陈国邦,男,1941生,浙江温州人,教授,博导。浙江大学原制冷与低温研究所所长,现任国际制冷学会(IIR)A2委员会副主席,国际低温制冷机委员会(ICC)委员等职。 1.主要经历: 1965年毕业于浙江大学化工机械专业本科; 1965-1970年任浙大化工系助教; 1970-1980年浙江大学低温实验室科研,讲师;实验室主任; 1980-1982年美国科罗拉多大学和美国国家标准局(NBS)访问学者; 1983-1989年任浙江大学低温教研室主任、副教授; 1990年晋升为教授,1994年被聘为博士生导师; 1992-2000年任浙大制冷与低温研究所所长; 1990年应日本学术振兴会邀请,以客座教授身份访问日本东京工业大学,研究高效率的低温制冷机; 1993年以客座教授身份访问韩国机械研究院,研究脉管制冷机; 1995年访问日本大学,研究多级脉管制冷机; 2000年应德国DAAD邀请,访问吉森大学,研究混合工质脉管制冷。 2.主要科研成果及获奖情况: 1980年前研究低温多层传热及低温容器,获1978年浙江省政府科研成果奖和全国科学大会奖状; 1985年前后主要研究无磁低温制冷机,获国家重大科研成果证书和“六五”攻关奖状; 1992年研究磁性蓄冷材料在低温制冷中的应用,首次在二级索尔文制冷机上获得液氦以下低温,获国 家教委科技进步三等奖(第一完成人); 1993年研究双功能低温容器,获浙江省科技进步二等奖(第一完成人); 1993-1996年,承担国家自然科学基金项目,研究4K脉管制冷机技术获重大突破,采用双小孔型二 级脉管制冷机获得3.1K低温,获浙江省科委科技进步二等奖(第一完成人); 1999年获教育部、国家学位委员会全国优秀博士论文指导教师奖 2004年,研究混合工质脉管制冷及热声驱动脉管制冷,获教育部科学技术二等奖(第一完成人)。 1989年、1998年和2003年在浙江大学成功举办三届国际低温与制冷会议(ICCR),任组织委员会主席或大会主席; 1980年以来,共发表论文350余篇,其中在国际会议和杂志上发表的有100余篇,40余篇为SCI和EI检索,获实用新型专利10项,发明专利5项,主编出版专(译)著10余种、参编5种。已培养硕士、博士生34人。

The computation with heat transfer, fluid flow and thermodynamics indicates that higher pulse tube refrigeration performance can be achieved with He–H2 mixtures as working fluids than that with pure He in the cooling temperature region of 30 K. In addition, it is found that Er3Ni, a regenerative material, is able to absorb H2 and forms Er3NiHx. The hydrogen absorption capacity of Er3Ni is about 3.5 H/Er3Ni in the H2 pressure region of 0.1-2.0 MPa at 30 ℃. The calculation shows that the regenerative performance of Er3NiH3.5 is better than that of Er3Ni due to its higher volume specific heat. Experimental results show that the pulse tube refrigeration performance in 30 K cooling temperature region is obviously enhanced with He–H2 mixtures and Er3NiHx regenerative material.

Structure modification tests of a staged pulse tube refrigerator have been carried out for the purpose of increasing the performance and simplicity. The influence of oper-ation parameters on cooling effect has been tested. To reach liquid helium tempera-tures by a two-stage pulse tube refrigerator, a double-orifice configuraton is utilized for enhancing the phase shift effect. Experimental results and a discussion are also presented.

Frequency matching is of great importance to a thermoacoustically driven pulse tube refrigeration system. To compute the resonance frequency of thermoacoustic engines, the fluid impedance method is introduced. The calculations of the thermoacoustic engines with different arrangements of buffer have been carried out. The influence of the buffer arrangements and the volume on the resonance frequency as well as the acoustic power of thermoacoustic engines is also discussed.

An experimental investigation on two-component multi-phase helium and nitrogen mixtures in a single-stage pulse tube refrigerator was carried out. The experimental results show that both coeÅcient of performance (COP) and cooling power can be improved to some extent at above 70 K when the nitrogen fraction in the mixture is less than 25%. An approximate stable temperature platform at the triple point 63.15 K of nitrogen, which is independent of nitrogen’s fraction, is obtained when the cooling power is below 7 W.

This paper describes the basic structure of a two-stage pulse tube refrigerator. A novel phase shifter termed a double-orifice is introduced. The machine was driven by a valved compressor and the on-off timing was controlled by a computer and solenoids. The lowest temperature of 3.1 K at the cold end of the second stage was achieved.

Based on review and analysis of thermodynamic efficiency e of the Carnot cycle and the cycle with two isothermal and two polytropic processes, another thermodynamic cycle with two isentropic and two polytropic processes, which can achieve the Carnot value of thermodynamic efficiency, is testified theoretically. Thermodynamic efficiency expressions of a number of ideal regenerative refrigeration cycles are derived, including the ideal pulse tube refrigeration cycle. A classified branch chart and a plot of ideal thermodynamic efficiency of regenerative refrigeration cycles are given for the purpose of comparison.

Based on the discussion of the matching problems between the prime mover and pulse tube, a self-made standing-wave ther-moacoustic prime mover is used to drive a coaxial single-stage pulse tube refrigerator A lowest refrigeration temperature of 138 K was obtained from the preliminary tests in 1999 Then, some improvements have been made to the heat exchangers and the con-nection between prime mover and pulse tube The minimum cooling temperatures of ll9.7 and ll7.6 K have been obtained from therecent experiments with helium andhelium-argon mixture filling of 2.0 MPa as the working fluids, respectively Itis a great progress for the standing-wave machine and provides the possibility of liquefying natural gas of 0.2 MP.
