何桢,男,1967年3月生,博士,天津大学管理学院副院长,工业工程系主任、教授、博士生导师, 全国六西格玛推进工作委员会专家委员会主任。6σ质量改进(包括黑带项目)顾问。美国工业工程师协会(IIE)会员。中国机械工程学会高级会员。中国质量协会高级会员。主要从事工业工程、质量工程方面的教学和科研工作,2001年获中美富布莱特项目资助在美国西伊利诺伊大学研修,研究学者。2004年获教育部新世纪人才支持计划资助。近年来发表论文60余篇,其中EI检索论文7篇、ISTP检索10多篇, 参编教材6部。作为项目负责人完成国家高技术发展计划(863计划)自动化领域CIMS主题青年基金项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、天津市自然科学基金项目1项、和企业合作的科研10余项。目前承担两项国家自然科学基金和一项天津市科技攻关项目,在企业生产管理和质量管理方面,把最新的管理理念和方法应用于实践,为摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司和ELCOTEQ电子有限公司(芬兰独资)、华为、联想、美的、上海日立等10多家知名企业进行过卓有成效的管理咨询,于1998年获全球摩托罗拉大学首届最高奖(William J. Weisz Award)。

在我国加入WTO和建立社会主义市场经济的条件下,产品责任制度将起着越来越重要的作用。本文根据产品责任理论的发展和国外产品责任的经验,分析了我国目前产品责任制度存在的一些问题,如缺陷的认定、供应商的产品责任、OEM制造商的产品责任、企业法人变更后的产品责任和防撞性缺陷责任等,以期对我国产品责任制度的发展有所裨益。

Response surface methodology (RSM) is an important tool for process parameter optimization, robust design and other quality improvement efforts. When the relationship between influential factors and output response is very complex, it's hard to find the real response surface by using RSM. In recent years Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) has been used in RSM. But the classical ANN does not work well under the constraints of real applications. An algorithm is proposed in this paper, which is a supplement of the classical ANN methodology. It makes networks closer to the response surface, so that training time is reduced and robustness is strengthened. The procedure of improving ANN by regressions is put forward and the comparisons among the three methods are computed graphically in three examples. Our research shows that the regression-based ANN methodology is a good supplement to the RSM and classical ANN methodology, which can yield satisfied results under condition that the scope of experiments is rigidly restricted.

测量系统能力分析是工序质量改进的一项重要工作,也是QS9000所要求的要素之一,其目的在于研究测量系统对工序质量的保证程度,传统的测量系统能力分析方法是以单台测量仪器为对象的。不适于多测量仪器并行测量的情形。本文以并行测量过程为对象,基于三因素交叉随机实验模型的方差分析和方差估计,提出了并行测量仪器测量系统能力分析的方法,并给出了应用案例。

Process capability analysis is to predict how well the process will hold the tolerance. It is very useful for assisting product developers and process developers in selecting or designing product/process, evaluating and selecting among competing vendors and determining the bottleneck process in terms of process quality. The paper discusses the statistical properties of Cp and Cpk and process capability analysis based on non-normal data and attribute data. A general flowchart for conducting process capability analysis is also given.

How to continuously improve product and process quality has been a focus of research in quality management. A company that is going to set up its CAQ or establish an effective quality system should make sure that the CAQ or quality system will lead to continuous quality improvement so as to meet customer's growing demand for quality. Based on Juran's quality loop philosophy, the paper presents how to utilize continuous quality improvement tools in product design and manufacturing. It addresses the application of QFD and design of experiment to optimize product/process design and how to integrate quality tools. Based on the philosophy of concurrent quality engineering and successful experience of some world class businesses, the paper presents a continuous quality improvement flowchart and puts forward to the strategies to implement continuous quality improvement.

保持测量系统的稳定性是质量控制的重要内容之一。本文在分析了累计和控制图和传统休哈特控制图的基础上,指出了传统休哈特控制图的不足,提出将累计和控制图应用于测量系统稳定性的控制。理论研究和案例分析均表明,当测量系统引起的被测质量特征值的均值发生小幅度偏移时,用累计和控制图比休哈特控制图更有效。

During process design or process optimization, it is quite common for experimenters to find optimum operating conditions for several responses simultaneously. The traditional multiresponse surfaces optimization methods do not consider the uncertain relationship among these responses sufficiently. For this reason, the authors propose an optimization method based on evidential reasoning theory by Dempster and Shafer. By maximizing the basic probability assignment function, which indicates the degree of belief that certain operating condition is the solution of this multiresponse surfaces optimization problem, the desirable operating condition can be found.

Continuous quality improvement is now the focus of research and application in quality engineering.
