沈本贤,1947年2月24日出生于上海市金山县,1970年8月毕业于华东化工学院,1982-1984年在联邦德国TU Clausthal留学进修,现任华东理工大学教授,博士生导师,化工学院院长兼石油加工系系主任。学术兼职:中国石油学会理事,上海市石油学会副理事长、学术委员会主任,中国石油学会石油炼制分会委员,《上海化工》常务理事,《石油学报(石油加工)》《华东理工大学学报(自然科学版)》《石油化工技术与经济》《石油沥青》和《现代石油化工》编委,中石油油气储运学科大学工作部委员。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文近百篇,多次获得上海市和中石化科技进步奖。现阶段承担国家科委973前期和中石化等单位项目多项。主要研究方向为:重质油深度加工,石油清洁燃料,石蜡和绿色化工。

溶剂抽提方法被广泛用来分离极性有机物水溶液。本文以铵盐和磷酸作为萃取剂抽提分离甲苯二氨发生烷硫化反应的反应混合物,重点考察在单级抽提分离过程中,工艺条件对萃取分离效果的影响。研究发现:适宜的分离条件为:混合时间为15 分钟,萃取温度为常温,萃取剂/原料比为2(v/v)萃取剂的浓度为:2.5%(w%)。在此条件下,DMTDA 的浓度可以由81.4%提高到94.9%,回收率为95.1%。

模拟丙烯环氧化产物,利用正交实验方法取得了测定此双氧水浓度的最佳滴定条件,表明滴定时被测样品质量对测定结果的影响高度显著,KI和硫酸溶液的加入量的影响显著。当被测丙烯环氧化产物中双氧水的浓度为0.5%-3.3%时,其最小的样品滴定质量mE由式mE=0.17/X(X代表被测环氧化产物中的双氧水含量的百分数)估计,且在滴定过程中KI溶液和硫酸溶液的加入量分别在3-8ml和2-7ml范围内时,滴定结果表明TIR(测定值)与TRV(真实值)较好地吻合。在丙烯环氧化产物中双氧水含量相对较低(<0.5%)时,应控制KI和硫酸溶液的最高加入量不能超过8ml和7ml,而在双氧水含量相对较高(>3.3%)时,应控制KI和硫酸溶液的最低加入量不能低于3ml和2ml,并在后来的实验中得到了验证。

在连续式溶剂脱沥青试验装置上考察了掺配FCC油浆对渣油溶剂脱沥青过程的影响。油浆的加入使脱沥青油收率增加,脱沥青油和脱油沥青的质量也得到了明显提出高。提出了试验用渣油和油浆的结构模型,并据此计算得到它们的溶解度参数。根据渣油在烃类溶剂中溶解平衡理论和组成分析结果,揭示了掺配油浆改善溶剂脱汤膏过去时程的机理。

采用X射线衍射技术考察了石油焦碳化过程中的微晶结构变化。结果表明,当碳化温度低于600℃时,石油焦的结构以无定形疾结构为主,呈现一种层状的三墨态,当温度处于600-800℃范围时,其层状结构发生变化,层间距加大,新的乱层结构开始形成,加在此阶段采用改性添加剂对其结构进行调变,可以最大程度地获得具有乱层结构的“炭素前驱体”。当碳化温度高于800℃以后,又形成了类石墨的策晶层状结构。建议采用改性的乱层结构石油焦作为原料以制备具有空气分离特性的炭分子筛。

The interfacial tension between paraffin wax and water, as well as oxidized paraffin wax and water has been studied and the results showed that the interfacial tension between oxidized paraffin wax and water decreased obviously after paraffin wax was oxidized to proper degree. Meanwhile the pseudo-ternary phase diagram of the oxidized paraffin wax/surfactants/water system has been determined. It was confirmed that using a single surfactant A or cosurfactant B couldn' t prepare oxidized paraffin wax microemulsion and the cosurfactant A/surfactant B mass ratio km has a proper range and an optimized value to produce the oxidized paraffin wax microemulsion, moreover, the microemulsion particle distribution was analyzed.

The kinetics of mesophase transformation of two coal tarpitches (CTP) with different primary quinoline-insoluble (QI) content had been studied. It was clarifie that the mesophase transformation of CTP studied was an autocatalytic type reaction. The rate law and rate constants for the mesophase transformation at holding temperature of 390℃, 410℃ and 450℃ were determined and the rate constants of mesophase transformation follow the Arrhenous equation. Primary QI of CTP decreases the activation energy form 210.1KJ/mol to 175.8KJ/mol, and the pre-exponential factor from 2.12×1013 1/h to 6.29×1010 1/h; its influence on the rate constants is irregular.

A new and comtinuous process has been designed to determine the solubility of Daqing-Huangdao vacuum residue (DHVR) in rnixing C4 solvent. The solubility parameters of DHVR have been calculated using the Flory-Huggins equation under a ternperature range of 405-415K. The solubility parameter of DHVR at 25℃ obtained by the extrapolation method is coincident with literature values reported. The solvent solubility parameter and the influence of temperature have also been studied and a simple and satisfactory equation has been built. The influnce of solvent composition on solubility of DHVR has also been diseussed in this paper and some rnethods to inrease the slouility of DHVR in mixing C4 solvent have been inroducde.

An improved desulfurization process for CGO (coker gas oil) has been investigated based on the oxidation of sulfur compounds by using hydrogen peroxide and formic acid as oxidation reagents. Thiophenic sulfur in CGO was determined via that thioethers could be oxidized to sulfones with KIO3 in acidic medium and LC (liquid chromatography) method. Aiming at reducing the wasteful decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the selective oxidation desulfurization H2O2/formic acid system, some additives used in paper or pulp industry, including EDTA, sodium silicate and magnesium silicate, were used to improve the oxidative efficiency. The following extraction results of oxidized CGO used DMF, furfural and NMP as solvent showed that EDTA could stabilize desulfurization liquors by complexing transition metals that catalyze hydrogen peroxide decomposition, thus making oxidation and extraction processes more effective.

unds to investigate the essential theroy of formic acid/H2O2 oxidation desulfurization system. In order to study oxidation kinetics of the oxidation desulfurizaiton reaction, DBT was also employed as model compound to obtain the oxidation kinetic parameters. Desulfurization of FCC diesel was also performed in this process, and the sulfur content was reduced from 7200ug•g-1 to 598ug•g-1 after being extracted by polyethylene glycol 200.

采用HNMR/IR相结合的手段求得了道路沥青较为准确的结构参数,研究了道路沥青改质过程中结构的变化,结果表明,随着沥青改质过程的进行,沥青的芳香度提高,平均结构单元芳碳原子数、芳环数和总环数有所增加。道路沥青的性质与其结构之间有着必然的联系,石油沥青芳香度的增加可以改善其延度,而烷基侧链的长度影响其针入度。对于不同结构的沥青,应采用不同结构的改质剂进行改质,以制得高质量的道路沥青。
