唐加福,1965年3月生于湖南东安。1999年获得系统工程博士学位,1999年破格晋升副教授,2002年破格晋升教授,2004年晋升博士生导师。2002年入选“教育部优秀青年教师资助计划”,2003年评为“沈阳市十大杰出青年知识分子”和“沈阳市五四奖章获得者”,2004年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。1998-2004先后多次在香港城市大学、香港理工大学和日本Akita Prefectural University访问,任研究员(Research Fellow)和访问教授。主要从事制造系统供应链与物流管理、工程产品设计与管理、商业与服务系统运作管理、决策分析与优化的理论、方法及应用研究。
2000年以来主持2项国家自然科学基金、4项教育部、3项辽宁省和沈阳市等基金和人才计划项目,获得教育部科技进步二等奖1项、辽宁省优秀博士学位论文1篇、鉴定科技成果2项。1996年以来发表学术论文60篇,其中在《Int. J of Production Research》、《IEEE Trans SMC、Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Transportation Science》、《Computers and Mathematics with Applications》、《European Journal of Operations Research》、《Computers & Operations Research》、《Journal of Manufacturing Systems》、《Research in Engineering Design》、《Int. Quality function deployment (QFD) is becoming a widely used customer-oriented approach and tool in product design. Taking into account the "nancial factors and uncertainties in the product design process, this paper deals with a fuzzy formulation combined with a genetic-based interactive approach to QFD planning. By introducing new concepts of planned degree, actual achieved degree, actual primary costs required and actual planned costs, two types of fuzzy optimisation models are discussed in this paper. These models consider not only the overall customer satisfaction, but also the enterprise satisfaction with the costs committed to the product. With the interactive approach, the best balance between enterprise satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction can be obtained, and the preferred solutions under di!erent business criteria can be achieved through human}computer nteraction.

Based on the introduction of some new concepts of semifoasible direction, Feasible Degree (FDl) of semifeasible direction,feasible degree (FD2) of illegal points'belonging to'feasible domain, etc, this paper proposed a new fuzzy method for formulating and evaluating illegal points and three new kinds of evaluation functions and developed a special Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (HGA) with penalty function and gradient direction! search for nonlinear rogramming problems. It uses mutation along the weighted gradient direction as its main operator and uses arithmetic combinatorial crossover only in the later generation process, Simulation of some examples show that this method is effective.

Quality function deployment (QFD) is becoming a widely used customer-driven approach and tool in product design. The inherent fuzziness in QFD modelling makes fuzzy regression more appealing than classical statistical tools. A new fuzzy regression-based mathematical programming approach for QFD product planning is presented. First, fuzzy regression theories with symmetric and nonsymmetric triangular fuzzy coefficients are discussed to identify the relational functions between engineering characteristics and customer requirements and among engineering characteristics. By embedding the relational functions obtained by fuzzy regression, a mathematical programming model is developed to determine targets of engineering characteristics, taking into consideration the fuzziness, financial factors and customer expectations among the competitors in product development process. The proposed modelling approach can help design team assess relational functions in QFD effectively and reconcile tradeoffs among the various degree of customer satisfaction and determine a set of the level of attainment of engineering characteristics for the new/improved product towards a higher customer expectation within design budget. The comparison results under symmetric and non-symmetric cases and the simulation analysis are made when the approach is applied to a quality improvement problem for an emulsification dynamite packing machine.

In the global manufacturing environment, decisions involving production activities and distribution should be made in an integrative manner for substantial savings in the logistics costs. An integrated decision on production assignment, lot sizing, transportation, and order quantity for a multiple-suppliers/multiple-destinations logistics network in a global manufacturing system is discussed in this paper. The integrated decision process can be viewed as a two-layer decision. The first layer is the combined decisions of production assignment and lot sizing (APLS-M), while the second layer is the combined decisions of transportation and order quantity determination (TOQ-M). A two-layer decomposition method combining two heuristics is hence developed to solve the integrated decision model (IDM-M). An assignment heuristic and a transportation heuristic are designed to solve the decision layers APLS-M and TOQ-M, respectively. Simulations were conducted on a practical example in an electronics manufacturing enterprise together with different sizes of problems. The results indicate that the two-layer decomposition method with heuristics is effective and provides a practical way to solve medium and large-scale integrated decision problems.

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a wellknown customer-oriented methodology, which is widely used to assist decision making in product design and development in various types of production. etermining how and to what extent certain characteristics or technical attributes (TAs) of products are to be met, with a view to gaining a higher level of overall customer satisfaction, is a key success factor in product design and development. An operational QFD planning problem with resource allocation is considered in this paper. The aim is to plan the attainment of TAs by allocating resources among the TAs with a view to achieving maximized overall customer satisfaction. Taking into account the technical and resource constraints, and the impact of the correlation among TAs, the operational QFD planning with resource allocation is formulated as a linear program and solved by a heuristics-combined Simplex Method. An overall procedure is presented to help a design team to implement this QFD design planning with resource allocation in practice. This model can bridge the gap and conflicts

A tvpe of model of fuzzy quadratic programming problems(FQP)iS proposed. It describes the fuzzy objective and resource constraints with different types of membership functions according to different types of fuzzy objective and fuzzy resource constraints in actual production problems. This article develops an inexact approach to solve this tyDe of model of quadratic programming problems with fuzzy objective and resource constraints. Instead of finding an exact optimal solution, we use a Genetic Algorithm (GA) with mutation along the weighted gradient direction to find a family of solutions with acceptable membership degrees. Then by means of the human-computer interaction, the solutions preferred by the DM under different criteria can be achieved.

The current models and methods for PLP are usually restricted on some special types and usually the same type of possibilistic distribution. This paper focuses on linear programming problems with general possibilistic resources (GRPLP) and linear programming problems with general possibilistic objective coe cients (GOPLP). By introducing some new concepts of the largest most possible point, the smallest most possible point, the most optimistic point and the most possible decision, a new approach for formulating possibilistic constraints through general possibilistic resources and a satisfactory solution method will be discussed in this paper. A most possible decision method for GRPLP and a dual approach for GOPLP will be proposed for solving complex industrial decision problems.

ln this paper, a nonsymmetric model for a type of fuzzy nonlinear programming problems with penalty coefficients (FNLP-PC) is proposed. Based on a fuzzy optimal solution set and an optimal decision et, a satisfying solution method and a crisp optimal solution method with a GA for FNLP-PC is developed. As an extension of the hybridGenetic Algorithm-HGA proposedby Tang et al. (Comput. Math. Appl. 36 (1998) 11), this paper focuses on the critical techniques in the application of the GA to nonlinear programming (NLP) problems with equality andinequality constraints. Taking into account the equality constraints and embedding the information of infeasible points/chromosomes into the evaluation function, an extended fuzzy-basedmethod ology and three new evaluation functions are proposed to formulate and evaluate the infeasible chromosomes. The extended version of concepts of dominated semi-feasible direction (DSFD), feasibility degree (FD) of semi-feasible direction, feasibility degree (FD) of infeasible points &belonging to' feasible domain are introduced. Combining the new evaluation functions and weighted gradient direction search into the Genetic Algorithm, an extended hybrid Genetic Algorithm (EHGA) is developed to solve nonlinear programming (NLP) problems with equality andinequality constraints. Simulation shows that this new algorithm is effcient.
