods, according to the sum-over-states formula, a program for the calculation of nonlinear second-order optical susceptibilities was devised. The resulting polyimides had high number-average and weight-average molecular weights of up to 26,000 and 53,500, respectively, and a large glass-transition temperature of 248℃. With an in situ poling and temperature ramping technique, the optimal temperatures (Topt's) for corona poling were obtained for the largest second-order NLO response. The electrooptic coefficient (γ33) of a polyimide at a wavelength of 830 nmwas up to 21pm/V after corona poling under its Topt, and the value remained at elevated temperatures (>90.6% was retained at 240℃ for 120h). The thermal stability of the NLO polyimides was studied with UV spectrometry after poling of the films.

Polyimide (PI)/silica (SiO2) nanohybrid composite waveguide films prepared from Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 2,2-Bis (3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane (6FHP), nonlinear optical (NLO) molecule, coupling agent APTES and hydrolysate of TEOS via sol-gel process and thermal imidization. The silicacontent in the hybrid waveguide films varied from 0 to 22.5/wt%. The PI hybrids prepared were characterized by IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), etc. They exhibit fair good optical transparency. The SiO2 phase is well dispersed in the polymer matrix. DSC and TGA results show that these hybrid waveguide materials have excellent thermal stability.

Coordination Chemistry Institute, Nanjing University, Nanjing 210093, People's Republic of China A newA new macrocyclic heterodinuclear FeⅢCoⅢ complex, prepared by the condensation of 2, 6-diformylpyridine N-oxide with 1, 3-diaminopropane in the presence of FeCl2. 4H2O and COCl2. 6H2O, and formulated as FeCoLCl6. C2H5OH. 8H2O, was characterized by elemental analyses, IR and Mössbauer spectra and investigated electrochemically on an ultramicrodisk platinum electrode. The results show that the electrode reaction can be thought as a nearly reversible transfer process. The diffusion coefficient is 1.93x10-6 m2 s-1 and Eo' is-0.229V (versus s. c. e) and α=0.877. The average electron transfer rate constant ko' is 3.21×10-3cms-1.

neration studies were also carried out to select right regenerant and the reuse property of this adsorbent was determined. Experimental results showed that this adsorbent exhibited maximum adsorption capacity of 98.8% at pH of 5-7, contact time for 40min, and dose of 0.2g when used to treat 50ml of Fˉ-containing aqueous solution.
