张义民教授,中国机械工业青年科技专家,教育部高等学校骨干教师,中国振动工程学会理事会理事,中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国振动利用工程专业委员会委员和模态分析与试验专业委员会委员等。兼任重庆大学“机械传动”国家重点实验室学术委员会委员,并任吉林大学兼职教授。2000年至2001年获香港裘槎(Croucher)基金会中国内地访港学者计划资助在香港城市大学建筑系访问,2006年在美国The Ohio State University机械系访问。
张义民教授主要从事机械动态设计、机械可靠性设计等方面的研究工作。至2005年12月,在国内外著名期刊“中国科学(E辑) (SCI CHINA SER E)”、“COMPUT METHOD APPL M”、“J VIB ACOUST-T ASME”、“AIAA J”、“P IMechE C-J MEC”、“P IMechE D-J AUT”、“P IMechE E-J PRO”、“J SOUND VIB”、“MECH MACH THEORY”、“J PRESS VESS-T ASME”、“机械工程学报”等上(以第一作者)发表论文140多篇,其中有70多篇(次)论文被【SCI】(20篇)、【EI】(54篇)、【ISTP】(4篇)等检索系统收录;被【SCI】和国内核心期刊等引用约200余次;独立撰写专著和教材两部(《汽车零部件可靠性设计》和《机械振动力学》)、主编论文集一套(《振动利用与控制工程的若干理论及应用》),参加撰写专著两部(《振动利用工程》、《故障旋转机械非线性动力学的理论与试验》)。
张义民教授主持和承担了国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、面上项目及GM中国科学研究基金、国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)项目等省部级以上的科研项目16项;研制了“汽车零部件可靠性设计”实用软件库,可以为车辆和机械行业提供可靠性分析与设计的技术服务;主持和参加完成的项目获省部级科技奖励7项。

将可靠性优化设计理论、可靠性灵敏度技术与稳健设计方法相结合,讨论了具有非正态分布参数的车辆零件的可靠性稳健设计问题,提出了可靠性稳健设计的计算方法。把可靠性灵敏度溶入可靠性优化设计模型之中,将可靠性稳健设计归结为满足可靠性要求的多目标优化问题。在基本随机参数的前四阶矩已知的情况下,通过计算机程序可以实现具有非正态分布参数的车辆零件的可靠性稳健设计,迅速准确地得到具有非正态分布参数的车辆零件的可靠性稳健设计信息。数值算例表明所提出的方法是一种非常方便和实用的可靠性稳健设计方法。

The reliability-based optimization, the reliability sensitivity technique, and therobust design are employed to present a practical and effective approach of robust reliabilitydesign for mechanical components on the condition of known probabilistic characteristics oforiginal random variables. The theoretical formula of robust reliability design for mechanicalcomponents is obtained. The respective program can be used to obtain the robust reliabilitydesign parameters accurately and quickly. According to the numerical results, the methodproposed is a convenient and practical robust reliability design method.

较好地解决了具有独立失效模式的多自由度非线性随机参数振动系统的可靠性灵敏度分析问题.应用四阶矩技术和Edgeworth级数把未知的响应和状态函数的概率分布展开成标准的正态分布的表达式,从而确定了系统的可靠度和可靠性灵敏度,并放松了随机参数的分布概型和激励类型.

On the basis of the rubbing dynamics equation of the Jeffcott rotor stator model with imbalance, the sensitivity of rotor stator systems with rubbing is studied. The effect on sensitivity of shaft stiffness and damping, stator stiffness and damping, radial clearance, and stator radial stiffness is investigated. The numerical results are presented and discussed.

According to the relationship of forcing frequency to natural frequency, the quasi-failure model and thequasi-failure probability for the random continuous vibration systems are defined, and the frequencyreliability analysis method for avoiding the resonant is Ixesented. Techniques from the perturbation method, the reliability-baseddesign theory and optimisation techniques are employed to present apractical and effective method for the reliability-based optimisation ofautomobile components. The theoretical formulae for reliability-basedoptimisation are obtained. The most probable point perturbation method(MPPPM) and reliability-based optimisation theory are employed todevelop the reliability-based optimal design of automobile components.Two examples are used to illustrate the reliability-based optimisationformulation and demonstrate the method. This paper presents the dynamics problems of stochastic vibratory machine systems. The random responses of the vibratory machine systems with stochastic parameters subjected to random excitation are researched using a stochastic perturbation method. The numerical results ,are obtained. The dynamic characteristics of nonlinear stochastic vibratory machine are analyzed.

On the basis of the dynamic equations of the Jeffcott rotor–stator model with imbalance, the reliabilitysensitivity of the rotor–stator systems with rubbing is examined. A statistical fourth moment method is developed to determine the first four moments of system response and state function. The distribution function of the system state function is approximatelydetermined by the standard normal distribution functions using the Edgeworth series technique. The reliabilityand reliabilitysensitivityare obtained and the effect on reliabilityand reliabilitysensitivity of shaft stiffness and damping, stator stiffness and damping, radial clearance and stator radial stiffness is studied. Numerical results are also presented and discussed.
