邓善熙,男。广东省南海县人。1963 年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学精密机械仪器专业,至今在合肥工业大学精密仪器系和仪器仪表学院工作。现任教授、博士生导师,合肥工业大学检测技术研究所名誉所长。1984年公派在加拿大Queen’s大学机械工程系研究访问。1990 年公派在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校生物工程系任高级研究访问学者。2000.12,在香港浸会大学数学系研究访问。从事坐标测量数据处理研究。2001.12,在香港城市大学机械系研究访问。从事计算机视觉研究。科研经历:长期从事精密仪器及机械、测试计量技术与仪器学科的教学科研。研究方向:自动检测技术及仪器仪表智能化。在理论上侧重研究自动检测系统设计理论、动态测量信号与误差分析处理技术。工程应用上侧重研究几何量机械量在线检测技术及传感器。特别是在气动非接触式尺寸测量传感器和在线检测技术的研究与应用上,居国内领先地位。近年来还开展生物医学工程检测及仪器,以及机器视觉等领域的研究。曾主持重要科研项目十几项,如:冶金部八五重大技改项目《 车轮半成品尺寸检测线》;航天部九五重点项目《 动压轴承球形构件超精加工在线检测技术研究》,省十五科技重点项目《 特殊工况异型曲面在线检测系统》,国家特种显示技术研究中心的《 全彩色立体显示技术研究》等。1992 年获机械工业部有突出贡献专家称号,及国务院颁发政府特殊津贴至今。曾获省部级二等奖5 项,三等奖2 项,市一等奖1 项。近年获奖有:1.《 火车车轮半成品尺寸检测线》获1997 年安徽省科技进步奖二等奖;2.《 气动测量关键技术及应用研究》2001年12 月获中国机械工业科技进步奖三等奖;3,《 火车车轮成品尺寸检测线》获2001年中国高校科技进步奖二等奖。己发表学术著作《 在线检测技术》等7部。已发表学术论文100多篇。担任美国《optical Engineering 》杂志、国内的东南大学等多所大学学报审稿人。

【期刊论文】A calibration method using only one plane for 3D machine vision

Camera calibration is an important step in machine vision for dimensional measurement. Based on analyzing the photogrammetric calibration and self-calibration methods, a new planar way is proposed in this paper for calibrating the camera for the 2D objects. Induced some non-linear distortion factors, a fast algorithm is adopted to solve the complicated non-linear equations in calibration model. With this algorithm, a concatenation technique is used to reconstruct a 3D object from two 2D planar photos. In the second part of this paper, a calibration method using only one plane, which can be moved on some simple equipment, is deduced for 3D object dimensional measurement. Mathematic model and its transformation process are discussed in detail. This method can be used especially for profile inspection of machine parts in industrial working-field. An application to inspect the profile of train wheel is given in this paper. Experimental results are given to show the parameters of camera system and the measuring accuracy.

【期刊论文】A Compression System of ECG Data Based on Neural Network

The question of the ECG data compression is Olle of tile inost important subject ill biosignal processing. If BI' Artificial Neural Network is adopted to compress ECG data, the compression precision and the compression ratio are high, but the compression speed is low. The system we estabiished improves the speed by taking some nleasures. The system adopts four filters to process ECG data for improving the quality of ECG signals, and adopts improved first dilllerence algorithm to detect R points accurately and easily. These works benefit the following compression. During the compression, we combinc BP algorithm with TP algorithm and establish a weight template library to improve the rate of compression. The compression precision and compression ratio Call meet the reqtliremellt and the processing of ECG data containing a few types of abnormal ECG waves is real time with the system.

This paper introduces three types of on-line inspection system for train wheel dimensions developed by the authors in the recent years. The first system is an inspection line for semi-manufacturing wheel used for the wheels just after rolling. Then, the second system is used to inspecting the manufactured wheels after whole manufacturing in the end of the wheel manufacturing flow. Thirdly, wheel profile measuring system that can be used for wheel monitoring instead of manual measurement with hand-held gauge in rail maintenance operation is developing in our lab. Finally, a RRS (Reconfigurable, Reusable and Scalable) design principle for agile manufacturing and measurement/inspection system is discussed in this paper.

This paper firstly applies a Sequential Number-Theoretic Algorithm for Optimization (Fang and Wang, 1990) to evaluate the form errors of machine parts. By this method, it's not necessary to completely depend on the initial value of the parameters. It can be applied to any evaluation of linear or nonlinear parameters, and it is easy to find an optimum overall in the problem in which there are more partial extreme values. This algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithms. Several numerical cases on the evaluation of form errors are given in this paper.
