【期刊论文】STUDY ON TRANSCYTOSIS OF FERRITIN IN PROXIMAL TUBULES OF RABBTT

The protein binding in the kidney was studied in vivo by cationic ferritin microinfusion into rabbit proximal tubules. After ferritin infusion, the protein was located in the small endocytic vesicles, large endocytic vacuoles, dense apical tubules and lysosomes, initially it was in the apical part of the cells, then progressively with time it was transported to the basal part of the cells. In addition, feritin was seen in small tubulo-vesicular structures in the apical cytoplasm. These structures with a diameter of 0.03-0.05a’m were oftcn found around ferritin-loaded vacuoles and occasionally it connected to these vacuoles. Furthermore, small clusters of ferritin particles were found in the basolatcral intercellular spaces, after tubular microinfusion of ferritin 15 min later only small amounts were observed but the number of cluster increased with time after ferritin infusion. The study demonstrates the transcytosis of protein in rabbit proximal tubules, and describes a novel ferritin containing tubulo-vesicular structures.

骨龄作为人的生物学年龄是评价人的生长发育更为精确的指标,为了探讨骨龄与其它生长发育指标的关系,1985年我们选择了辽宁省开原县农村6-23岁汉族健康青少年2046名(男1061,女985)进行膝部X线拍片观察和23个指标的活体测量,同时对女性进行月经来潮的问卷调查。研究结果表明,男性股骨下端干骺融合时间为18.7岁,胫骨上端为21.1岁,脖骨上端为19.5岁;女性则分别为17.7岁、18.7岁和17.5岁。膝部长骨干骺融合时间与男、体重、坐高等呈正相关关系;在女性,还与月经初潮时间呈正相关,以股骨下端和膝骨上端为著。
