摘要

This paper introduces a study of vibration absorber adopting electrorheological fluids (ER for short). When the ER fluids are impacted by the external electric field, the viscosity of the fluids will be altered. And when the vibration absorber is under the impaction of the external electric field, the structural damping of the ER fluids will change. So as to control actively the isolation mounting of the ER fluids, we can utilize the ER fluids to generate the impaction of the damping. The character of the ER fluids in the isolation mounting will be controlled by the external electric field. And the product among the volume of the fluids, the electric field intensity and the current density will be able to signify the requirement of the equipment of the vibration absorber to the external power source. In order to gain the control electric field of the vibration absorber, the equipment of the vibration absorber adopts the new piezoelectric transformer to generate high voltage electric field the ER fluids need. The power source possesses the following advantages such as the compact structure, the anti-interference of the electromagnetism and the high conversion efficiency of the power source. And this is especially suitable for such applications entailing the compact structure as the structure of the vibration absorber of the space shuttles, the space searching, the rockets and the robots. This vibration absorber in the course of the study issued as a certain kind of vibration absorber known as shaking platform. The experimental data testify that the vibration absorber possesses obvious anti-vibration effect.

摘要

Damaged diagnose of eggs is an important working procedure in eggs production, the traditional method is measured by the sense of human, which using sense of hearing to judge whether the eggs are damaged or not after hearing the sound produced by clicking the eggs. The disadvantage of this method are the large labour intention, low efficiency, easily exhausted, and easily be effected by the inspector's state of mood during inspection. An automatic damaged diagnose is introduced here based on analysis the sound signals. When eggs are bestired, they will produce the sound signals, which can be used as the input signals of a trained neural network, this kind of neural network can judge whether the eggs are damaged or not, which are not according to the input node data. The method improve the detection precision and working efficiency, its detection precision can reach to 0.04%, which is higher than the detection precision of 0.06% by inspection workers.

摘要

The detection and control of roadbed compaction density during the roadbed construction is a most important subject that needs solving urgently. The traditional method on the construction is a waste of labors, time and money, which causing the problem of delaying the project time limit, wasting time and energy source, and much worse causing the duplicated construction once the over-compacted looses the roadbed. Here a detector of roadbed compacted density real-time which is based on the vibration signals of compactor, can well solve these kinds of problems. It can let us realize real-time detection of roadbed compacted density during the construction, as a result it saves the time, labors and energy at the same time. After being tested by experiment, this instrument can provide the correct judgement according to different geology conditions of different roadbed compacted densities.

简要讨论振动压路机振动压实地基的基础理论和当前国内外发展概况,探讨了土壤密实度变化对土壤一机械振动系统的动态特性的影响及其参数辨识方法。通过实验论证了利用振动系统的阻尼率变化作为实时在线检测地基密实度的判据是可行的。

摘要

In order to adapt to the need of developing toward high frequency in the experiment of structure dynamics in recent years, the tools of model analyses-finite element techniques and sensitivity analyses are applied in the paper to make the optimum design in the skeleton of moving part in electric vibration exciter and thus to find out the optimum parameters in designing the skeleton of its moving part and rules of its change. Under the condition of retaining the magnetic field system of the former vibration exciter, the skeleton of moving part and the supporting springs are redesigned resonance frequency of moving pan in the vibration exciter and thus ensure the high limits of used frequency in the vibration exciter.
