男,1961年生于江西,1986年中国协和医科大学研究生毕业,1992、1994、1996在德国联邦药物所从事过短期访问研究,2001-2002年美国弗吉尼亚大学高级访问学者。现任北京大学临床肿瘤学院教授,病因研究室主任、博士生导师,国务院特贴专家,中国抗癌协会病因专业委员会副主任委员。主要立足国内,先后承担国家科技攻关、863、973、国家自然科学基金项目和部市级等科研项目20余项。率先证明食品和人胃内能够亚硝化合成致癌性N-亚硝基脲类亚硝酰胺,首创变性高效液相色谱(DHPLC)定性和定量检测CpG岛甲基化技术,在胃癌和胰岛素瘤的表遗传学变异研究上做出了成绩。在《J Agric Food Chem》、《Nucleic Acids Res》、《Carcinogenesis》、《J Dent Res》、《Mutat Res》、《Clin Cancer Res》和《Lab Invest》等刊物发表论著50余篇,出版《癌变原理研究》专著一部,获得国家和北京市科技进步奖4项,申请国家和国际发明专利4项。
