A new technology of Controllable Pulverized Coal Rict/Lean Swirl Combustion, developed by Zhejiang University. is introduced in this paper. The technology is used for the low load flame stabilization of pulverized coal without support oil, prevention of furnace wall slagging and low NOx emission. The pulverized coal in primary air is separated into two tang-type streams of air-coal flow, one(inner ring) is the rich pulverized coal stream and other(outlet ring) is the lean pulverized coal stream. Rich pulverized coal stream is guided to the boundary, of hightemperature recirculation zone. Lean pulverized coal stream is located outside of the rich pulverized coal stream. The experimental results show that the rich/lean ratio is up to 5~7: 1. pressure loss is about 400~500Pa. The application has been achieved on #2 boiler in Hefei Power Plant

报道了长广煤燃烧过程中硫动态析出特性的试验结果,试验表明,煤中硫析出有两个明显的峰值,其析出过程与煤中硫赋存形态有很大关系,温度对硫析出影响很大,它能促进煤中更多的硫提前释放,此外,钙基添加剂对煤燃烧硫析出有抑制作用,但要根据煤中硫赋存形态选择不同的添加剂。
