摘要

The skeletal maturation of 117 adolescent girls (from Harbin, North-East China ) were longitudinally studied for 31 mos. at intervals of 6 mos. Roentgenograms of left hand-wrist were taken and height, weight, age at menarche and secondary sex characters we re recorded. The results show that the mean chronological age and bone age at menarche were 13.6 yrs, and 13.7 yrs. respectively, and 85% of the subjects experienced their meparche when their bone age were between 13 and 14 yrs. The average time lag between ossification or the seasmoid and menarche was 18.4 mos. Adolescent growth sport began about one year earlier than acceleration of ossification did. After having experienced menarche. a girl would decelerate her growth tale of height. During the period of a half year before and after menarche, calcification and epiphyseal union in hand-wrist speeded up.

摘要

本文观察结果表明，儿童2岁以前和青春期发育期是I、II掌骨皮质厚度和皮质指数增加较多的年龄。文中提供的各年龄I、II、III掌骨皮质厚度和皮质指数均数可为发育评价及临床工作参考，推荐在掌骨皮质厚度测量进选择第II掌骨。

摘要

通过对1680名城乡7-18岁学龄儿童手腕骨发育等指标的对比分析，发现城市7-17岁各年龄组男女手腕骨骨龄均值皆高于乡村组，青春发育初期差别显著；城乡学龄儿童二掌骨皮质厚度均值差异有类似于骨龄差异的趋势，男女儿童拇指内侧种籽骨萌出年龄城市均比村约早１年。在小学年龄段，骨龄同身高，体重等指标有密切的相关关系；男妇第二性征发育，女性月经初潮等指标均显示城市比乡村学龄儿童提前1年左右进入青春期。
