本文基于电容层析成像技术研制了一套两相流型可视化系统。建立了一种新型的具有高速采集和高分辨率测量的电容数据采集系统。采用加权反投影算法进行图像重建以保证流型可视化的实时性和有效性。整套流型可视化系统经气液两相流现场应用测试和气固流化床实验室动态实验证明是有效的,成像速度达20幅/秒以上,满足工业应用要求。

Based on wavelet analysis, fractal theory and ECT (Electrical CapacitanceTomography) technique, a soft-sensing system of gas-solid fluidized bed is established, which can implement the on-line identificatin and the monitoring of the flow regime, and also can measure he voidage of the gas-solid fluidized bed. In this system, wavelet analysis and fractal theory are signals. of pressure flucturation; a 12-electrode ECT system is used to display the flow state and calculate the voidage of gas-solid fluidizd bed by suing a novel image reconstruction algorithm. Experimental results show that the soft-sensing system is effective. It can improve the accuracy of identification of flow regime and can measure voidage of gas-solid fluidized bed with an error less than 5%.

A new monitoring system of the flow states of gas-liquid two-phase flow has been developed by using a differential pressure transducer combined with wavelet analysis and fuzzy pattern recognition technique. The differential pressure signal of gas-liquid two-phase flow was obtained under the states of the different flow patterns. including bubble flow. flow, slug flow, plug flow and annular flow. The acquired differential pressure signals were analyzed by the wavelet transform and the eigenvalues were extracted. The flow state of the system was mnitored by fuzzy pattern recognition technique. The experimental results show that the developed system can moinitor flow states of horizontal gas-liquid two-phase folw effectively.

Based on the electrical capatitance tomography tehnique, a voidage measurment system that can implement a voidagedistribution display and voidage measurement of a gas-solid fluidized bed sumultaneously is developed. The back projection algorithm is selected as the image reconstruction algorithm to satisfy the requeiremnt of voidage distribution display. Combining the Tikhnovregularization principle with the ART algorithm. A new quantitiative hybrid image reconstruction algorithm is presented to implement the voidage measurement of a gas-solide fluidized.Experimental results show that the developed measurement sysytem is successful. The speed of image reconstruction of voidage distribution is greater than 20 frames per second. The maximum error of voidage measurement can be less than 5%.

Based on the electrical capacitance tomography technique, a new method for the void fraction measurement of two-phase flow is proposed. A 12-electrode void fraction measurement system is established. A mathematical model of image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography is developed. To obtain the quantitative information of two-phase flow, combining the Tikhonov regularization principle and the algebraic reconstruction technique algorithm, a new image reconstruction algorithm is presented. The experimental results show that the accuracy of void fraction measurement is satisfactory. The proposed method is suitable for the void fraction measurement of many kinds of two-phase flow.
