摘要

Study on a multi-source hybrid acoustic field is very important for nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) to be applied in the practical engineering field. In this paper, two methods based on the distributed source boundary point method (DSBPM) for holographic reconstruction and prediction of multi-source hybrid acoustic field, namely combination method with single surface measurement and combination method with multi-surface measurement, are proposed. Then, an experiment on two coherent speakers is carried out. By comparison of the reconstructed and predicted results and the actual measured results, the validity of the two methods and the superiority of the combination method with multi-surface measurement are proved. Considering the high sensitivity of the reconstructed results to measurement errors, the Tikhonov regularization method is proposed to stabilize the reconstruction procedure and restrict the influence of errors. And then, the optimal reconstructed results can be obtained and the reliability of holographic reconstruction and prediction is assured.

摘要

Nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) is an indirect technique for identifying noise sources and visualizing acoustic field. Recently, several different methods, such as the spatial Fourier transform method, the boundary element method (BEM) and the Helmholtz equation-least squares (HELS) method, have been used to realize the NAH successfully. In the paper, a novel numerical method, the distributed source boundary point method (DSBPM), is proposed to realize the NAH. In the method, the transfer matrices from the reconstructed surface to the hologram surface are constructed indirectly by a set of particular solution sources located inside the vibrating structure, and their inverses are carried out by singular value decomposition (SVD) technique. Additionally, considering the high sensitivity of the reconstructed solution to measurement errors, the Tikhonov regularization method is implemented to stabilize the reconstruction procedure and the regularization parameter is determined by L-curve criterion. Compared with the BEM-based NAH, the variable interpolation, the numerical quadrature, and the treatments of singular integral and nonuniqueness of solution are all avoided in the proposed method. Two numerical examples and an experiment are investigated to validate the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method.

提出一种新的高效、高精度的全特解场边界元方法。该方法通过一系列特解来建立边界积分方程,从而避免了其系数矩阵的直接计算。通过对算例及模拟齿轮箱辐射声场的边界元分析,证实了本文方法的有效性。

摘要

提出空间声场分离技术,突破了近场声全息(NAH)的应用局限。它们的局限在于全息面一侧的声场必须是自由声场,即要求所有的声源必须位于另一侧。利用波数域内的波场外推理论及声压的标量叠加原理,建立起声场分离技术的双全息面实现方法,利用波数域内的Euler公式及粒子振速的矢量叠加原理,建立起该技术的单全息面实现方法。该技术的一个突出优点是在具有背景噪声的全息测量情况下,可以消除背景噪声对全息变换结果的影响。理论的推导表明该技术方法的正确性,而仿真算例和实验则显示该技术的可行性和有效性。

摘要

A new approach of gear fault diagnosis based on continuous wavelet transform is presented. Continuous wavelet transform can provide a finer scale resolution than orthogonal wavelet transform. It is more suitable for extracting mechanical fault information. In this paper, the concept of time-averaged wavelet spectrum (TAWS) based on Morlet continuous wavelet transform is proposed. Two fault diagnosis methods named spectrum comparison method (SCM) and feature energy method (FEM) based on TAWS are established. The results of the application to gearbox gear fault diagnosis show that TAWS can effectively extract gear fault information. The feature energy of the TAWS features the gear fault advancement very well and is conically proportional to the gear fault advancement.
