男,汉族,65岁,教授。1961年云南大学物理专业毕业。1991-92年在美国宾夕法尼亚104Davey实验室合作科研一年多,方向是有限系统相变及低温技术。2001-02年在美国北卡大学从事超导物理研究一年。1979年至1970年理论物理研究工作。1971年至1978年材料科学研究。 1979年至1984年热力学统计物理研究。1985年至今超导理论及超导材料研究。在纳米系统理论、 固体相变研究、高温超导材料和理论研究等方面多次获得省级和校级奖励。成功试制出YBaCuO、BiSrCaCuO 和GdBaCuO高温超导体,性能优良。试制出Aerogel, Xerogel, Vecor三种多孔玻璃材料,多种覆膜金属材料,梯度复合功能材料和多种光导电材料及导电玻璃材料。在高等教育出版社等出版过专著四部,在 Phys.Rev. B, Physica C, J. Phys., Int. J. of Theor. Physics, Int. J. Mod. Phys.B , Commun. Theor. Phys., 科学通报,自然杂志等国内外核心刊物发表了论文80多篇。主持过有关有限系统理论、纳米材料相变、覆膜金属功能材料及高温超导材料方面的五项研究项目,其中国家自然科学基金一项,省科委基金两项和省级科研基金两项。三次应邀到国际超导会议作大会报告。曾提出超导体的导畴模型、超导体的电子液体模型和高低温超导体的统一理论等。又提出过有限系统的相变理论,点函数热力学理论,超流体的孤波模型,复杂系统的流动平衡态理论,负质量粒子理论,物理判别理论和思考实验方法等。

This paper derives a generic Tc formula by using the long-range phase coherence condition in quantum phase fluctuation of the order parameter. Taking the two-local-spin-mediated interaction as a Cooper pair potential, and using BCS gap equation and the Tc formula, this paper explains some basic experimental findings of both the high-Tc singlet and the low-Tc triplet superconductors, i.e. La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) and Sr2RuO4, and predicts that the high-Tc superconductivity should also be discovered for extra-underdoped LSCO.

This paper shows that there should be a second-order phase transition at the temperature T* at which a gap opens in superconductors, and points out the best way to verify this prediction, and that the phase transition might have been discovered more than ten years ago.

Taking the two-local-spin-mediated interaction (TLSMI) as pairing interaction, this paper explains six important experimental findings in YBa2Cu3O7-δ (Y123), and makes some predictions. The main prediction is that there is very high temperature supercon-ductivity in extra-underdoped Y123.

Pathria's approach has been used to deal with the properties of the finite cubic system of 4He under constant pressure. The analytic expressions for the total number of particles N and the total pressure p near the critical point are obtained for mixture, antiperiodic, Neumann, and periodic boundary conditions. Influences of various boundary conditions upon low-temperature and critical characters of finite systems are discussed. For five boundary conditions, the relationship between the superfluid transition temperature T' and the size of the finite system Lo has been obtained. The results of this paper can be used in the case of superconductivity. Besides, from this work and others, we have obtained the formula for the phase-transition temperature T' in a finite system, t=σLo-b; here b is described as the finiteness constant, and σ is determined by the boundary conditions, the properties of the system, and the interaction between the system and the walls of the container.

We propose an electronic liquid model of superconductivity. We assume that in a crystal most of the movable electrons are in the liquid phase. Applying the quasi-crystal lattice model of a liquid and Toda's potential, we derive the existence of solitary waves of electron, pairs described by a GL equation. From this, superconduetivity, Josephson effect and Meissner effect can be proved. We then derive an approximate formula for Tc.

In metals and compounds there exist small regions in which the phases of electron-pair waves are coherent. These regions are called superconducting domains (SD). At temperatures lower than Tc, these regions connect with each other and form a superconductor. The electron-pairs are partially bound pairs formed by electromagnetic interactions. Coherence gives rise to solitary waves and the Josephson effect. Ideal conductivity and the Meissner effect follow from these. The different effects of lattice vibrations on low and high-Tc superconductors are explained as well.

This paper studies the effects of changes of three parameters on the gap and the pseudogap: the antiferromagnetic short-range coherence length, the hopping integral, and the dielectric constant, and explains the results from three kinds of corresponding experiments.

【期刊论文】Model of superconducting domains--a unified theory of high-and low-Tc superconductors

A unified model of the superconducting mechanism has been put forward. The model suits not only to high-Tc but also to low-Tc superconductors. It is found that there are superconducting domains (SD) in crystal. When T≤Tc, all the SD's in the whole crystal are connected with one another. We have obtained the formula of Tc. On the basis of theformula and theory of quantum mechanics, the different behaviours of isotopic effects in low-and high-Tc superconductors as well as C60, the triangular peak of Tc of transition metals, Matthias rules, and other effects are explained. New superconductors with higher Tc are predicted.
